本发明公开了一种沥青阻燃改性剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:铁矿渣1.7-2.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.5-2.3份、碳酸锌3-5.5份、聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸水甘油酯树脂1.3-3.2份、二氢化喹啉2.5-4.5份、多聚甲醛0.8-2.2份、氧化镁2-3.5份和丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物0.5-1.5份。本发明具有分散性好,易添加、安全、环保等特点,提高生产效率,无工作环境污染、较少设备腐蚀;使用铁矿渣、二氢化喹啉和氧化镁作为阻燃剂,环保;阻燃成分搭配得当,充分发挥了多种阻燃剂的协同效应,高效;直接共混添加,简化生产工序,降低生产成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种沥青阻燃改性剂,属于建筑材料领域。
背景技术
沥青是石油炼制的最终产品,是建筑上广泛采用的廉价而丰富的建筑材料,用于防水、防潮、防腐、防锈、防渗漏等。它的某些性能是合成橡胶、合成树脂所不能比拟的。但是,沥青有容易燃烧、燃烧产生大量黑烟、受热熔滴、流淌的特点,具有很大的火灾危险性,其应用也受到一定的限制。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种沥青阻燃改性剂,具有分散性好,易添加的特点,加入到沥青合料后,对沥青的路用性能无影响的前提下有效的提高了沥青混合料的阻燃性能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种沥青阻燃改性剂,
由以下重量份数的原料制成:铁矿渣1.7-2.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.5-2.3份、碳酸锌3-5.5份、聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸水甘油酯树脂1.3-3.2份、二氢化喹啉2.5-4.5份、多聚甲醛0.8-2.2份、氧化镁2-3.5份和丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物0.5-1.5份。
优化的,上述沥青阻燃改性剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
铁矿渣2份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.8份、碳酸锌4.2份、聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸水甘油酯树脂2.5份、二氢化喹啉3.8份、多聚甲醛1.4份、氧化镁3.2份和丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物0.8份。
本发明与现有的沥青阻燃剂相比,本发明的沥青阻燃改性剂具有分散性好,易添加、安全、环保等特点,提高生产效率,无工作环境污染、较少设备腐蚀;使用铁矿渣、二氢化喹啉和氧化镁作为阻燃剂,环保;阻燃成分搭配得当,充分发挥了多种阻燃剂的协同效应,高效;直接共混添加,简化生产工序,降低生产成本。

本发明为一种沥青阻燃改性剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
铁矿渣2份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.8份、碳酸锌4.2份、聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸水甘油酯树脂2.5份、二氢化喹啉3.8份、多聚甲醛1.4份、氧化镁3.2份和丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物0.8份。

本发明为一种沥青阻燃改性剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
铁矿渣1.7份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.5份、碳酸锌3份、聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸水甘油酯树脂1.3份、二氢化喹啉2.5份、多聚甲醛0.8份、氧化镁2份和丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物0.5份。

本发明为一种沥青阻燃改性剂,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
铁矿渣2.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚2.3份、碳酸锌5.5份、聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸水甘油酯树脂3.2份、二氢化喹啉4.5份、多聚甲醛2.2份、氧化镁3.5份和丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物1.5份。
本发明与现有的沥青阻燃剂相比,本发明的沥青阻燃改性剂具有分散性好,易添加、安全、环保等特点,提高生产效率,无工作环境污染、较少设备腐蚀;使用铁矿渣、二氢化喹啉和氧化镁作为阻燃剂,环保;阻燃成分搭配得当,充分发挥了多种阻燃剂的协同效应,高效;直接共混添加,简化生产工序,降低生产成本。

铁矿渣1.7-2.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚1.5-2.3份、碳酸锌3-5.5份、聚苯乙烯-甲基丙烯酸水甘油酯树脂1.3-3.2份、二氢化喹啉2.5-4.5份、多聚甲醛0.8-2.2份、氧化镁2-3.5份和丙烯腈-苯乙烯-丁二烯共聚物0.5-1.5份。
