一种利用镁渣吸附CO2外墙涂料的制备方法,涉及一种外墙涂料的制备方法,将镁渣筛分过200目筛,作为涂料的填料,与涂料的其它组分混合均匀,制备成吸附CO2的外墙涂料;镁渣粉可单独作为外墙涂料的填料,或与石英粉、滑石粉、云母粉、立德粉一种或多种组合作为涂料的填料;如制备苯丙乳液-镁渣外墙涂料、硅丙乳液-镁渣外墙涂料、环氧树脂-镁渣外墙涂料、水玻璃-镁渣外墙涂料、水溶胶无机高分子-镁渣外墙涂料、硅溶胶-镁渣外墙涂料、硅酸钾-镁渣外墙涂料外墙涂料。本发明解决了镁渣堆放占用大量耕地,企业支付庞大的排渣费,镁渣污染环境的问题。利用镁渣制作涂料可节约大量的生产成本,还可以固定CO2,带来巨大的环境效益和社会效益。

Description

一种利用镁渣吸附CO2外墙涂料的制备方法
技术领域
    本发明涉及一种外墙涂料的制备方法,特别是涉及一种利用镁渣吸附CO2外墙涂料的制备方法。 
背景技术
中国是镁资源大国,菱镁矿、白云石矿和盐湖镁资源等优质炼镁原料储量十分丰富,根据资料显示,中国目前所生产和出口的原镁数量已达世界原镁产量的85%,原镁产量保持以10%以上的速度逐年增长。目前国内冶炼镁主要采用的是硅热还原法,其工艺过程为:白云石(MgCO3·CaCO3)在回转窑中通过1 100~1 200℃煅烧产生煅白(MgO·CaO),再将煅白研磨成粉后与硅铁、萤石粉混合、制球(制球压力10~30 MPa),在l 200~1 230℃的高温和小于10 Pa的真空下发生还原反应提炼出金属镁,残留的还原渣即称为镁渣。每冶炼产出1 t金属镁大约产出5.5~10 t镁渣,全球每年原镁产量超过77.3万t,故镁渣的数量已非常庞大。镁渣堆放不仅占用大量耕地,企业还要支付庞大的排渣费,且堆放的镁渣在雨水淋洗下,氟的溶出造成严重的环境污染,破坏生态环境,危害极大。 
镁渣主要成分是二氧化硅与氧化钙形成的化合物,以硅线石为例,硅灰石的化学分子式为CaSiO3,结构式为Ca3[Si3O9],在自然条件下可缓慢发生以下:CaSiO3+CO2+H2O=SiO2+Ca(HCO32,从而固定CO2。 
而将硅灰石铺展开的最佳方式是作为建筑用外墙涂料,每年需用大量的外墙涂料,这样可解决镁渣堆放占用大量耕地,企业支付庞大的排渣费,镁渣造成的污染环境等问题。还可以固定CO2。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种利用镁渣吸附CO2外墙涂料的制备方法,镁渣作为涂料的填料,与涂料的其它组分混合均匀,制备成吸附CO2的外墙涂料;镁渣粉可单独作为外墙涂料的填料,或与石英粉、滑石粉、云母粉、立德粉一种或多种组合作为涂料的填料;本发明解决了镁渣堆放占用大量耕地,企业支付庞大的排渣费,镁渣污染环境的问题。 
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的: 
一种利用镁渣吸附CO2外墙涂料的制备方法,所述方法包括将镁渣筛分过200目筛,作为涂料的填料,与涂料的其它组分混合均匀,制备成吸附CO2的外墙涂料;镁渣粉可单独作为外墙涂料的填料,或与石英粉、滑石粉、云母粉、立德粉一种或多种组合作为涂料的填料;如制备苯丙乳液-镁渣外墙涂料、硅丙乳液-镁渣外墙涂料、环氧树脂-镁渣外墙涂料、水玻璃-镁渣外墙涂料、水溶胶无机高分子-镁渣外墙涂料、硅溶胶-镁渣外墙涂料、硅酸钾-镁渣外墙涂料外墙涂料。
本发明的优点与效果是: 
本发明解决了镁渣堆放占用大量耕地,企业支付庞大的排渣费,镁渣污染环境的问题。利用镁渣制作涂料可节约大量的生产成本,还可以固定CO2,带来巨大的环境效益和社会效益。

水性环氧树脂外墙涂料,分甲乙两组分,甲组分是环氧树脂乳液,加镁渣粉填料、颜料,已组分是固化剂,在使用时,将已组分加入甲组分中,搅拌均匀即可。
将甲组分各料混合,搅拌均匀即可得到甲组分。使用时,将甲乙组分混合均匀即可,应现用现配。

1.一种利用镁渣吸附CO2外墙涂料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括将镁渣筛分过200目筛,作为涂料的填料,与涂料的其它组分混合均匀,制备成吸附CO2的外墙涂料;镁渣粉可单独作为外墙涂料的填料,或与石英粉、滑石粉、云母粉、立德粉一种或多种组合作为涂料的填料;如制备苯丙乳液-镁渣外墙涂料、硅丙乳液-镁渣外墙涂料、环氧树脂-镁渣外墙涂料、水玻璃-镁渣外墙涂料、水溶胶无机高分子-镁渣外墙涂料、硅溶胶-镁渣外墙涂料、硅酸钾-镁渣外墙涂料外墙涂料。
