Abstract

本发明公开了一种集束线归方器,包括两根平行的角铁,角铁头端与电杆固定,两根角铁间设有两根螺栓,角铁与螺栓围成供集束线传输通过的方口,所述角铁头端设有供螺栓通过的圆孔,所述角铁尾端设有供螺栓通过的长孔,所述螺栓在两根角铁之间活络套接有尼龙管。本发明的集束线归方器可以使集束线通过方口时自动归方。

本发明涉及集束线归方器。
背景技术
目前集束线施工时还需人工归方,没有专用工具,在放线的时必须由3-4个人靠人工对集束线归方,特别是在冬天投入的人力更多,而且效果差,效率低,工艺达不到要求。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题就是提供一种集束线归方器,方便种集束线的归方,效率高,效果好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:集束线归方器,包括两根平行的角铁,角铁头端与电杆固定,两根角铁间设有两根螺栓,角铁与螺栓围成供集束线传输通过的方口。
优选的,所述角铁头端设有供螺栓通过的圆孔,所述角铁尾端设有供螺栓通过的长孔。
优选的,所述螺栓在两根角铁之间活络套接有尼龙管。
优选的,所述角铁头端通过抱箍与电杆固定。
优选的,与两根角铁连接的抱箍中,上方抱箍包括两片抱箍片,两片抱箍片围成圆筒形,每片抱箍片沿抱箍轴向设有长槽,抱箍内设有楔块,楔块顶端伸出长槽。
本发明的集束线归方器可以使集束线通过方口时自动归方,其有益效果为:1)减少工程施工人员;2)降低施工人员劳动强度;3)提高工作效率;4)提高施工工艺。

具体实施方式
图1示出了本发明集束线归方器的具体结构,其包括两根平行的角铁1,角铁1头端与电杆3固定,两根角铁1间设有两根螺栓2,角铁1与螺栓2围成供集束线传输通过的方口。所述角铁1头端设有供螺栓2通过的圆孔10,所述角铁1尾端设有设有供螺栓通过的长孔11。所述螺栓2在两根角铁1之间活络套接有尼龙管。所述角铁1头端通过抱箍与电杆3固定。
制作及安装:选L5*50*500的角铁两根,角铁1的头端通过抱箍配套固定在电杆3上,另外角铁上分别钻有圆孔10和长孔11,螺栓可在长孔11内滑动,因而可按集束线(BS-JKLYJ-25-120)自由调节方口长度大小,上下角铁用两根螺栓固定,考虑到对集束线放线时的阻力,在螺栓上套尼龙管并且能保持尼龙管自由转动,螺栓及尼龙管的长短可根据线规来确定。集束线传输通过集束线归方器的方口时便可以自行归方。
如图2所示,为了便于调节方口的高度大小,与两根角铁连接的抱箍中,上方抱箍包括两片抱箍片12,两片抱箍片12围成圆筒形,每片抱箍片12沿抱箍轴向设有长槽13,抱箍内设有截面为直角梯形结构的楔块14,楔块14顶端(梯形上底)伸出长槽13,楔块14斜腰与长槽13上壁抵接。上方抱箍并不与电杆3固定死,只有通过两根螺栓2将两根角铁1紧固后,上方抱箍由于楔块的作用将上方抱箍与电杆3抱紧,而调节方口的高度大小时,放松螺栓2,上方抱箍无需调节,仅仅需要调节楔块14位置即可,非常方便。
根据集束线的安装要求架线前必须归方,可防止线路覆冰及抗风阻力。在目前施工中完全靠人工解决归方问题。通过对归方器的使用:1)减少工程施工人员;2)降低施工人员劳动强度;3)提高工作效率;4)提高施工工艺。

Claims (2)

1.集束线归方器,其特征在于:包括两根平行的角铁(1),角铁(1)头端与电杆(3)固定,两根角铁(1)间设有两根螺栓(2),角铁(1)与螺栓(2)围成供集束线传输通过的方口,所述角铁(1)头端通过抱箍与电杆(3)固定,与两根角铁(1)连接的抱箍中,上方抱箍包括两片抱箍片(12),两片抱箍片围成圆筒形,每片抱箍片沿抱箍轴向设有长槽(13),抱箍内设有楔块(14),所述楔块的截面为直角梯形结构,楔块顶端伸出长槽(13)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的集束线归方器,其特征在于:所述角铁(1)头端设有供螺栓(2)通过的圆孔(10),所述角铁(1)尾端设有供螺栓(2)通过的长孔(11)。
