Abstract

本发明提供一种丝杆螺母直线运动机构,该机构中,匚形固定架的两头定位孔分别安装电机和导套,导杆与螺母连成一体,导杆为空心圆柱,外侧有导向平面,导套内孔中有凸台,导杆与导套配合间隙为0.10~0.15mm,导套用材为PTFE。本发明结构简单,加工安装方便,运动灵活可靠,无噪声,用于液体测量分析,能精确地对液体进行取样控制,使用效果好。

丝杆螺母直线运动机构
技术领域
本发明涉及一种丝杆螺母直线运动机构,主要用于液体测量分析过程中,对所取液体样品体积精确定量控制。
背景技术
在实验室电化学分析仪器中,有一种滴定装置,用于对所取液体样品进行精确测量。该装置采用一种直线运动机构,带动取样管中的活塞往返运动,对取样管中的液体精确取样,可以通过丝杆螺母及导向件实现这一过程。现有的上述机构中,将螺母与一轴承或套管联接在一起,通过轴承在一平行于丝杆轴线的导轨上的滚动,或是导管套于平行于丝杆轴线上的导轴上,来实现螺母的直线运动。这两种方法均有明显的缺点。轴承在导轨上的滚动,不可避免地要产生振动,从而形成噪声;而导轴安装时,其对于丝杆的平行度要求很高,若平行度超过公差,就会增加电机的扭矩,超出电机的载荷,可能致使电机无法有效转动。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种加工安装方便、运动可靠、无噪声的丝杆螺母直线运动机构。
本发明的技术方案是:一种丝杆螺母直线运动机构,包括固定架、电机、联轴件、丝杆、螺母和导向件,其改进之处是所述导向件由滑动配合的导杆和导套构成,导杆与螺母连成一体,导杆的外侧有导向平面,导套的内孔中有导向凸台。
所述固定架成“匚”形,电机和导套分别安装在固定架两头的定位孔中;所述导杆为空心圆柱体,外侧有一平面,导杆与导套的配合间隙为0.10~0.15mm;所述导套的材料为耐磨非金属材料PTFE。
本发明改变本领域传统的直线运动机构,直接将螺母与导杆连在一起,导杆外侧作为导向面;导杆为圆形,采用市面上常见的圆形金属棒料,一头加工出内螺纹,作为螺母,外侧铣平一面,不会在导套中转动。导套可采用线切割加工,内孔形状与导杆相同,留有0.10mm至0.15mm的间隙,材料选用耐磨的非金属材料如PTFE。PTFE使用温度范围十分广泛,有极好的机械性能,优良的绝缘特性,吸水率低,并具有自润滑性和不粘性等一系列独特的性能。本发明结构简单,加工安装方便,导杆、导套的同轴度有保证,运动灵活可靠,且无噪声。

具体实施方式
参见图1、2,半工字形即“匚”形固定架6的上下各有一定位孔,分别安装导套2和电机7,保证其同轴度。丝杆4通过联轴件5与电机轴联接在一起;导套2与固定架6紧配合,且加一销钉8。导杆9与螺母3连成一体,导杆为空心圆柱体,外侧铣出一平面,导杆与导套配合间隙为0.15mm,导套为PTFE材料,内孔中有凸台,螺母3与丝杆4螺纹联接。在单片机控制下,电机7转动,带动丝杆4同步转动,在导套2的限制和导向作用下,螺母3和导杆9作直线运动,导杆9的直线运动,即为进样块1的直线运动,从而推动容量管中的活塞往返运动,使取样管中的液体处于吸收、排空状态。通过脉冲信号传给电机,控制电机的转速与方向,从而精确地对液体进行取样分析。

Claims (4)

1.一种丝杆螺母直线运动机构,包括固定架、电机、联轴件、丝杆、螺母和导向件,其特征是所述导向件由滑动配合的导杆和导套构成,导杆与螺母连成一体,导杆的外侧有导向平面,导套的内孔中有导向凸台。
2.按权利要求1所述丝杆螺母直线运动机构,其特征是所述固定架成“匚”形,电机和导套分别安装在固定架两头的定位孔中。
3.按权利要求1所述丝杆螺母直线运动机构,其特征是所述导杆为空心圆柱体,外侧有一平面,导杆与导套的配合间隙为0.10~0.15mm。
4.按权利要求1所述丝杆螺母直线运动机构,其特征是所述导套的材料为耐磨非金属材料PTFE。
