一种识别有无鸡蛋的装置,是由蛋盒搁板、称重传感器、鸡蛋拾取盒、鸡笼、蜂鸣器、按键、LED灯、控制器、液晶屏、控制器安装盒和固定长条板组成的,蛋盒搁板焊接在鸡笼上,蛋盒搁板两侧设置有圆形孔槽,圆形孔槽内放置有称重传感器,称重传感器上放置有鸡蛋拾取盒,固定长条板焊接在鸡笼上,控制器安装盒安装在固定长条板上,控制器安装盒内放置有控制器,蛋盒搁板两侧设置的圆形孔槽有助于称重传感器定位,称重传感器能够检测到鸡蛋重力,便于统计鸡蛋的总质量,液晶屏能够将传感器数据以文字形式展现给人们,既可以知道鸡蛋的总个数,又可以知道鸡蛋的总质量,该装置结构简单,维修费用低,避免了大量人力物力的浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种识别有无鸡蛋装置,具体而言,是涉及一种应用于鸡舍的自动识别有无鸡蛋的一种装置。
背景技术
现在随着养鸡规模的逐年扩大,随之也带来了大量的问题。鸡舍的分布要求通风透气性良好,同时还要求能够被阳光照射到。这样一来,鸡舍的分布就相当的分散,如果鸡蛋不及时取出,可能被母鸡吃掉或者被撒上大量饲料,影响鸡蛋的销售。面对相隔数十米乃至数百米的鸡舍,面对成千上万个鸡蛋,有无鸡蛋的检查成了一个难题,而现在市场上却没有该类装置。
发明内容
针对上述不足,本发明提供了一种识别有无鸡蛋的装置。
本发明是通过以下技术实现的:一种识别有无鸡蛋的装置,是由蛋盒搁板、称重传感器、鸡蛋拾取盒、鸡笼、蜂鸣器、按键、LED灯、控制器、液晶屏、控制器安装盒和固定长条板组成的,其特征在于:蛋盒搁板焊接在鸡笼上,蛋盒搁板两侧设置有圆形孔槽,圆形孔槽内放置有称重传感器,称重传感器上放置有鸡蛋拾取盒,固定长条板焊接在鸡笼上,控制器安装盒安装在固定长条板上,控制器安装盒内放置有控制器。
所述的称重传感器可为电容式称重传感器或电阻应变式称重传感器。
所述的控制器内部设置有ARM芯片。
本发明的有益效果是:蛋盒搁板两侧设置的圆形孔槽,有助于称重传感器的定位,称重传感器能够检测到多余的鸡蛋的重力,便于统计鸡蛋拾取盒内鸡蛋的总质量,蜂鸣器及LED灯的应用有助于在视觉及听觉上提醒人们,ARM芯片能够处理称重传感器的数据,将其转化为该鸡蛋拾取盒内的鸡蛋总质量及鸡蛋的个数,液晶屏则能够将ARM芯片转化来的数据,以文字的形式展现给人们,便于人们进行查询,既可以知道鸡蛋的总个数,又可以知道鸡蛋的总质量,该装置结构简单,维修费用低,操作容易,避免了大量人力物力的浪费。

具体实施方式
一种识别有无鸡蛋的装置,是由蛋盒搁板1、称重传感器2、鸡蛋拾取盒3、鸡笼4、蜂鸣器5、按键6、LED灯7、控制器8、液晶屏9、控制器安装盒10和固定长条板11组成的,其特征在于:蛋盒搁板1焊接在鸡笼4上,蛋盒搁板1两侧设置有圆形孔槽,圆形孔槽内放置有称重传感器2,称重传感器2上放置有鸡蛋拾取盒3,固定长条板11焊接在鸡笼4上,控制器安装盒10安装在固定长条板11上,控制器安装盒10内放置有控制器8,称重传感器2可为电容式称重传感器或电阻应变式称重传感器,控制器8内部设置有ARM芯片。
当鸡笼内的鸡开始下蛋时,鸡蛋滚入鸡蛋拾取盒3,位于鸡蛋拾取盒3下边的称重传感器2开始发生变化,将重力转变为电信号,传输给控制器8,控制器8内的ARM芯片对传来的数据进行处理,由于每个鸡蛋的质量相差不大,事先取鸡蛋的标准值输入ARM芯片内,鸡蛋总质量除以单个鸡蛋的质量就是鸡蛋的总个数,将数据以文字的形式输入到液晶屏9上供人们查看,如果鸡蛋的总质量超过设定值后,蜂鸣器5发出响声,LED灯7不断的闪烁,提醒人们该拾取鸡蛋。

1.一种识别有无鸡蛋的装置,是由蛋盒搁板、称重传感器、鸡蛋拾取盒、鸡笼、蜂鸣器、按键、LED灯、控制器、液晶屏、控制器安装盒和固定长条板组成的,其特征在于:蛋盒搁板焊接在鸡笼上,蛋盒搁板两侧设置有圆形孔槽,圆形孔槽内放置有称重传感器,称重传感器上放置有鸡蛋拾取盒,固定长条板焊接在鸡笼上,控制器安装盒安装在固定长条板上,控制器安装盒内放置有控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种识别有无鸡蛋的装置,其特征在于:所述的称重传感器可为电容式称重传感器或电阻应变式称重传感器。
