Abstract

Description

一种塑料盒子
本发明所涉及的塑料盒子包括:
一块模制的塑料材料用来作为要构成盒子基底的中央部分和四个可拆叠的挡板,其铰接到中央部分上并形成盒子的侧壁,以及
四个塑料材料的角竖柱,每个角竖柱有两个槽,在槽中两毗邻挡板侧缘被安置。
上述类型的盒子已经被提出,竖柱有向盒子侧壁提供刚性和支承重叠堆垛和盒子重量的作用。法国专利1,344,783号描述了一种用纸基材料制造的盒子,其侧壁由金属部分构成的角件连接。
许多生产一种能将盒子的侧壁端部机械地稳定连接并具有支承重叠的盒子的重量的足够的塑料竖柱被尝试。一种带有侧壁的塑料盒子其侧壁铰接到其底上并以法国专利2,217,223中所知的角件固定在一起。侧壁边缘有T-形横截面并用于被安置在角件内下部切开横截面的槽内。为了生产法国专利2,217,223所描述的竖柱必须使用有滑道的模具,那是比简单的对开模具复杂、精密和昂贵的,然而后者对于生产下部切开的横截面是不可能的。
美国专利4,210,274认为注射模制角竖柱是很昂贵的工艺,这是由于模具的复杂并因此提出用挤压方法生产可拆开的盒子的竖柱,然而挤压技术不允许竖柱形成带有适于重叠盒子侧支承的支承基底。因此挤压竖柱需要进一步的销形件。该件由注射成形生产并一定程度上能贯穿重叠的竖柱。
如果考虑到市场每个需要数百万这种盒子并且每个盒子需要四个竖柱,将理解到对于找到尽可能经济地生产竖柱的解决方法是如何重要。
本发明的目的是提供一种竖柱,其能被用注射成形技术生产且使用没有可移动件的简单的两部分对开模具。
按照本发明,该目的可借助包括如下内容的竖柱实现:
一个带有垂直于盒子基底的纵轴的中央肋,
第一和第二排弓形件,其和肋成一整体,且分别有构成槽的相对壁的支承表面,该槽用于容纳挡板的侧边缘,在每排的弓形体由沿肋的纵轴的间隔分开,其高度等于或大于沿同一轴的相对排的弓形体的高度,每排弓形体的支承表面面对着相对排弓形体之间的间隔。
按照本发明的解决方法提供一个盒子侧壁之间的稳定机械连接,并且不必在竖柱内形成向下切开横截面的槽。这必然使得使用两部分模具成为可能,该模具能生产很大的数量,例如每个成型循环20-50个。这个解决方法也使得重复使用或注入的热塑性材料被使用成为可能。通过竖柱造价问题的解决,本发明使得塑料盒子造价与广泛使用的包装水果和蔬菜的木盒或纸盒不相上下。

参考图1,标号1指示的塑料板是矩形的,中央部分2的每一边铰接有可拆叠的挡板4。中央部分2构成弧基底,挡板4形成盒子的侧壁。通过板1的托座深度浅的凹槽6将挡板4与中央部分2铰接在一起。中央部分2和挡板4均有加劲肋8。
中央部分2是通过压制成形一种由热塑性基体和加入填充剂的废品构成的材料而生产的,所述废品对于再利用是困难的,例如热固性塑料材料。
挡板4可从平行于中央部分2的位置移动到垂直于中央部分2的位置。挡板4由四个塑料的角竖柱10保持在它们的第二位置,图1中只显示了一个角竖柱10。
如图2-5放大的细节所能见到的,角竖柱10由一个注射成型的塑料体构成并有一中央肋12,其纵轴A垂直于盒子的中央部分2。分别用14和16指示的第一和第二排弓形体从中央肋12延伸。每个弓形体由两部分构成,用14a、14b和16a、16b指示,它们相对于中央肋对称地排列。在第一排的弓形体14与平行于中央肋12的相对的一对侧肋18连接。第一排的弓形体14被间隔20分开,其沿轴向A高度H等于或大于第二排弓形体16的高度h。第二排弓形体16面对着在第一排弓形体14之间的间隔20。这种弓形设置使得竖柱10能够无滑动或类似情况地用两部分模具生产。
参考图4和5,弓形体14、16各自有平行的支承表面22、24,两表面之间限定的槽用于容纳各自的两毗邻挡板4的侧缘26。挡板4的侧缘26以大于90°的角B倾斜于挡板4。在第一排的弓形体14的支承表面22以与挡板4的侧缘26的倾斜相应的方式倾斜。
加劲肋28、30从每个弓形体14、16的后表面突出,横跨中央肋12。如图3所示,中央肋12有用于盒子中央部分2接合的突出物32。还是参见图3,中央肋12和侧肋18整体地和一平的支承底34一起成形,该底垂直于肋12的轴A。基底34形成了对相应的重叠的盒子的竖柱的支承。两个从基底34突出的叉开的壁36用于侧向地保持和导引重叠的盒子的角。

Claims (7)

1.一种塑料盒子,包括:
一个带有构成盒子基底的中央部分(2)的模制塑料材料板(1)和四个可拆叠挡板(4),其铰接于中央部分(2)并形成盒子的侧壁,以及四个塑料材料角竖柱(10),
其特征在于角竖柱包括:
带有垂直于盒子基底(2)的纵轴(A)的中央肋(12),
第一和第二排弓形件(14,16),其和肋(12)成一整体并且各自有构成槽相对壁的支承面(22,24),四个塑料材料角竖柱(10)中,每一个角竖柱有两个槽,在其中安置两个毗邻挡板(4)的侧缘(26),每排弓形体由间隔(20)分开,其沿肋(12)的纵轴(A)的高度(H)等于或大于沿同一轴相对排的弓形的高度,所述每排弓形体面对相对排的弓形体之间的间隔。
2.根据权利要求1的盒子,其特征在于每排中的每个弓形体由两部分(14a,4b,16a,6b)形成,其相对于中央肋(12)对称。
3.根据权利要求1的盒子,其特征在于第一排弓形体(14)限定的作为挡板(4)表面的支承表面(22)从外面面对着盒子并和一对侧肋(18)成一整体,该侧肋平行于中央肋(12)且在其相对两边上。
