本发明涉及一种滴灌带承插三通安装孔堵头,包含按压台、密封卡槽、承插卡头和中心腔孔,其特点在于:中心腔孔孔口设在按压台端,并在按压台端面上呈开口状,中心腔孔另一端伸向承插卡头内,承插卡头端为封堵面。本发明与现有技术相比,由于滴灌带承插三通安装孔堵头中心腔孔孔口设在按压台端,安装时可用棒状工具插入中心腔孔孔口内按压,相对省时、省力、工作效率较高,若将中心腔孔内塞入硬物,在PE管内水压大时,也不会出现承插卡头受力变形,使三通安装孔堵头脱落跑水的问题。在受到农机具车轮碾压时,由于承插卡头接触面积大,压强小,不会压破PE管。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滴灌带承插三通安装孔堵头。
背景技术
目前,新疆现有的农田大面积使用节水滴灌管网,每年在安装作业时,需要在PE水带打出安装孔,便于安装承插三通。次年再次使用PE水带时,会出现安装孔与滴灌带安装位置不合适的情况,这时就需要把旧孔用堵头堵上,再在合适的位置上打出安装孔。PE水带使用寿命时间在5年左右,每年都要在PE水带上把旧安装孔用堵头堵上,所以堵头在节水滴灌上是必不可少的产品。现在使用的堵头只能用手工安装。而PE管又是具有弹性的管子,安装时堵头的承插口要插入PE管中,经过PE管的弹性变形后才能插入,堵头的按压台直径只有20mm,厚度1.5mm,而PE管又是具有很好弹性的管子,所以手工按压安装堵头是很费力费时的工作。现有的堵头,最大的缺点是在滴灌管网安装完成后,在田间的机械化作业中,经常会出现农机具车轮压在PE管上,和车轮接触的是堵头按压台,堵头的承插卡头端面截面积小会因压强大而把PE管对面的管壁戳破,PE管戳破后,只有再次加水滴灌作业时,因农作物长高,PE管又是贴着地面,用眼睛很难发现,农工必须用耳朵听跑水的声音才能发现问题,再用堵头堵上,所以农工劳动强度大。
如:见本申请说明书附图1中,现有的承插三通安装孔堵头是由按压台(2)、密封卡槽(4)、承插卡头(1)和中心腔孔(3)构成,其中心腔孔(3)孔口设在承插卡头(1)端,以便于使承插卡头(1)顺利插入PE管上的承插三通安装孔内,中心腔孔(3)另一端伸向按压台(2)内,由于承插三通安装孔堵头都是用手按压安装,费时、费力、劳动强度大,工作效率较低。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种安装时,相对省时、省力,工作效率较高、不会损坏PE水管、不会脱落跑水的滴灌带承插三通安装孔堵头。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明包含按压台、密封卡槽、承插卡头和中心腔孔,其特点在于:中心腔孔孔口设在按压台端,并在按压台端面上呈开口状,中心腔孔另一端伸向承插卡头内,承插卡头端为封堵面。
本发明与现有技术相比,由于滴灌带承插三通安装孔堵头中心腔孔孔口设在按压台端,安装时可用棒状工具插入中心腔孔孔口内按压,相对省时、省力、工作效率较高,若将中心腔孔内塞入硬物,在PE管内水压大时,也不会出现承插卡头受力变形,使三通安装孔堵头脱落跑水的问题。在受到农机具车轮碾压时,由于承插卡头接触面积大,压强小,不会压破PE管。

具体实施方式
实施例:
参照附图2、图3,本实施例包含按压台2、密封卡槽4、承插卡头1和中心腔孔3,中心腔孔3孔口设在按压台2端,并在按压台2端面上呈开口状,中心腔孔3另一端伸向承插卡头1内,承插卡头1端为封堵面,密封卡槽4上设有密封垫圈。
使用时,将滴灌带承插三通安装孔堵头的承插卡头1对准PE带壁5上的承插三通安装孔6,再按压按压台2,使滴灌带承插三通安装孔进入密封卡槽4,或用棒状工具插入中心腔孔3中按压滴灌带承插三通安装孔堵头,更省力、省时,若在中心腔孔3中塞入硬物还可防止在PE管内水压大时,出现承插卡头1受力变形,使三通安装孔堵头脱落跑水的问题。

1.一种滴灌带承插三通安装孔堵头,包含按压台、密封卡槽、承插卡头和中心腔孔,其特征在于:所述的中心腔孔孔口设在按压台端,并在按压台端面上呈开口状,所述的中心腔孔另一端伸向承插卡头内,承插卡头端为封堵面。
