本发明公开一种绿色环保型切削液,按照重量百分比,由下列原料组分组成:大豆油28-35%、10号矿物油8-12%、三乙醇胺5.5-8.3%、石油磺酸钠2.4-4.5%、消泡剂0.12-0.23%、防腐剂0.7-1.1%、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES)16-21%、极压剂5-6.5%、水余量。本发明切削液无毒,抗腐蚀性能优异,环保性好,具有生物分解性。本发明选择的表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES),脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES)是一种生物降解性能良好、抗硬水性能强、环境友好的高效低毒表面活性剂,具有高润滑性,控制刀具产生热量,可以延长刀具的寿命,提高工件的表面光洁度。

背景技术
金属切削液的传统作用是其在加工过程中所体现出来的润滑、冷却、清洗以及防锈作用。但是随着现代科技的日益进步,尤其是对于工作环境的安全及社会环保认识的逐渐提高,金属加工领域对于切削液社会功能的要求也越来越高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种绿色环保型切削液。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种绿色环保型切削液,其特征在于,按照重量百分比,由下列原料组分组成:
大豆油                                28-35%
10号矿物油                            8-12% 
三乙醇胺                              5.5-8.3%
石油磺酸钠                            2.4-4.5%
消泡剂                                0.12-0.23%
防腐剂                                0.7-1.1%
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES)               16-21%
极压剂                                5-6.5%
水                                    余量。

所述极压剂为硼酸盐。
所述防腐剂为异噻唑琳酮。
本发明的有益效果:
1、本发明切削液无毒,抗腐蚀性能优异,环保性好,具有生物分解性。
2、本发明选择的表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES),脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES)是一种生物降解性能良好、抗硬水性能强、环境友好的高效低毒表面活性剂,具有高润滑性,控制刀具产生热量,可以延长刀具的寿命,提高工件的表面光洁度。

脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES)               18%
极压剂                                5.7%
水                                    22.77%。

一种绿色环保型切削液,按照重量百分比,由下列原料组分组成:
大豆油                                28%
10号矿物油                            12% 
三乙醇胺                              5.5%
石油磺酸钠                            2.4%
消泡剂                                0.12%
防腐剂                                0.7%
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES)               16%
极压剂                                5%
水                                    30.28%。

一种绿色环保型切削液,按照重量百分比,由下列原料组分组成:
大豆油                                35%
10号矿物油                            8% 
三乙醇胺                              8.3%
石油磺酸钠                            4.5%
消泡剂                                0.23%
防腐剂                                1.1%
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐(MES)               21%
极压剂                                6.5%
水                                    15.37%。

三乙醇胺                              5.5-8.3%
