Abstract
本发明是关于描图纸之制造方法,尤指一种在塑胶膜表面上涂布以涂覆物而形成之描图纸之制法。此种描图纸可供为机械、建筑、美工制图时描图之用。涂覆物组合成分可包括溶剂、粘合剂、无机颜料、界面活性剂等。无机颜料须为能呈现书写性者。无机颜料在固体份中占30~60重量百分率,涂覆物含固体份20~60重量百分率。一种合宜之溶剂系统,是50~80重量百分率之脂肪族溶剂及20~50重量百分率芳香族溶剂。
Description
本发明是关于描图纸之制造方法,尤指一种在塑胶膜片上涂布一层具书写性之半透明涂覆物而形成之工程或美工用描图纸之制造方法。
查一般描图纸最常用的制作方法是在透明性基材上采喷沙法及涂布法制成。涂布法成本虽较高,然而品质较优异,故目前国内市售品描图纸多采用涂布法制成,因国内尚无厂商制造,市售品皆为进口货,价格非常昂贵。我们期盼由塑胶膜到描图纸,皆能由国内厂商自己制作,对国家、社会来说当是一大福音。发明人等所服务之公司桃园厂专门生产聚酯膜,而在技术部研发制作其相关产品,描图纸即为其中之一。本发明是由发明人等自行开发研究而成功之新颖描图纸之制造方法,涂覆物系在聚酯等透明塑胶膜表面上涂布以特定配合之涂覆物而形成者。
本发明制作描图纸之基材为塑胶膜,所用之涂覆物系利用特定配方,以适当程序加料及流程分散而成。涂覆物组合成份所包含的溶剂系统是做为其载体,在常温下为液体,又分为溶剂及非溶剂。以热塑性树脂作为粘合剂,必须溶解于该溶剂系统中。界面活性剂及非溶剂皆可帮助润湿无机颜料,降低其界面活化性能,使无机颜料更容易分散于涂覆物中。
制作描图纸涂覆物之最简单方法及其应有之观念,在实施例中将予描述。在较佳之实施例中,述及更严格制作流程及溶剂系统之变化影响。丁酮与环己酮虽为本系列粘合剂之良好溶剂,但两者物性相差甚多。丁酮在室温下之粘度为0.497cps,而环己酮在17.3℃之粘度为2.30cps,然而在39.1℃时之粘度20.3cps,变化甚大。丁酮沸点79.6℃,挥发速率为465(溶剂相对的挥发速率以醋酸乙酯为100),环己酮沸点156.7℃,挥发速率为25。甲苯沸点111.0℃,挥发速率为195。因此涂覆物用溶剂之选择,必须考虑其溶解力外,尚须顾及溶剂的挥发性。因溶剂的挥发速率会影响涂覆物之干燥性及刷涂性等。又无论是高纯度甲苯或者工业用甲苯,其挥发速率几乎没有什么差异。若只是用为稀释剂,工业用甲苯应视为良好原料。
涂覆物的固体物含量为20~60重量百分率,若小于20重量百分率,涂膜可能太薄;若大于60重量百分率,涂覆物可能粘度太高,或者涂布器之转写率可能不足,以致不易施行涂布作业。无机颜料在固体份中占30~60重量百分率,若小于30重量百分率,涂膜书写性变差,若大于60重量百分率,涂膜不易粘著在塑胶膜上,易产生掉粉现象。至于一种合宜之溶剂系统,主要系顾及其对粘合剂之溶解力及其挥发性。本一系列试验所用粘合剂之溶解度参数与脂肪族溶剂者相近,所以脂肪族溶剂可占50~80重量百分率,小于50重量百分率,粘合剂不易溶解完全,涂覆物不稳定,粘合剂易淀析分离出来。芳香族溶剂可占20~50重量百分率,若小于20重量百分率,无机颜料不易被润湿,若大于50重量百分率,即为上述脂肪族溶剂小于50重量百分率之结果。粘合剂占固体物的40~70重量百分率,小于40重量百分率,涂膜干燥后,易于脱落,大于70重量百分率,涂膜书写性变差,且提高成本。所用粘合剂其中氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物及苯氧基树脂,两者溶液较易润湿无机颜料,且能适度提高涂膜表面硬度。而聚氨基甲酸酯主要目的是提供最强的粘著力。氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物占1~50重量百分率,小于10重量百分率造成涂覆物分散不佳,大于50重量百分率,涂膜易脱落。苯氧基树脂占5~25重量百分率,若小于5重量百分率,涂膜硬度变低,若大于25重量百分率,涂覆物粘度太高,不易涂布。聚氨基甲酸酯占40~80重量百分率,若小于40重量百分率,涂膜不易牢固,若大于80重量百分率,不但影响涂覆物之分散状况而且使涂膜硬度变低。
兹将本发明就下列代表性实施例(所用份数以重量计)说明如下:
但在此先要声明此等实施例并非限制本发明之基本构成,例如,芳香族溶剂可用苯、甲苯、二甲苯或氯苯、酚、甲酚等,而脂肪族溶剂可用丙酮、丁酮、环戊酮、环己酮、2-甲基戊酮-[4]或其它高级酮或二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、四氢呋喃(THF)等。
实施例一:
取25份氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(Vinyl Chloride/Vinyl AcetateCopolumer,可作粘合剂用),加入37.5份甲苯及37.5份丁酮,予以搅拌混合,当其完全溶解后,即为A溶液。将25份聚氨基甲酸酯(Polyure-thane,可作粘合剂用),加入50份丁酮及25份环己酮,予以搅拌混合,俟其完全溶解后,即为B溶液。
取30份A溶液及36份B溶液及19份丁酮,充分搅拌混合,再缓慢加入10份硅石粉(颗粒大小0.01-4.0μ)及5份碳酸钙(颗粒大小0.01~4.0μ),搅拌均匀再加以分散2小时,较粗粉末系提供良好书写性,较细粉末系帮助良好笔迹消去性,两者同时影响表面之粗度及摩擦系数。计算出涂覆物中固体物占31.5%,无机颜料构成15%之固体物。把涂覆物涂布在塑胶膜上,烘干后即成描图纸。可用原子笔、针笔、钢笔、铅笔在描图纸上书写。但如果描图纸要用铅笔书写且重覆擦拭使用,遂有下列实施例更优异之涂覆物制法。
实施例二:
取31.3份丁酮及6.9份环己酮及20.7份甲苯,充份混合10分钟,搅拌加入11.8份苯氧基树脂(PHENOXY RESINS,可作为粘合剂用)及19.2份氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物,搅拌研磨溶解,即成为A溶液。取15份甲苯,37.5份丁酮及17.5份环己酮,充份混合10分钟后,搅拌加入30份聚氨基甲酸酯,搅拌研磨4小时,做成B溶液。以上各溶剂的百分比,并非不可改变,是看设备及操作条件而定。不可疏忽的是高沸点的溶剂如环己酮,不宜加太多,因若其不能从涂膜中挥发而残存时,易产生涂膜的粉化,涂膜的附着性、耐久性、硬度等皆会变差。虽然如此,亦不宜完全舍弃不用环己酮,而只用丁酮,其挥发速率高,在干燥阶段易使涂膜表面产生针孔或涡漩状细胞。
取35份A溶液,加入6份白土(颗粒大小0.1~4.0μ),均匀搅拌,分散2小时后,再加入52份B溶液,搅拌分散均匀后,再缓慢加入6份硅石粉(与实施例一同),再分散2小时,即成涂覆物主剂。取80~95份涂覆物主剂与5~20份硬化剂(含异氰酸基,固体量50%重量百分率)。以上主剂、硬化剂之重量百分率,主要视主剂所含羟基量而定。搅拌均匀半小时后,将其涂布在塑胶膜上,进烘箱区干燥,即成描图纸。可用的无机颜料尚有硅酸钙、二氧化钛、硫酸钡、碳酸镁、氧化锌等。若涂覆物要分散得更好,或者无机颜料较不易分散者,可加入界面活性剂,例如胺类界面活性剂。界面活性剂不宜加太多,否则会使涂膜对塑胶膜附着力降低。其加入量应视分散难易程度及其品质而决定,对无机颜料占0.1~10%分散时间亦不一定2小时,视设备、流程及原料而定。有一判定方法可供参考。是用光学显微镜观察其涂覆物,直到颗粒分散均匀,且不再有大颗粒存在,即为完成分散程序。
Claims (6)
1.一种描图纸之制造方法,此方法是于塑胶膜表面涂布以涂覆物而形成,该涂覆物包括:溶剂系统、粘合剂、无机颜料、界面活性剂,其特征在于:
(a)所说的溶剂系统是由50~80重量百分率之脂肪族溶剂及20~50重量百分率芳香族溶剂组成;
(b)所说的粘合剂组合包含聚氨基甲酸酯、氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物、苯氧基树脂;
(c)所说的无机颜料含至少二种物质;
(d)所说的界面活性剂为胺类界面活性剂;
(e)所说涂覆物的固体物含量为20~60重量百分率。
2.根据权利要求1所述之方法,其中该粘合剂占固体物的40~70重量百分率。
3.根据权利要求1所述之方法,其中该粘合剂中所含氯乙烯/醋酸乙烯酯共聚物占10~50重量百分率,苯氧基树脂占5~25重量百分率,聚氨基甲酸酯占40~80重量百分率。
4.根据权利要求1所述之方法,其中该无机颜料占固体物的30~60重量百分率。
5.根据权利要求1所述之方法,其中该无机颜料乃含两种以上不同种物质,且其颗粒大小不同,滑涩不同。
6.根据权利要求1所述之方法,其中该界面活性剂是胺类化合物,占无机颜料之0.1~10重量百分率。
