Background
With the rapid development of electronic technology, more and more products or service providers select to display commodities through electronic display equipment, so as to realize the rapid and convenient propaganda and recommendation of the commodities in different regions and countries. If a product provider in Suzhou wants to publicize a commodity in Beijing, the provider can serve as a data provider to send information of the commodity to be publicized to a data processor, and the information is processed by the data processor and then sent to an electronic display device arranged in Beijing to be displayed. Or the data provider can directly put the processed commodity information on an electronic display device provided with Beijing to display the commodity information after obtaining the authorization.
Although this method enables users in different areas to view the information of the goods provided by the data provider, when the users are interested in the goods played by the electronic display device, the users cannot perform operations such as purchase and transaction on the goods immediately. Accordingly, the user can only record the access information (such as the address, website, etc. of the purchase or transaction) of the merchandise, so that the access process is complicated and is not easy to implement. In addition, most of the existing electronic display devices circularly play a plurality of pieces of commodity information, and the playing time of each piece of commodity information is limited, if a user does not accurately record access information within the limited time, the user needs to wait for the next playing process to check and record again, so that the user experience is reduced, and the method for recording the access information is not suitable for the groups such as the old, children and the like.

Detailed Description
The technical solution in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present invention. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely exemplary of the invention, and not restrictive of the full scope of the invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of embodiment 1 of the data access method of the present invention is shown, which may include:
step 101, a display device receives an access request input by a user for a commodity to be accessed, wherein the commodity to be accessed is selected from a plurality of commodities played by the display device by the user, and the access request comprises a code of the commodity to be accessed and a user identity.
At present, most of electronic display devices arranged in public places can only passively show commodities to people, but cannot realize real-time commodity access of users when the users are interested in a certain commodity. Correspondingly, the display equipment provided by the invention has the display function, and also has the capabilities of external communication and data forwarding, so that a technical basis is provided for a user to access interested commodities in real time.
In the process that a user watches the display equipment to play commodities, if commodities which the user is interested in exist, an access request aiming at the commodities can be input into the display equipment, and the display equipment can be triggered to start the data access process of the invention.
In this step, the user may input an access request to the display device in the following two ways, which are explained below.
In a first mode, the display device receives an access request input by a user in a touch mode.
That is, the display device is manufactured using a touch display screen. For the interested commodities, the user can directly select the interested commodities as the commodities to be accessed in a touch mode, and meanwhile, after the display equipment captures the touch behavior of the user, the user knows which commodity the user wants to access (namely, the commodity code is captured), and simultaneously prompts the user to input the identity of the user, so that a complete access request is obtained.
Or the display device is manufactured by adopting a common display screen, but the display device also comprises a plurality of function keys. For the interested commodities, the user can select the interested commodities as the commodities to be accessed through the function keys, so that the display device can know which commodity the user wants to access, correspondingly prompt the user to input the identity of the user, and obtain a complete access request.
In a second mode, the display device establishes communication with an intelligent terminal (which may be embodied as a mobile phone, a PDA, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, or the like) held by a user, and receives an access request input by the user through the intelligent terminal.
That is, the display device does not directly provide input to the user (the touch display screen and the function keys may be regarded as input provided by the display device to the user), but establishes communication with the intelligent terminal held by the user, and receives the access request forwarded by the intelligent terminal. Corresponding to the situation, after the display equipment establishes communication with the intelligent terminal, the display equipment can send all commodities played currently to the terminal for displaying; or, if the user has previously made personalized settings, the display device may send the type of the commodity selected by the user to the terminal for display, so that the user directly operates the intelligent terminal (which may be a screen or a key of the terminal, but is not limited by the present invention), and after the terminal acquires the access request of the user, the terminal forwards the request to the display device. The way in which the intelligent terminal establishes communication with the display device is not described in detail here.
It should be noted that the product code in the present invention should have uniqueness as the identity of the product played by the display device. As an implementation of the commodity code of the present invention, a vendor key, an access type, and a commodity key of a preset number of digits may be included. The manufacturer key is used as an identity identifier of a data provider, has uniqueness and can be formed by numbers, letters and special characters with specified digits; the commodity key is used as the identification of different commodities of the same manufacturer, has uniqueness, and can be formed by numbers, letters and special characters with specified digits; the access type is used for representing the current specific access behavior of the user, such as bidding in a purchase form, exchange in an exchange in a commodity form, downloading a coupon and the like, or the access type can also represent the scope of the access behavior of the user, such as the scope of the access behavior for a certain commodity can be local, national or global. For convenience of management, when setting the commodity code, the vendor key and the access type may be arranged and set by the data processor side, and the commodity key may be set by each data provider side.
Alternatively, as another implementation of the product code of the present invention, the product code of the present invention may be generated by classifying the product according to the access type without differentiating the manufacturer and then using the serial number of the product delivery order as the product code. That is, the present invention may not be limited to a specific manner of generating the product code as long as the uniqueness of the product code is ensured.
It should be noted that after a corresponding code is set for each commodity, in the prior art, only the commodity information which is displayed by being played is changed into commodity information which can be accessed in real time, and technical support is provided for realizing real-time interaction between the user and the data provider. Therefore, the user can directly or through the intelligent terminal and the display equipment to establish interaction according to the scheme of the invention, and the commodity code is utilized to access the commodity in real time.
In addition, because the invention is to set up the one-to-one access relation between users and data providing party, and then offer the targeted service for users by the data providing party, therefore the user identity should have uniqueness too, correspondent to this, the invention can be preferably used as the user identity through user's postbox address, mobile phone number, social security number, network Citizen identity CCI (cyber Cizen identity), etc..
The commodity in the invention can be an entity product such as daily necessities, sports goods, books, tickets and the like, and can also be virtual services such as leasing, training, announcement and the like, namely, the commodity can be regarded as the commodity in the invention as long as the commodity is suitable for being put on a display device for display.
In addition, it should be further noted that, the manner of playing the commodity information for the display device may be embodied as: the display equipment is only provided with one display unit, and only one commodity is displayed by the display equipment in the single playing process, so that the display of a plurality of commodities is realized in a circulating manner. Or, the display device may further include at least two display units, each display unit being configured to play different merchandise information, so that the display device may display at least two pieces of merchandise in a single play process, and this cycle may also achieve display of a plurality of merchandise. Under the condition that the commodity viewing effect of a user is not influenced, more commodities are displayed on each screen as much as possible, the data provider cost can be saved, and the commodity display method and the commodity display device are particularly suitable for commodity display of medium and small-scale product/service providers and provide fair market competition opportunities for the medium and small-scale product/service providers.
In addition, for the case where the display apparatus includes at least two display units, the following description is also made: first, in order to correctly distinguish and identify each display unit, each display unit may be assigned a different identity code. Secondly, different display units can be formed by different display screens, or formed by a plurality of windows divided by one display screen. Finally, each display unit may display data of a plurality of data providers, or each display unit may display one or more items of information provided by only one data provider.
And 102, the display device sends the access request to an access platform, so that the access platform identifies a data provider corresponding to the to-be-accessed commodity according to the code.
And 103, the access platform sends the access request to the data provider, and establishes an access relationship between the user and the data provider in real time.
After receiving an access request input by a user in step 101, the display device is triggered to forward the access request to the access platform, and the access platform mainly functions to identify a data provider according to a commodity code included in the request, further accurately forward the access request to the data provider which the user wishes to access, and establish an access relationship between the user and the data provider in real time.
Specifically, the access platform may directly send the access request to the identified data provider; alternatively, the access platform may also send an access request to the data provider through the data handler. The present invention is not limited in this regard. In general, in the case of directly sending an access request to a data provider, after a user establishes an access relationship with the data provider, the access relationship may be transmitted to a data processor for recording.
If the commodity code includes a manufacturer key, an access type and a commodity key, and the manufacturer key is uniformly specified by the data processor, the access platform identifies the data provider according to the commodity code, specifically, by identifying the data provider by the manufacturer key, the access platform can locally store the corresponding relationship between the manufacturer key set by the data processor and the data provider, and can also query from the data processor when needed.
If the manufacturer code mainly consists of serial numbers of commodity putting sequences, the access platform identifies the specific means of the provider according to the commodity code identification data, and then identifies the commodity code by using the whole string of codes after identifying and classifying the commodity code by using the access type. Of course, the mapping relationship between the serial number and the data provider may also be read from the data processor and stored locally in the access platform, or obtained by querying the data processor when needed, which is not limited in the present invention.
It should be noted that after the control enables the user to establish an access relationship with the data provider, the display device may pause the playing of the goods, and display the interactive process or interactive information between the user and the data provider to the user, that is, the display device provides the one-to-one service for the user. Or, in order not to affect other users to watch the goods display information, the display device can also perform split screen processing, and the access process between the user and the data provider is displayed through a specific area, and the display device provides one-to-many service for the user. Or, if the user establishes an access relationship with the data provider through the intelligent terminal, the display device may continue to circularly play the commodity information without being affected, and the interactive process or the interactive information between the user and the data provider is displayed to the user by the intelligent terminal for viewing.
It should be noted that the access relationship in the present invention is mainly used to represent the real-time interaction relationship between the user and the data provider, and the specific meaning of the access relationship is different for different types of commodities, which will be described below as an example.
For example, the display device is arranged in a sports field, the display device mainly displays commodity information such as some sports goods, sports training courses and the like to a user, and when the user wants to purchase a tennis racket displayed in the display device after checking, an access request to the tennis racket (the access request is a purchase request at this moment) can be input into the display device, so that the display device performs data access processing according to the scheme of the invention, and finally, the user establishes an access relationship with a provider of the tennis racket, wherein the access relationship at this moment specifically refers to a transaction relationship. After establishing the exchange relationship, the user also needs to pay the data provider to realize a complete transaction process.
For example, the display device is arranged on a university campus, commodity information such as book selling, book leasing and the like is displayed for a user, and when the user wants to borrow one of the books after checking, an access request (the access request is a borrowing request at this time) for the book can be input into the display device, so that the display device performs data access processing according to the scheme of the invention, and finally, an access relationship is established between the user and a library (a data provider) storing the book, wherein the access relationship at this time specifically refers to a borrowing relationship. After the borrowing relation is established, the user can go to a library to fetch the books when the user is convenient; or after the address is input, the book is mailed to the user by the library, and a complete borrowing process is realized.
If the display device is arranged at an airport, commodity information such as hotel room reservation, car rental, ticket ordering and the like is displayed for a user, the user wants to reserve the displayed hotel room after checking, an access request to the hotel (the access request is a reservation request at this moment) can be input into the display device, the display device carries out data access processing according to the scheme of the invention, and finally the user establishes an access relationship with a provider of the hotel room, wherein the access relationship at this moment specifically refers to a reservation relationship. After the reservation relationship is established, the user can confirm and pay at the hotel, and a complete reservation process is realized.
In conclusion, the access process of the invention can realize the real-time access of the user to the interested commodity, compared with the prior art that the access information needs to be recorded and the access is carried out through the network when the access is convenient, the access process is simplified, the user experience is improved, and the scheme of the invention can also be suitable for the old, children and other people who are inconvenient to record the access information. In addition, for a sales data provider, the scheme of the invention not only can publicize and popularize the commodities, but also can facilitate commodity transaction through real-time access, thereby improving the commodity sales volume of the data provider; and after the display equipment is converted into the virtual store or the virtual mall (namely, the display equipment comprises a plurality of virtual stores, and each display unit mainly aims at the display equipment comprising at least two display units, and each display unit can form one virtual store), the cost of the data provider can be reduced, and the real-time interaction between the user and the virtual store or the virtual mall is realized in a commodity code mode.
If the display device receives the access request input by the user through the smart terminal in step 101, it is assumed that the smart terminal and the display device establish communication, and specifically, the smart terminal and the display device may establish communication through technologies such as near Field communication nfc (near Field communication), internet, local area network, WiFi, bluetooth, and the like. Specifically, the present invention provides the following two implementations, which are explained below.
Referring to fig. 2, a flowchart of embodiment 1 for establishing communication between a display device and an intelligent terminal is shown, which may include:
step 201, the intelligent terminal sends a request for establishing communication to a data processing party, wherein the request comprises the position information of a user;
step 202, the data processing party inquires a preset database according to the position information, searches display equipment which is not more than a preset range from the user position, and sends a list of the searched display equipment to the intelligent terminal;
and 203, the intelligent terminal displays the list of the display equipment to the user and establishes communication with the display equipment selected by the user.
When a user wants to check commodity information displayed by display equipment through an intelligent terminal, the position information of the user can be obtained firstly, then the position information is sent to a data processing party, and the data processing party can access a preset database in which all the installation positions of the display equipment are stored, so that after the position information sent by the user through the intelligent terminal is received, all the display equipment in a preset range around the user can be searched by taking the position information as a center, and the display equipment is sequenced to form a list and sent to the intelligent terminal for the user to select.
Specifically, the display devices can be sorted according to the distance between the display devices and the user positions, and the display devices close to the user are preferentially placed at the front end of the list; or, sorting according to the current working state of the display equipment, and preferentially placing the display equipment which is not triggered to establish the real-time access relation at the front end of the list; or sorting by combining the distance and the operating state, which is not limited in the present invention.
In addition, the intelligent terminal displays the identity number of the display device or the position information of the display device in a list viewed by the user. In the case of location information of a display device, the location description is preferably performed by using a building or a landmark familiar to the user as a sign.
Referring to fig. 3, a flowchart of embodiment 2 for establishing communication between a display device and an intelligent terminal is shown, which may include:
step 301, the intelligent terminal acquires position information of a user;
step 302, judging whether a display device exists in a preset range with the user position as the center, and if so, executing step 303; if not, go to step 304;
step 303, the intelligent terminal displays the list of the display devices to a user and establishes communication with the display devices selected by the user;
step 304, the intelligent terminal expands the preset range, and step 305 is executed to judge whether the expanded preset range exceeds the allowable range, if yes, the process is ended, and the current scanning cannot reach the display equipment which can establish communication with the intelligent terminal; if not, returning to execute the step 302 to continuously judge whether the display equipment exists in the expanded preset range.
Compared with embodiment 1 shown in fig. 2, in this embodiment, the display device list that can be selected by the user is mainly obtained in a manner that the intelligent terminal performs active scanning. Specifically, the intelligent terminal also needs to acquire the current location information of the user, but in this embodiment, the intelligent terminal does not access the data processing party any more, but directly scans whether the display device exists in the preset range around the intelligent terminal by taking the location of the user as the center. And if so, acquiring the display devices, sorting the display devices to form a list and displaying the list to a user for viewing. If the scanning range does not exist, expanding the scanning range on the basis of the original preset range, trying to search the display equipment in the expanded preset range, and similarly, if the scanning range is searched, displaying the display equipment to a user for viewing after sequencing; if not, continuing to enlarge the scanning range, and repeating the steps in a circulating way until the enlarged range exceeds the allowable range, and ending the scanning process. And if the display equipment is not searched when the scanning range exceeds the allowable range, the intelligent terminal displays information indicating that the display equipment is not searched for to the user.
It should be noted that the sorting manner of the display devices and the display manner of the display devices in the list are the same as those described in the embodiment shown in fig. 2, and are not described again here.
Referring to fig. 4, a flow chart of embodiment 2 of the data access method of the present invention is shown, which may include:
step 401, a display device establishes communication with an intelligent terminal held by a user, and receives an access request input by the user through the intelligent terminal, wherein the goods to be accessed are selected from a plurality of goods played by the intelligent terminal by the user, and the access request comprises a code of the goods to be accessed and a user identity.
It should be noted that the goods played by the intelligent terminal are sent to the intelligent terminal by the display device to be played to the user after the communication between the intelligent terminal and the display device is established.
Step 402, the display device sends the access request to an access platform, so that the access platform identifies a data provider corresponding to the to-be-accessed commodity according to the code.
Step 403, the access platform sends the access request to the data provider, and establishes an access relationship between the user and the data provider in real time.
Steps 401 to 403 are similar to steps 101 to 103, and mainly limit the application scene to the communication between the user and the display device through the intelligent terminal, and finally establish the access relationship between the user and the data provider.
And 404, when the distance between the intelligent terminal and the display device does not exceed a preset value, the display device pushes commodity information to the intelligent terminal.
In order to improve the user experience, the display device in this embodiment further has a function: and scanning whether an intelligent terminal which establishes communication with the display equipment exists in a preset range taking the position of the display equipment as a center in real time. Therefore, the display device can actively push interested commodities to the user according to the personalized setting of the user, and/or send holiday greetings to the user on holidays, and/or push emergency notifications (such as weather early warning, road conditions and the like) displayed by the display device to the user.
Referring to fig. 5, a flow chart of embodiment 3 of the data access method of the present invention is shown, which may include:
