Abstract

本发明公开了一种集束线归方器，包括两根平行的角铁，角铁头端与电杆固定，两根角铁间设有两根螺栓，角铁与螺栓围成供集束线传输通过的方口，所述角铁头端设有供螺栓通过的圆孔，所述角铁尾端设有供螺栓通过的长孔，所述螺栓在两根角铁之间活络套接有尼龙管。本发明的集束线归方器可以使集束线通过方口时自动归方。

本发明涉及集束线归方器。
背景技术
目前集束线施工时还需人工归方，没有专用工具，在放线的时必须由3-4个人靠人工对集束线归方，特别是在冬天投入的人力更多，而且效果差，效率低，工艺达不到要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种集束线归方器，方便种集束线的归方，效率高，效果好。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用如下技术方案：集束线归方器，包括两根平行的角铁，角铁头端与电杆固定，两根角铁间设有两根螺栓，角铁与螺栓围成供集束线传输通过的方口。
优选的，所述角铁头端设有供螺栓通过的圆孔，所述角铁尾端设有供螺栓通过的长孔。
优选的，所述螺栓在两根角铁之间活络套接有尼龙管。
优选的，所述角铁头端通过抱箍与电杆固定。
优选的，与两根角铁连接的抱箍中，上方抱箍包括两片抱箍片，两片抱箍片围成圆筒形，每片抱箍片沿抱箍轴向设有长槽，抱箍内设有楔块，楔块顶端伸出长槽。
本发明的集束线归方器可以使集束线通过方口时自动归方，其有益效果为：1)减少工程施工人员；2）降低施工人员劳动强度；3)提高工作效率；4）提高施工工艺。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明集束线归方器的具体结构，其包括两根平行的角铁1，角铁1头端与电杆3固定，两根角铁1间设有两根螺栓2，角铁1与螺栓2围成供集束线传输通过的方口。所述角铁1头端设有供螺栓2通过的圆孔10，所述角铁1尾端设有设有供螺栓通过的长孔11。所述螺栓2在两根角铁1之间活络套接有尼龙管。所述角铁1头端通过抱箍与电杆3固定。
制作及安装：选L5*50*500的角铁两根，角铁1的头端通过抱箍配套固定在电杆3上，另外角铁上分别钻有圆孔10和长孔11，螺栓可在长孔11内滑动，因而可按集束线(BS-JKLYJ-25-120)自由调节方口长度大小，上下角铁用两根螺栓固定，考虑到对集束线放线时的阻力，在螺栓上套尼龙管并且能保持尼龙管自由转动，螺栓及尼龙管的长短可根据线规来确定。集束线传输通过集束线归方器的方口时便可以自行归方。
如图2所示，为了便于调节方口的高度大小，与两根角铁连接的抱箍中，上方抱箍包括两片抱箍片12，两片抱箍片12围成圆筒形，每片抱箍片12沿抱箍轴向设有长槽13，抱箍内设有截面为直角梯形结构的楔块14，楔块14顶端（梯形上底）伸出长槽13，楔块14斜腰与长槽13上壁抵接。上方抱箍并不与电杆3固定死，只有通过两根螺栓2将两根角铁1紧固后，上方抱箍由于楔块的作用将上方抱箍与电杆3抱紧，而调节方口的高度大小时，放松螺栓2，上方抱箍无需调节，仅仅需要调节楔块14位置即可，非常方便。
根据集束线的安装要求架线前必须归方，可防止线路覆冰及抗风阻力。在目前施工中完全靠人工解决归方问题。通过对归方器的使用：1)减少工程施工人员；2）降低施工人员劳动强度；3)提高工作效率；4）提高施工工艺。

Claims (2)

1.集束线归方器，其特征在于：包括两根平行的角铁（1），角铁（1）头端与电杆（3）固定，两根角铁（1）间设有两根螺栓（2），角铁（1）与螺栓（2）围成供集束线传输通过的方口，所述角铁（1）头端通过抱箍与电杆（3）固定，与两根角铁（1）连接的抱箍中，上方抱箍包括两片抱箍片（12），两片抱箍片围成圆筒形，每片抱箍片沿抱箍轴向设有长槽（13），抱箍内设有楔块（14），所述楔块的截面为直角梯形结构，楔块顶端伸出长槽（13）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集束线归方器，其特征在于：所述角铁（1）头端设有供螺栓（2）通过的圆孔（10），所述角铁（1）尾端设有供螺栓（2）通过的长孔（11）。
