技术领域

背景技术
由合适的聚合材料形成的塑料封闭件已被市场中广泛接受,例如用于瓶和类似容器,包括既使用在碳酸饮料上又使用在非碳酸饮料上。这种性质的封闭件可通过压模成型或注射成型而高效地形成。
对于一些应用而言,期望的是将这种性质的封闭件设有双壁式结构,即包括了用于与相关容器接合的内裙部以及有助于由消费者方便操作的外裙部的结构。迄今为止,这样的双壁式封闭件大体上与热感的箔片密封件结合使用以用于密封相关容器的内容物。然而,经验显示消费者、尤其是可缺乏手动灵巧度的老年消费者发现这样的热感密封件难以操作和去除。

发明内容

明显地,消除了传统的感应箔片密封件有助于在ESL(延长搁置寿命)和气密灌装的情况下线上消毒。当施加在容器上时封闭件期望地制造了气密密封,而不依靠诸如感应密封的任何二次加工。内衬轮廓和材料不会负面地影响瓶的成品质量,并且提供了如下益处,即密封容器成品中存在的缺陷。
对于消费者而言本封闭件期望地提供了对封装物的简单取用,同时当封闭件重新应用至容器时密封内衬的轮廓和材料提供了良好的再密封特性。根据本发明形成的封闭件能够不负面影响产量(即灌装线速度)地使用,这是因为避免了依靠感应密封以及类似密封。使用壳体中形成的密封内衬已被发现相比通常的感应箔片密封内衬更便宜,并且壳体内衬更易于消毒。因为壳体内衬粘接至顶壁部分的内表面并且因而成为封闭件的整体部分,所以期望地避免了例如感应箔片密封件在封闭处理期间掉落的问题。

本发明涉及一种双壁式封闭件,即具有内环形裙部和外环形裙部的封闭件。所述封闭件构造成有助于在相关联的瓶或类似容器上方便使用,并且期望被构造成有助于在封闭件的顶壁部分的内表面处形成压模成型的密封内衬。本发明进一步考虑了形成复合封闭件的方法,包括在具有双壁式构造的封闭盖内压模成型密封内衬。

根据所示实施例,封闭件10包括具有顶壁部分14的外封闭盖或壳体12。根据本发明,封闭盖12包括第一、外环形裙部16和第二、内环形裙部18,第一和第二裙部以彼此大体同心的关系自顶壁部分14悬伸。内裙部18关于外裙部16向内地定位,同时外裙部16相比内裙部18而言自顶壁部分14大体上延伸得更多。在优选的形式中,外裙部具有沿着远离顶壁部分14的方向向内缩窄的外表面,以有助于抓持封闭件10。

密封内衬,所述密封内衬在所述顶壁部分的内表面上定位在所述内裙部内。
