Abstract

本发明公开了一种清爽柠檬洗手液，所述清爽柠檬洗手液由下述组分按质量百分比组成：柠檬油0.1-0.5%、月桂酰基谷氨酸钠6-10%、十二烷基葡糖苷4-8%、PEG-40失水山梨醇羊毛脂酸酯0.5-1.5%、甘油1-3%、余量为水。本发明的清爽柠檬洗手液气味清新，能够清洁手部肌肤，并有效抑菌。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种洗手液，尤其涉及一种清爽柠檬洗手液。
背景技术
洗手液主要的功能是起到清洁护肤的作用，有些特定的成分可以起到消毒、杀菌的作用，比如大肠杆菌等。
洗手液一般无磷、铝、碱、烷基苯磺酸钠等成分，采用温和去污的原理，容易被皮肤接受。
然而，现有的洗手液，抑菌效果并不理想。
发明内容
一种清爽柠檬洗手液，由下述组分按质量百分比组成：
优选地，一种清爽柠檬洗手液，由下述组分按质量百分比组成：
优选地，所述生物抗菌剂为百秋李醇和芦荟大黄素中的一种或其混合物。
最优地，所述生物抗菌剂由40-60wt%百秋李醇和40-60wt%芦荟大黄素组成。
具体的，在本发明中：
柠檬油，CAS号：8008-56-8。
月桂酰基谷氨酸钠，CAS号:29923-31-7。
十二烷基葡糖苷，CAS号：110615-47-9。
PEG-40失水山梨醇羊毛脂酸酯，CAS号：8036-77-9。
显然，在本发明中根据客户需要，还可以添加其他原料，如防腐剂（卡松、ECOCIDEITH2防腐剂）、香精、颜料等，其他原料加入基本实现其各自的功能，通常不会影响本发明的基本性能。本领域技术人员无需付出创造性劳动即可实施。
本发明可以采用本行业通用的方法进行制备。例如，在混合釜中，先加入水，加热至70-80℃，在搅拌条件下，再加入月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、十二烷基葡糖苷、PEG-40失水山梨醇羊毛脂酸酯、甘油，搅拌均匀，降温至30-40℃，再加入柠檬油和生物抗菌剂，搅拌均匀，即可得到本发明的清爽柠檬洗手液。相对于现有技术，本发明的创新之处在于配方的优选，而不是制备方法本身。
本发明的清爽柠檬洗手液气味清新，能够清洁手部肌肤，并有效抑菌。
具体实施方式
如无特别说明，%指质量百分比，原料以有效物含量100wt%计。
实施例1-4
按照表1所指定的对应实施例1-4组分及含量，进行原料称取。
在混合釜中，先加入水，加热至75℃，在搅拌条件下，再加入月桂酰基谷氨酸钠、十二烷基葡糖苷、PEG-40失水山梨醇羊毛脂酸酯、甘油，搅拌均匀，降温至35℃，再加入柠檬油和生物抗菌剂，搅拌均匀，即可得到本发明的清爽柠檬洗手液。

备注：表1中每一实施例各组分之和为100wt%。
测试例
按照行业标准QB/T2850-2007抗菌抑菌型洗涤剂，进行抑菌效果测试，作用浓度均为1wt%，作用时间均为20分钟，具体检测数据，详见表2。

由表2测试数据可见，实施例2-4与实施例1相比较，由于实施例2-4添加了生物抗菌剂，使得本发明的清爽柠檬洗手液具有良好的抑菌率性能。特别的，实施例4的数据明显优于实施例2和实施例3，可见，生物抗菌剂采用百秋李醇和芦荟大黄素复配，抑菌性能协同增效。
