When paper roll 38 is placed between the first supporting seat 31 and the second supporting seat 32 completely, the first stator 315 and the second stator 325 rotations are to parallel with the first supporting seat 31 and the second supporting seat 32, now the first projection 311a of the first stator 315 protrudes from the first inner surface 31b of the first supporting seat 31, the 3rd projection 321a of the second stator 325 also protrudes from the second inner surface 32b of the second supporting seat 32, so the first projection 311a and the 3rd projection 321a stretch into the hollow axle center 38b of paper roll 38, and its top is resisted against respectively the inwall at 38b two ends, hollow axle center.

And when paper roll 38 is when being removed between the first supporting seat 31 and the second supporting seat 32, the two ends of paper roll 38 upwards contact the second projection 311b of the first support chip 317 and the 4th projection 321b of the second support chip 327, the second projection 311b is moved to the first outer surface 31a of the first supporting seat 31, the 4th projection 321b moves to the second outer surface 32a of the second supporting seat 32, and the second scarf s2 of the second projection 311b and the second scarf s4 of the 4th projection 321b pass through paper roll 38 smoothly.
The second end 315d of the first stator 315 and the second end 325d of the second stator 325 are no longer promoted by paper roll 38 simultaneously, the first outer surface 31a so the restoring force that the first flexible member 316 provides rotates the first end 315b of the first stator 315 centered by the first rotating shaft 314 to the first supporting seat 31 moves, the first projection 311a returns back to position originally and no longer protrudes from the first inner surface 31b, and also rotation and moving to the second outer surface 32a of the second supporting seat 32 centered by the second rotating shaft 324 of the first end 325b of the second stator 325, the 3rd projection 321a returns back to position originally and no longer protrudes from the second inner surface 32b, paper roll 38 is not stopped and be upwards removed smoothly.
When paper roll 38 is removed completely, the second projection 311b and the 4th projection 321b are no longer subject to the thrust of paper roll 38, and the toughness according to himself returns back to position originally.
