Abstract

用于机加工设备立式加工中心上的无臂式换刀装置,在基座上面沿圆周方向分布有支座,在各支座外侧套装有内齿圈,内齿圈固定连接有环形的刀盘,所述的刀套架沿圆周方向分布在刀盘上,在内齿圈下方设有下支撑轴承,下支撑轴承通过下轴安装在支座上,在刀盘上面设有上支撑轴承,上支撑轴承通过上轴安装在支架上,支架与支座固定连接,并在支架与支座之间设有调整垫,在支座上位于刀盘内侧分布有内轴承,内轴承通过偏心轴安装在支座上;在基座上设有齿轮箱,电机减速器的输出轴与齿轮箱之间设有轴承并连接有齿轮轴,齿轮轴上安装有齿轮,齿轮与所述的内齿圈啮合。本发明与现有技术相比整体结构紧凑,占用空间小,制造成本低。

Description

用于立式加工中心上的无臂式换刀装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种换刀装置,特别是一种用于机加工设备立式加工中心上的无臂式换刀装置。
背景技术
现有的用于机加工设备立式加工中心的刀库主要为圆盘刀库和链式刀库两种形式,圆盘式刀库容量小,数量一般为16~24把,一般多用于立式加工中心,链式刀库容量相对于圆盘式刀库来说,容量较大,存储刀具数量在20~120把,多使用在卧式加工中心上。但对于墙式(或龙门式)立式加工中心,刀库容量在32~40把时,刀库的结构型式及在机床上的位置都会影响整台机床的结构布局、占用空间面积以及换刀时间。如果将刀库布置在机床的侧面,无论是圆盘式刀库还是链式刀库,都会使机床占用空间增大,而且很难实现自动换刀;如果将刀库布置在机床的横梁上,会使横梁的负载加大,使横梁变形加大,影响机床整体精度和移动速度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种既缩小机床占用空间使整机结构更加紧凑,又降低了成本的用于立式加工中心上的无臂式换刀装置,克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的用于立式加工中心上的无臂式换刀装置,包括刀套架和连接在刀套架上的夹持刀具的卡爪;还包括基座,在基座上面沿圆周方向分布有支座,在各支座外侧套装有内齿圈,内齿圈固定连接有环形的刀盘,所述的刀套架沿圆周方向分布在刀盘上,在内齿圈下方设有下支撑轴承,下支撑轴承通过下轴安装在支座上,在刀盘上面设有上支撑轴承,上支撑轴承通过上轴安装在支架上,支架与支座固定连接,并在支架与支座之间设有调整垫,在支座上位于刀盘内侧分布有内轴承,内轴承通过偏心轴安装在支座上;在基座上设有齿轮箱,电机减速器的输出轴与齿轮箱之间设有轴承并连接有齿轮轴,齿轮轴上安装有齿轮,齿轮与所述的内齿圈啮合。
本发明的用于立式加工中心上的无臂式换刀装置与现有技术相比整体结构紧凑,占有空间小,制造成本低。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3、4、5所示:1为基座,在基座1上面沿圆周方向分布有7个支座2,在各支座2外侧套装有内齿圈3,内齿圈3的上面通过螺钉固定连接有环形的刀盘4,在内齿圈3下方设有下支撑轴承8,下支撑轴承8通过下轴9安装在支座2上。在刀盘4上面通过螺钉固定连接有上支撑轴承14,上支撑轴承14通过上轴13安装在支架12上。支架12与支座2通过螺栓固定连接,并在支架12与支座2之间设有调整垫22。改变调整垫22的厚度可调整上支撑轴承14和下支撑轴承8之间的相对间隙。在支座2上位于刀盘4内侧分布有内轴承10,内轴承10通过偏心轴11安装在支座2上。通过调整偏心轴11可对刀盘4进行中心位置的找正和圆周定位,找正和定位后在偏心轴11端头的销孔底孔处与支座2之间插装定位销。刀套架5沿圆周方向均匀分布在刀盘4上,并与刀盘4之间通过螺栓固定连接,每个刀套架5上的均安装有夹持刀具6的卡爪7和定位块23。
在基座1上设有齿轮箱15,伺服电机减速器17安装在齿轮箱15上,减速器的输出轴与齿轮箱15之间设有底部轴承18并连接有齿轮轴,齿轮轴上安装有齿轮16,齿轮轴与齿轮箱15之间设有轴端轴承19,轴端还配有丝母20,齿轮箱15上端通过螺钉连接有上盖21,齿轮16与内齿圈3啮合。在齿轮箱15与基座1上面之间设有垫片24,调整垫片24的厚度保证齿轮16与内齿圈3轴向的平齐。
本发明中刀盘4、内齿圈3是通过上轴承14、下轴承8、内轴承10支撑的,各轴承均为小型聚氨酯轴承,小型聚氨酯轴承是在通用的深沟球轴承外圈表面镀一层聚氨酯,增加了与刀盘之间刚性接触时的摩擦力,变滑动摩擦为滚动摩擦,也便于整个机构调整,形成多个支撑单元,旋转灵活,噪声小,整体结构简单,占用空间小,成本低。

1. 一种用于立式加工中心上的无臂式换刀装置,包括刀套架(5)和连接在刀套架(5)上的夹持刀具(6)的卡爪(7);其特征在于:还包括基座(1),在基座(1)上面沿圆周方向分布有支座(2),在各支座(2)外侧套装有内齿圈(3),内齿圈(3)固定连接有环形的刀盘(4),所述的刀套架(5)沿圆周方向分布在刀盘(4)上,在内齿圈(3)下方设有下支撑轴承(8),下支撑轴承(8)通过下轴(9)安装在支座(2)上,在刀盘(4)上面设有上支撑轴承(14),上支撑轴承(14)通过上轴(13)安装在支架(12)上,支架(12)与支座(2)固定连接,并在支架(12)与支座(2)之间设有调整垫(22),在支座(2)上位于刀盘(4)内侧分布有内轴承(10),内轴承(10)通过偏心轴(11)安装在支座(2)上;在基座(1)上设有齿轮箱(15),电机减速器(17)的输出轴与齿轮箱(15)之间设有轴承并连接有齿轮轴,齿轮轴上安装有齿轮(16),齿轮(16)与所述的内齿圈(3)啮合。
