一种接插式接线盒,主要由盒体1和接线座2组成,通过在接线盒内使用接线座,将电源线进行归纳并预先固定,并且,采用电线卡簧接插固定的方式,免去了以往与开关/插座连接时繁琐的操作过程。

一种接插式接线盒
技术领域
本发明涉及一种能够实现快速安装的接插式电源接线盒,属于电源接线盒的优化技术。
背景技术
现有用于收纳电源线和固定与接线盒内电源线相连的开关/插座的开关/插座接线盒,主要分为明装和暗装两种,并已基本实现标准化,所以,不同厂家、品牌的开关/插座都能够互相配套使用。
现有的开关/插座与从接线盒引出的电源线进行连接时,主要采用直接连接的方式,优点是连接简单,不需要增加额外的器材。通常采用螺丝把电源线固定在开关/插座上的接线柱上,在安装过程中常遇到以下情况:一是如果预留的电源线长度较短,开关/插座面板与接线盒间的安装距离也较小,使安装工具的活动空间不足导致安装困难;二是如果预留的电源线长度较长,虽然克服了上述的问题,但由于接线盒的空间有限,要将大量的电源线放进有限的空间也比较困难;如果接线数量较多或者分配方向较多或者线径较大时,接线盒就更难收纳了。
因此,需要寻找一种容易安装并且连接更为简单的电源接线盒。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种容易安装拆卸并且连接方式更为快捷简单的电源接线盒。
本发明的技术方案是:一种接插式接线盒,主要由盒体1和接线座2组成,接线座2上设有电线卡簧3和插孔4,电线卡簧3和插孔4互相垂直,电线卡簧3和插孔4通过连接导体连接,安装时,把盒体1内的电源线裁剪为与电源线进出口到接线座固定位置的距离相等的长度,把电源线削去线头的绝缘体后,把裸露部份按相位插入相应的电线卡簧3内,再将与电源线连接完毕的接线座2向盒体后壁的方向施压,使电源线弯曲直至接线座到达位于盒体内壁的接线座固定位置固定;所述的电线卡簧3、插孔4和连接导体采用导电材料制作。
所述的电线卡簧3设在接线座2上向内凹陷的卡槽内。
所述的固定装置为设置在盒体上的卡口,接线座的底部设有相匹配的卡座。
有益效果:
1、通过在接线盒内使用接线座,将电源线进行归纳并预先固定,并且,采用电线卡簧接插固定的方式,免去了以往与开关/插座连接时繁琐的操作过程。
2、通过与配套的开关/插座使用,实现快速安装、操作简单的目的。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种接插式接线盒,主要由盒体1和接线座2组成,接线座2上设有电线卡簧3和插孔4,电线卡簧3和插孔4互相垂直,电线卡簧3和插孔4通过连接导体连接,安装时,把盒体1内的电源线裁剪为与电源线进出口到接线座固定位置的距离相等的长度,把电源线削去线头的绝缘体后,把裸露部份按相位插入相应的电线卡簧3内,再将与电源线连接完毕的接线座2向盒体后壁的方向施压,使电源线弯曲直至接线座到达位于盒体内壁的接线座固定位置固定;所述的电线卡簧3、插孔4和连接导体采用导电材料制作。
所述的电线卡簧3设在接线座2上向内凹陷的卡槽内。

通过在接线盒内使用接线座,将电源线进行归纳并预先固定,并且,采用电线卡簧接插固定的方式,免去了以往与开关/插座连接时繁琐的操作过程。

1.一种接插式接线盒,主要由盒体(1)和接线座(2)组成,其特征在于:所述的接线座(2)上设有电线卡簧(3)和插孔(4),电线卡簧(3)和插孔(4)互相垂直,电线卡簧(3)和插孔(4)通过连接导体连接,安装时,把盒体(1)内的电源线裁剪为与电源线进出口到接线座固定位置的距离相等的长度,把电源线削去线头的绝缘体后,把裸露部份按相位插入相应的电线卡簧(3)内,再将与电源线连接完毕的接线座(2)向盒体后壁的方向施压,使电源线弯曲直至接线座到达位于盒体内壁的接线座固定位置固定;所述的电线卡簧(3)、插孔(4)和连接导体采用导电材料制作;所述的电线卡簧(3)设在接线座(2)上向内凹陷的卡槽内;所述的固定位置为设置在盒体上的卡口,接线座的底部设有相匹配的卡座。
