本发明涉及一种套筒式屋顶膨胀管旋紧器，它是在一根度锌管的上端装有一个空心活动式撑插套筒，该管的下端连接着U型旋转手柄，手柄的外臂套有旋转套管，旋转套管下端的内臂与U型旋转手柄中间的内臂通过内外正丝螺纹相连接，U型旋转手柄的另一端装有可活动的半圆型托座。本发明的优点是结构合理，使用方便，装拆紧固屋顶胀管省时、省力，安全系数大，占用空间小，便于推广使用。

一、所属技术领域
本发明属于五金手动紧固工具技术领域，具体涉及一种套筒式屋顶膨胀管旋紧器。
二、背景技术
膨胀管的使用广泛出现在大小建筑工地，特别在房屋装饰吊顶张紧膨胀管时，必须搭架后靠扳手紧固才能完成施工任务，而靠扳手紧固胀管往往受顶面密布管线的影响，不仅工作效率低，安全系数小，而且有时确实难已靠人力缓慢旋紧胀管。
三、发明内容
本发明的目的是为克服上述技术不足，提供一种套筒式屋顶膨胀管旋紧器，其解决的主要技术方案，是在一根度锌管的上端装有一个空心活动式撑插套筒，该管的下端连接着U型旋转手柄，手柄的外臂装有旋转套管，旋转套管下端的内臂与U型旋转手柄中间的内臂通过内外正丝螺纹相连接，U型旋转手柄的另一端装有可活动的半圆型托座。
本发明的优点是结构合理，使用方便，装拆紧固屋顶胀管省时、省力，安全系数大，占用空间小，便于推广使用。

五、具体实施方式
由图1所示的一种套筒式屋顶膨胀管旋紧器，是在一根度锌管(2)的上端装有一个空心活动式撑插套筒(1)，该管的下端连接着U型旋转手柄(3)，手柄的外臂套有旋转套管(4)，旋转套管下端的内臂与U型旋转手柄中间的内臂通过内外正丝螺纹相连接，U型旋转手柄的另一端装有可活动的半圆型托座(5)。
使用时，先将胀管旋紧器各部连接好，并装上所需口径的撑插套筒(1)，把所用的丝杆带胀管放入撑插套筒中，对准打好的施工孔中，然后转动U型旋转手柄套管(4)，并用另一只手撑住半圆型托座(5)，即可完成胀管螺帽的紧固。

1.一种套筒式屋顶膨胀管旋紧器，其特征是：在一根度锌管(2)的上端装有一个空心活动式撑插套筒(1)，该管的下端连接着U型旋转手柄(3)，U型旋转手柄的另一端装有可活动的半圆型托座(5)。
2.一种套筒式屋顶膨胀管旋紧器，其特征是：手柄的外臂套有旋转套管(4)，旋转套管下端的内臂与U型旋转手柄中间的内臂通过内外正丝螺纹相连接。
