本发明涉及一种塑胶冷却辊,属于高分子材料制造技术领域。包括空心的辊;辊的两端分别设有进水口和出水口;辊内壁上均匀间隔铺设有冷凝管;冷凝管的两端分别与进水口和出水口连接。辊内壁上间隔均匀贴装有半导体制冷器;半导体制冷片外侧贴装有导热管,导热管从辊的一端延伸而出,其延伸端点处与一组散热片贴合。本发明提供的塑胶冷却辊,在辊内铺设了半导体制冷片,当循环水冷却不及时,即可启动半导体制冷片辅助。而且,半导体制冷片可叠加多层,制冷效果更好。通常多级制冷片结构可以达到80摄氏度以上的两级温差。可以急速制冷,足以应对任何突发情况。

本发明涉及一种塑胶冷却辊,属于高分子材料制造技术领域。
背景技术
现有的EVA胶膜制程中,压延薄膜或胶黏带涂布时,在成品成卷时为了减少热材料冷却时收缩引起的变形,在成卷前将材料通过冷却辊使其降温来达到减少材料的变形。
目前一般的方法是,使用循环水冷却,在辊内设冷却管,然后通入冷水。当连续工作时间过长,或环境温度较高时,这种冷却方式的效果就会明显变差。而且,这样的冷却方式也不具有任何调节的能力。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:提出一种可连续作业,并可对温度进行调节的冷却辊。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提出的技术方案是:一种塑胶冷却辊,包括空心的辊;所述辊的两端分别设有进水口和出水口;所述辊内壁上均匀间隔铺设有冷凝管;所述冷凝管的两端分别与所述进水口和出水口连接。所述辊内壁上间隔均匀贴装有半导体制冷器;所述半导体制冷器外侧贴装有导热管,所述导热管从所述辊的一端延伸而出,其延伸端点处与一组散热片贴合。
本发明进一步的完善是:所述半导体制冷器是一级、两级或三级半导体制冷片叠加结构。
本发明更进一步的完善在于:所述散热器上装有散热风扇。
本发明带来的有益效果是:本发明提供的塑胶冷却辊,在辊内铺设了半导体制冷片,当循环水冷却不及时,即可启动半导体制冷片辅助。而且,半导体制冷片可叠加多层,制冷效果更好。通常多级制冷片结构可以达到80摄氏度以上的两级温差。可以急速制冷,足以应对任何突发情况。

具体实施方式
实施例
本实施例的一种塑胶冷却辊,包括空心的辊1;辊1的两端分别设有进水口和出水口;辊1内壁上均匀间隔铺设有冷凝管2;冷凝管2的两端分别与进水口和出水口连接。辊1内壁上间隔均匀贴装有半导体制冷器3;半导体制冷器3外侧贴装有导热管4,导热管4从辊1的一端延伸而出,其延伸端点处与一组散热片(图中未示)贴合。
本实施例中的半导体制冷器3是采用两级半导体制冷片叠加而成,其冷热两端温差在60摄氏度以上。如果需要更强的效果,也可实用三级本道题制冷片叠加,其温差可以达到80摄氏度以上。
同时,本实施例中的散热器上装有散热风扇,以将导热管4导出的热量及时散发。
工作时,冷凝管2内通入循环冷水,进行冷却。如果发现冷却不及,则马上启动半导体制冷器5,进行辅助制冷,直到循环冷水再次恢复到原始温度。
本发明不局限于上述实施例,凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围内。

1.一种塑胶冷却辊,包括空心的辊;所述辊的两端分别设有进水口和出水口;所述辊内壁上均匀间隔铺设有冷凝管;所述冷凝管的两端分别与所述进水口和出水口连接;其特征在于:所述辊内壁上间隔均匀贴装有半导体制冷器;所述半导体制冷器外侧贴装有导热管,所述导热管从所述辊的一端延伸而出,其延伸端点处与一组散热片贴合;所述半导体制冷器是一级、两级或三级半导体制冷片叠加结构;所述散热器上装有散热风扇。
