Abstract

本发明的目的是提供一种下翻门解包斗，包括箱体，筛网，箱门，所述筛网设置在箱体内部的中间，筛网上设置有固定装置，同时固定装置也连接在箱体上，箱门设置在箱体的右上方，所述箱体下方设置有出料口，出料口上方设置有阀门。箱门下端设置有转动装置，上方设置有把手。通过下翻门解包斗对粉料包进行解包，向下翻的箱门可翻至平台上，粉料从开口进入，在箱体内通过带有振动机的筛网，再通过阀门和出料口出料，本装置结构简单有效易制作，有效的对粉料包进行解包，减少了浪费和污染，提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉料解包装置，尤其涉及一种下翻门解包斗。 
背景技术
目前，对于整包的粉料进行解包时主要采用解包装置，粉料从袋中倒入解包装置中，而这样操作容易使粉料散到开口的外面，造成浪费和污染，所以设计一种可以减少浪费和污染的解包装置就十分必要了。 
发明内容
本发明提供一种对粉料进行解包的解包装置，通过向下翻的箱门进入装置内部，并经过带有振动机的筛网，然后通过阀门和出料口出料。解决了浪费和污染的问题。 
本发明的目的是提供一种下翻门解包斗，包括箱体，筛网，箱门，所述筛网设置在箱体内部的中间，筛网上设置有固定装置，同时固定装置也连接在箱体上，箱门设置在箱体的右上方，所述箱体下方设置有出料口，出料口上方设置有阀门。箱门下端设置有转动装置，上方设置有把手。 
进一步改进在于：所述筛网左侧设置有振动机。 
进一步改进在于：所述箱体右侧设置有平台。 
进一步改进在于：所述固定装置为两个并且上面设置有弹簧。 
本发明的有益效果：通过下翻门解包斗对粉料包进行解包，向下翻的箱门可翻至平台上，粉料从开口进入，在箱体内通过带有振动机的筛网，再通过阀门和出料口出料，本装置结构简单有效易制作，有效的对粉料包进行解包，减少了浪费和污染，提高了工作效率。

如图1所示，本实施例提供了一种下翻门解包斗，包括箱体1，筛网2，箱门3，所述筛网2设置在箱体1内部的中间，筛网2上设置有固定装置4，同时固定装置4也连接在箱体1上，箱门3设置在箱体1的右上方，所述箱体1下方设置有出料口5，出料口5上方设置有阀门6。箱门3下端设置有转动装置7，上方设置有把手8。所述筛网2左侧设置有振动机9。所述箱门3下端设置有转动装置8，上方设置有把手9。所述箱体1右侧设置有平台10。所述固定装置4为两个并且上面设置有弹簧11。通过下翻门解包斗对粉料包进行解包，向下翻的箱门3可翻至平台10上，粉料从开口进入，在箱体1内通过带有振动机9的筛网2，再通过阀门6和出料口5出料，本装置结构简单有效易制作，有效的对粉料包进行解包，减少了浪费和污染，提高了工作效率。

1.一种下翻门解包斗，包括箱体（1），筛网（2），箱门（3），其特征在于：所述筛网（2）设置在箱体（1）内部的中间，筛网（2）上设置有固定装置（4），同时固定装置（4）也连接在箱体（1）上，箱门（3）设置在箱体（1）的右上方，所述箱体（1）下方设置有出料口（5），出料口（5）上方设置有阀门（6）。
2.箱门（3）下端设置有转动装置（7），上方设置有把手（8）。
3.如权利要求1所述一种下翻门解包斗，其特征在于：所述筛网（2）左侧设置有振动机（9）。
4.如权利要求1所述一种下翻门解包斗，其特征在于：所述箱体（1）右侧设置有平台（10）。
5.如权利要求1所述一种下翻门解包斗，其特征在于：所述固定装置（4）为两个并且上面设置有弹簧（11）。
