Abstract

鹌鹑育雏室温度调节系统,包括温度采集单元、热释红外传感单元、温度调控单元、监视单元以及控制器;通过采用严密的温度调控机制,降低了刚出壳的雏鹌鹑体温调节机能差,既怕冷又怕热,温度不适宜,会使成活率降低的风险。提高了管理效率,对鹌鹑的大规模养殖具有重要意义。

鹌鹑育雏室温度调节系统
技术领域
本发明涉及蛋用鹌鹑养殖方法,尤其涉及鹌鹑育雏室温度调节系统。
背景技术
温度适宜的温度是育雏期必备的条例,因为刚出壳的雏鹌鹑体温调节机能差,既怕冷又怕热,温度不适宜,会使成活率降低。开始育雏的3~5天内,必须在育雏箱底板上铺设麻袋片,麻袋片既厚又软,易保温,切不可垫塑料薄膜,因为雏鹌鹑易滑倒,一旦受到挤压,会造成跛脚。
经育雏3~5天后,转为地面育雏的,育雏地面可铺上木屑;如在育雏笼中饲养的,可抽掉麻袋片,以便让粪便从网孔中漏到下面的承粪板上。
通常情况下,对出壳1周内的雏鹑,育雏温度应掌握在36.5~37℃的范围内,以后每两天下降1℃或每周下降2~3℃。雏鹑不同日龄的适宜温度为:1~6、7~12、13~18和19~25日龄的育雏温度分别为36.5~37℃、31~34℃、26~30℃和20~25℃,但实际养殖时,应根据外界气温和雏鹌鹑的动态对温度予以调整。当温度适宜时,雏鹌鹑表现活泼,食欲良好,饮水适度,羽毛光亮整齐,休息时分散均匀、不打堆,比较安稳,不常发出叫声,平时也在热源四周散步。当温度过高时,雏鹌鹑表现出张口呼吸,抢水喝,张口喘气,羽毛蓬松,而且远离热源。当温度过低时,雏鹌鹑则拥挤在热源底下,打堆,羽毛竖立,闭眼尖叫,身体发抖,导致死亡。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种应根据外界气温和雏鹌鹑的动态对温度予以调整鹌鹑育雏室温度调节系统。
本发明通过以下方法实现:
鹌鹑育雏室温度调节系统,包括温度采集单元、热释电红外传感单元、温度调控单元以及控制器;
所述的温度采集单元包括:室外温度采集单元,用于采集育雏室外的温度值;室内温度采集单元,用于采集育雏室内的温度值;
热释电红外传感单元包括:热释电红外传感器,用于采集饮水区、供热区以及育雏室边缘鹌鹑的密集程度信息;
控制器,包括密集程度判断单元,用于对鹌鹑的密集程度信息进行判断,用于决策是否需要调温;温度判断单元,用于对温度采集单元采集的温度值进行判断,决策是否需要调温;温度控制单元,根据密集程度判断单元和温度判断单元的决策对温度调控单元发出温度调控指令。
进一步的,鹌鹑育雏室温度调节系统还设置监视单元,监控单元通过控制器与上位机相联,用户通过上位机观察监视单元传输的实时画面,通过向控制器传输调温指令。
优选的,所述的温度控制单元包括空调。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提出的技术方案,通过采用严密的温度调控机制,降低了刚出壳的雏鹌鹑体温调节机能差,既怕冷又怕热,温度不适宜,会使成活率降低的风险。提高了管理效率,对鹌鹑的大规模养殖具有重要意义。

如图1所示,鹌鹑育雏室温度调节系统,包括温度采集单元、热释电红外传感单元、温度调控单元以及控制器;所述的温度采集单元包括:室外温度采集单元,用于采集育雏室外的温度值;室内温度采集单元,用于采集育雏室内的温度值;热释电红外传感单元包括:热释电红外传感器,用于采集饮水区、供热区以及育雏室边缘鹌鹑的密集程度信息;控制器,包括密集程度判断单元,用于对鹌鹑的密集程度信息进行判断,用于决策是否需要调温;温度判断单元,用于对温度采集单元采集的温度值进行判断,决策是否需要调温;温度控制单元,根据密集程度判断单元和温度判断单元的决策对温度调控单元发出温度调控指令。
鹌鹑育雏室温度调节系统还设置监视单元,监控单元通过控制器与上位机相联,用户通过上位机观察监视单元传输的实时画面,通过向控制器传输调温指令。根据雏鹌鹑的生活习性,当温度过高时,雏鹌鹑表抢水喝,且远离热源,在饮水区和育雏室边缘密集。当温度过低时,雏鹌鹑则拥挤在热源附近。密集程度判断单元以此判断是否需要调温。

1.鹌鹑育雏室温度调节系统,包括温度采集单元、热释电红外传感单元、温度调控单元以及控制器;
所述的温度采集单元包括:室外温度采集单元,用于采集育雏室外的温度值;室内温度采集单元,用于采集育雏室内的温度值;
热释电红外传感单元包括:热释电红外传感器,用于采集饮水区、供热区以及育雏室边缘鹌鹑的密集程度信息;
控制器,包括密集程度判断单元,用于对鹌鹑的密集程度信息进行判断,用于决策是否需要调温;温度判断单元,用于对温度采集单元采集的温度值进行判断,决策是否需要调温;温度控制单元,根据密集程度判断单元和温度判断单元的决策对温度调控单元发出温度调控指令。
2.如权利要求1所述的鹌鹑育雏室温度调节系统,其特征在于:还设置监视单元,监控单元通过控制器与上位机相联,用户通过上位机观察监视单元传输的实时画面,通过向控制器传输调温指令。
