Abstract

一种利用再生塑料和秸秆加工的环保木塑型材,涉及新材料技术领域,由以下重量百分比的组分组成,再生烯烃塑料20-45%、小麦秸秆5-20%、大豆秸秆5-20%、棉花秸秆5-30%、硬脂酸钡3-6%、润滑剂3-6%:本发明采用废旧再生塑料和植物秸秆作为生产原料,制备的产品具有较高的强度和硬度、抗腐蚀、不变形、不含甲醛、易回收等特点,是一种新型绿色环保材料,具有更强的稳定性,隔热、隔音效果好,同时也解决了秸秆焚烧污染和利用率低的问题。

一种利用再生塑料和秸秆加工的环保木塑型材及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及新材料技术领域,具体涉及一种利用再生塑料和秸秆加工的环保木塑型材及其制备方法。
背景技术
木塑复合材料(WPC)是以初级木、竹等生物质材料为主要原料,配混一定比例的塑料基料,经特殊工艺处理后加工成型的复合材料。木塑复合材料适用范围广泛,几乎可涵盖所有原木、塑料、塑钢、铝合金及其它类似复合材料的使用领域,而且由于它使用环保,成本经济,并可以回收再利用,因而也解决了复合材料、木材行业废弃资源的再生利用问题。但是我国是世界上森林资源最短缺的国家之一,我国林木实施了严格的禁伐、限伐政策,每年允许的林木砍伐量远远不能满足社会需要,木塑生产只能利用边角废料,所以木塑生产需要的林木缺口巨大,必须尽快寻找林木替代品。另外随着石油资源的逐步枯竭,塑料也必须进行再生利用。目前我国秸秆和废旧塑料资源丰富,得不到有效利用,秸秆、废旧塑料焚烧污染环境,危害许多,成为社会一大难题。因此,利用再生塑料和秸秆加工生产木塑型材,具有很好的市场前景。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于利用粉碎的秸秆代替木粉,利用废旧塑料代替原生塑料,提供一种具有较高的强度、抗腐蚀、不变形、不含甲醛、易回收等特点的利用再生塑料和秸秆加工环保木塑型材的方法。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种利用再生塑料和秸秆加工的环保木塑型材,由以下重量百分比的组分组成,
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种利用再生塑料和秸秆加工环保木塑型材的制备方法,其步骤如下,
1)将小麦秸秆、大豆秸秆、棉花秸秆晾干后粉碎成粉末过50-60目筛,再放入烘干机烘干至水分含量在1-5%,得到秸秆混合物;
2)将秸秆混合物与废旧再生的聚烯烃塑料、硬脂酸钡、润滑剂混匀后进行混炼,形成颗粒状半成品材料;
3)将半成品材料在150-250℃的高温、15-30Mpa压力的作用下,放入热流道共挤模具内进行热熔挤压成型。
本发明主料采用聚烯烃,具有较高的耐刮擦性能、较好的抗老化性能。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用废旧再生塑料和植物秸秆作为生产原料,制备的产品具有较高的强度和硬度、抗腐蚀、不变形、不含甲醛、易回收等特点,是一种新型绿色环保材料,具有更强的稳定性,隔热、隔音效果好,同时也解决了秸秆焚烧污染和利用率低的问题。

为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
一种利用再生塑料和秸秆加工的环保木塑型材,由以下重量的组分组成,
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种利用再生塑料和秸秆加工环保木塑型材的制备方法,其步骤如下,
1)将小麦秸秆、大豆秸秆、棉花秸秆晾干后粉碎成粉末过50-60目筛,再放入烘干机烘干至水分含量在1-5%,得到秸秆混合物;
2)将秸秆混合物与废聚烯烃塑料、硬脂酸钡、润滑剂、粘合剂混匀后进行混炼,形成颗粒状半成品材料;
3)将半成品材料在150-250℃的高温、15-30Mpa压力的作用下,放入热流道共挤模具内进行热熔挤压成型。

1.一种利用再生塑料和秸秆加工的环保木塑型材,其特征在于,由以下重量的组分制成:
制备方法如下:
1)将小麦秸秆、大豆秸秆、棉花秸秆晾干后粉碎成粉末过50-60目筛,再放入烘干机烘干至水分含量在1-5%,得到秸秆混合物;
2)将秸秆混合物与废聚烯烃塑料、硬脂酸钡、润滑剂、粘合剂混匀后进行混炼,形成颗粒状半成品材料;
3)将半成品材料在150-250℃的高温、15-30MPa压力的作用下,放入热流道共挤模具内进行热熔挤压成型。
