背景技术
目前的燃气具用的点火器一般都用塑料外壳，这种设计存在如下问题：塑料外壳遇到明火会燃烧，当出现意外情况，出现明火时，塑料外壳会燃烧起来，就算是阻燃塑料也不能避免燃烧，烧烧后会产生更大的危害。
发明内容
为了解决上述塑料外壳存在易燃的技术问题，本发明提供一种燃气灶具点火器金属外壳结构。
本发明的技术方案如下：
一种燃气灶具点火器金属外壳结构，包括金属底座和陶瓷点火针座，所述金属底座由金属上盖覆盖，所述陶瓷点火针座一部分卡设在金属上盖内，另外部分裸露在外，所述金属底座上面设有PVC绝缘垫片，所述金属底座和PVC绝缘垫片之间设有点火电路板，所述陶瓷点火针座裸露在外部分内设有金属点火针，金属点火针贯穿金属上盖。
使用本发明的技术方案，由于点火器外壳采用了金属加陶瓷结构设计，本身就是不能燃烧的物体，就遇到明火也不会燃烧，安全可靠、结构新颖、设计巧妙。

实施例
如图1、2所示的一种燃气灶具点火器金属外壳结构，包括金属底座1和陶瓷点火针座2，所述金属底座１由金属上盖4覆盖，所述陶瓷点火针座2一部分卡设在金属上盖4内，另外部分裸露在外，所述金属底座1上面设有PVC绝缘垫片5，所述金属底座1和PVC绝缘垫片5之间设有点火电路板，所述陶瓷点火针座2裸露在外部分内设有金属点火针3，金属点火针3贯穿金属上盖4，位于金属上盖4里面一侧视为金属点火针3内侧，高压针是金属点火针3位于金属上盖4内的部分，通过焊接而成。
使用时，高压针灌封电子胶后在装上金属上盖4，高压针通过高压线接到灶头上，安装配件，连接电路，点火使用。

1.一种燃气灶具点火器金属外壳结构，包括金属底座（1）和陶瓷点火针座（2），所述金属底座（1）由金属上盖（4）覆盖，所述陶瓷点火针座（2）一部分卡设在金属上盖（4）内，另外部分裸露在外，其特征在于：所述金属底座（1）上面设有PVC绝缘垫片（5），所述金属底座（1）和PVC绝缘垫片（5）之间设有点火电路板，所述陶瓷点火针座（2）裸露在外部分内设有金属点火针（3），金属点火针（3）贯穿金属上盖（4）；位于金属上盖里面一侧视为金属点火针内侧，高压针是金属点火针位于金属上盖内的部分，通过焊接而成；高压针灌封电子胶后再装上金属上盖，高压针通过高压线接到灶头上。
