Abstract

一种流量调节阀,其特点是,包括:阀体、流量调整板、轴承、下盖、O型密封圈、密封垫和电动执行器,在阀体的水平方向设置进水口和出水口,在阀体内置有流量调整板,流量调整板上端的旋转轴上套置O型密封圈与阀体的轴孔转动配合,流量调整板的下端与下盖设置的轴承转动配合,下盖与阀体通过密封垫固连,流量调整板上端的旋转轴与电动执行器固连。其特点是:全通径大流量,压力损失小;流量调整板和旋转轴一体结构,使用可靠;流量调整板与阀体之间的间隙可任意设定,可使调节阀在关闭的状态下能保持一定的下泄流量,防止管路被冻;由于流量调整板与阀体之间存在一定的间隙可防止阀体锈死,无法进行流量调节。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,是一种供热领域用的流量调节装置。
背景技术
在我国供热计量改革是继水、电、燃气实施按计量收费之后,最后一个没有按计量进行收费的领域,随着国家节能减排工作的推进,热计量产品的安装量越来越大,为了实现节能减排,安装热计量装置后必须配套安装可用于流量调节的装置,以便以后根据自己的需要对自己的室内温度进行调节,达到节能的目的,目前,配套热计量装置使用的主要有两种阀门,一种是电热截止阀,一种是电动球阀,这两种阀在实际使用中都存在着致命的缺陷,电热截止阀,阀门的开度小,压力损失大,并且容易堵塞;电动球阀的球体与两端的密封件密紧配合,需要靠两边的密封件夹紧球体定位,因此,在供热系统中使用极易被杂物卡死,特别是使用一定期限后产生结垢导致阀门锈死,无法正常工作,另外,阀门中的球体与阀门的转动轴为分体的 ,球体锈死后转动轴极易拧秃。因此,急需一种专门用于供热计量领域的专用阀门 ,促进热计量工作的推广。  
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单、功能齐全、使用可靠的用于热用户调节室内温度的流量调节阀。
实现上述目的所采取的技术方案是:一种流量调节阀,其特征是,它包括:阀体、流量调整板、轴承、下盖、O型密封圈、密封垫和电动执行器,在阀体的水平方向设置进水口和出水口,在阀体内置有流量调整板,流量调整板上端的旋转轴上套置O型密封圈与阀体的轴孔转动配合,流量调整板的下端与下盖设置的轴承转动配合,下盖与阀体通过密封垫固连,流量调整板上端的旋转轴与电动执行器固连。
本发明一种流量调节阀具有以下优点:
1、全通径大流量,压力损失小;
2、流量调整板和旋转轴一体结构,使用可靠;
3、流量调整板与阀体之间的间隙可任意设定,可使调节阀在关闭的状态下也能保持一定的下泄流量,防止管路被冻;
4、由于流量调整板与阀体之间存在一定的间隙可防止阀体锈死,无法进行流量调节。

具体实施方式
下面利用附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
参照图1—3,本发明的一种流量调节阀,包括:阀体1、流量调整板2、轴承3、下盖4、O型密封圈5、密封垫6和电动执行器7,在阀体1的水平方向设置进水口和出水口,在阀体1内置有流量调整板2,流量调整板2上端的旋转轴上套置O型密封圈5与阀体1的轴孔转动配合,流量调整板2的下端与下盖4设置的轴承3转动配合,下盖4与阀体1通过密封垫6固连,流量调整板2上端的旋转轴与电动执行器固连。流量调整板2和上端的旋转轴为一体结构。
本发明一种用于供热领域的流量调节阀的流量调整板2的挡板部分为偏心结构,阀门关闭时能将阀体1进水口封死,阀门打开时,流量调整板2的偏心挡板偏向一侧,把水流通道让开,达到减少阻力的目的。阀体1内腔半径应略大于流量调整板2的旋转半径,保证阀体1内腔与流量调整板2之间的间隙在0.2~1.0mm。当阀门处于关闭状态时,应有一定的泄漏量;流量调整板2通过其转轴和下边的轴承3实现很好的定心,保证阀体1内腔与流量调整板2之间的间隙不变。为阀体1的轴孔与流量调整板2上端的旋转轴之间、下盖4与阀体1之间密封良好,O密封圈5、密封垫6的材料为三元乙丙橡胶。电动执行器为市售产品。
本发明的一种流量调节阀安装在用户的供热管路中后,用户可根据自己的需要设定自己的室内温度,通过电动执行器完成阀门的开启或关闭,实现对用户室内温度的调控。
