Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The video transmission method protected by the invention is described based on the two ends of the mobile terminal and the media output equipment respectively. Wherein the mobile terminal has established a communication connection with at least one media output device. The mobile terminal includes but is not limited to a PAD of a tablet computer, a smart phone, a feature phone, a PDA of a palm computer, etc. The media output device is an electronic device having an output unit, including but not limited to a television, a laptop computer, a tablet computer, and the like having an output unit.
Example one
Referring to fig. 1, a flow chart of a video transmission method according to the present invention is shown on a mobile terminal side, including:
step 101: the method comprises the steps of acquiring first video data and controlling the mobile terminal to output a first part of the content of the first video data. Wherein the content of the first video data comprises at least a first portion and a second portion.
In this embodiment, the first portion and the second portion are not pre-divided for the content of the first video data, but indicate that the content of the first video data in a certain playing time, that is, the content of the video data in a period from the starting point of the video playing to the time point is the first portion of the content of the first video data, and the content of the video data in a period from the time point to the ending point of the video playing is the second portion of the content of the first video data. Therefore, in this embodiment, if a user currently plays a video with a video length of 109:00min, and pushes the video to the media transmission device for continuous playing after playing the video for 15min, the first part at this time refers to the video data content in the time period from the starting point 00:00 of the video playing to the video playing time 15:00, and the second part refers to the video data content in the time period from the starting point 15:00 of the video playing to the video playing time 109: 00.
In this embodiment, the user may select the first video data from a local video resource stored in the mobile terminal, or may select the first video data from the internet. When a user selects a first video in the local video resource stored by the mobile terminal, the mobile terminal directly acquires the first video data, and when the user selects the first video from the internet, the mobile terminal downloads and acquires the first video data through the network. In this embodiment, after the mobile terminal acquires the first video data selected by the user, the mobile terminal is controlled to start outputting the first part of the content of the first video data.
Step 102, detecting a first operation instruction.
In this embodiment, the first operation instruction may specifically be a push instruction. The push instruction is used for controlling the mobile terminal to send the first video data to at least one media output device with the established communication connection. Meanwhile, in the embodiment, when a preset user operation is detected, a first operation instruction of the user for transmitting the video is acquired. The preset user operation comprises preset key input operation, swing operation, mouse simulation input operation or preset gesture input operation.
And 103, sending indication information to the at least one media output device according to the first operation instruction, so that the at least one media output device outputs the second part of the content of the first video data according to the indication information after receiving the indication information. Wherein the indication information is associated with the first video data.
It should be noted that the indication information may be associated with the first video data, where the indication information includes all content information and time parameter information of the first video data, or the indication information includes link information and time parameter information corresponding to the first video data, or the indication information is a second part of the content of the first video data.
In this embodiment, the indication information is used to indicate that at least one media output device in communication connection with the mobile terminal starts to continue transmitting the second portion of the content of the first video data. When the mobile terminal detects the first operation instruction, the system generates the indication information and sends the indication information to the media output equipment.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, when the first part of the content of the first video data is subjected to data output, after a first operation instruction input by a user is detected, the indication information is sent to the at least one media output device according to the first operation instruction, so that the at least one media output device outputs the second part of the content of the first video data according to the indication information after receiving the indication information. Obviously, the invention supports the user to complete the video pushing process in the video playing process, and the media output device continues the progress of watching the video on the mobile terminal by the user after receiving the indication information sent by the mobile terminal. Therefore, the video transmission method disclosed by the invention can be used for determining when the video is pushed to the media output equipment by the user to be continuously played, so that the degree of freedom mastered by the user is improved, and the diversified requirements of the user are met.
In the following, for better understanding of the implementation of the present invention, the inventor develops the above step 103, and describes the implementation of the present invention in more detail.
1. When the first operation instruction is detected, indication information is sent to at least one media output device according to the first operation instruction, and the indication information can comprise all content information of the first video data and time parameter information. Wherein the time parameter information may include at least one of end time information of the first portion of the content of the first video data, or start time information of the second portion of the content of the first video data, or played duration information of the first portion of the content of the first video data.
In this embodiment, the indication information includes all content information of the first video data and time parameter information. The media output device may enable output of the first video content in accordance with the full content information of the first video data. The time parameter information may include at least one of end time information of the first portion of the content of the first video data, or start time information of the second portion of the content of the first video data, or played duration information of the first portion of the content of the first video data. According to the time parameter information, the playing time of the first video played by the user on the mobile terminal, or the starting time of the video to be played by the media output device, or the playing time of the first video played by the user on the mobile terminal can be obtained. And further, the media output equipment continues to play the second part of the content of the first video according to the time parameter information.
When the time parameter information in the indication information includes start time information of the second part of the content of the first video data, the start time information can be obtained by synchronously recording the time progress of the video playing of the user by the mobile terminal. When the user pushes the video data to the media output equipment at a certain moment, the time schedule of the video played by the user synchronously recorded at the moment is sent to the media output equipment, and the media output equipment continues to play the video according to the time schedule. Of course, the start time information may also be set by the user, and then the media output device is controlled to continue outputting the first video data at the set time point according to the start time information set by the user. For example, the user sets the start time information of the second part of the content of the first video data to be 30:00min, and then the media output device starts to continue playing the first video data with the 30:00min as the starting point after receiving the indication information.
2. When the first operation instruction is detected, indication information is sent to at least one media output device according to the first operation instruction, and the indication information may include link information corresponding to the first video data and time parameter information. Wherein, the time parameter information may include at least one of end time information of the first portion, or start time information of the second portion, or played duration information of the first portion.
In this embodiment, the indication information includes link information corresponding to the first video data, and after acquiring the link information, the media output device directly acquires the first video data from the link information and outputs the first video data. The technical scheme of outputting by the media output device according to the time parameter information is similar to the scheme 1, and is not described herein again.
3. When the first operation instruction is detected, indication information is sent to the at least one media output device according to the first operation instruction, and the indication information can comprise a second part of the content of the first video data.
In this embodiment, the indication information only includes the second part of the content of the first video data, that is, the mobile terminal does not send the complete first video data to the media output device, and only sends the second part that is not played, that is, the video data that needs to be played continuously, directly to the media output device for output.
Example two
The technical scheme disclosed by the embodiment is applied to a scene in which a user directly finishes transmitting the video without watching the video. Referring to fig. 2, another flow chart of a video transmission method according to the present invention includes:
step 201, detecting a third operation instruction. If the third operation instruction is detected, step 202 is executed, and if the third operation instruction is not detected, step 207 is executed.
In this embodiment, when a preset user operation is detected, a third operation instruction is acquired. The preset user operation comprises preset key input operation, swing operation, mouse simulation input operation or preset gesture input operation.
In this embodiment, the third operation instruction is used to control the mobile terminal to send the determined first video data to the at least one media output device. Specifically, in the present invention, the determination of the first video data is decided by the user according to personal liking. The user selects the video to be viewed through operation of the mobile terminal, for example, through clicking, the mobile terminal acquires the first video data selected through clicking of the user, generates a third operation instruction, and sends the first video data to at least one media output device in communication connection with the mobile terminal in a default mode.
Step 202, detecting a second operation instruction. Step 203 is performed if the second operation instruction is detected, and step 206 is performed if the second operation instruction is not detected.
Meanwhile, the detecting of the second operation instruction may be detecting of a preset user operation. And when the preset user operation is detected, acquiring a second operation instruction. The preset user operation comprises preset key input operation, swing operation, mouse simulation input operation or preset gesture input operation.
In this embodiment, the second operation instruction is used to obtain the first video data after receiving the second operation instruction, and control the mobile terminal to output the first part of the content of the first video data.
Specifically, when the mobile terminal is to transmit the determined first video data to the at least one media output device, whether a second operation instruction exists is further detected, that is, whether the mobile terminal is controlled to output the first part of the content of the first video data is determined before the determined first video data is transmitted to the at least one media output device. And when the second operation instruction is detected, acquiring the first video data, and controlling the mobile terminal to output the determined first part of the content of the first video data.
Step 203, acquiring the first video data, and controlling the mobile terminal to output the first part of the content of the first video data.
Step 204, detecting a first operation instruction, executing step 205 when the first operation instruction is detected, and executing step 207 when the first operation instruction is not detected.
And step 205, sending indication information to the at least one media output device according to the first operation instruction, so that the at least one media output device outputs the second part of the content of the first video data according to the indication information after receiving the indication information. Wherein the indication information is associated with the first video data.
Step 206, sending the first video data to at least one media output device for output.
And step 207, standby.
In this embodiment, when the user does not view a video at present but wants to push the video, the mobile terminal first detects the third operation instruction, and sends the determined first video data to the media output device. Further, the mobile terminal detects whether a second operation instruction is received, and directly sends the determined first video data to the media output device for output when the second operation instruction is not received. When receiving the second operation instruction, the user indicates that the current user wants to check the video content first, and then determines whether to transmit the video data. Accordingly, the mobile terminal acquires the first video data and outputs a first portion of the content of the first video data. At this time, the user starts to check the video content, and the mobile terminal keeps a state of detecting whether the first operation instruction is received in real time. When a user decides to push the video to the media output device to continue playing, the user triggers a first operation instruction to control the mobile terminal to push the first video data to the media output device, and the mobile terminal generates indication information after detecting the first operation instruction and sends the indication information to the media output device, so that the media output device outputs a second part of the content of the first video data according to the indication information after receiving the indication information, and the video pushing is completed. When the user decides to abandon the video push to the media output device for continuous playing, the user triggers an ending instruction, and after the mobile terminal detects the ending instruction, the video transmission function is closed, and the function of continuously playing or quitting playing the video on the mobile terminal is executed.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, the invention supports the flexible control of the user on video push, and the user can decide when to push the video, thereby greatly improving the user experience.
EXAMPLE III
In addition, referring to fig. 3, based on the above embodiment, a further flowchart of a video transmission method according to the present invention includes:
step 301, detecting a third operation instruction. Step 302 is performed if the third operation instruction is detected, and step 308 is performed if the third operation instruction is not detected. And the third operation instruction is used for controlling the mobile terminal to send the determined first video data to at least one media output device.
Step 302, pop up the first prompting message. The first prompt message is used for prompting the user to select whether to read the video information. When the user determines to read the video information, step 303 is executed, and when the user selects not to read the video information, step 307 is executed.
In this embodiment, in order to further improve user experience and facilitate the actual operation of the user, after the mobile terminal detects the third operation instruction, the mobile terminal may automatically pop up a first prompt message, where the first prompt message is used to prompt the user to select whether to read the video information. For example, the first prompting message includes two options, read video information and not read video information, for example. After detecting the third operation instruction, the mobile terminal automatically pops up a first prompt message to the display screen, where the first prompt message may be a prompt box. The prompt box comprises two options of reading video information and not reading the video information. If the user wants to check the specific content of the video A first and then selects whether to continue pushing, the user selects an option for reading the video information, and at the moment, the mobile terminal receives a video reading instruction input by the user, namely the mobile terminal detects a second operation instruction, acquires first video data and controls the mobile terminal to start playing a first part of the content of the video A; if the user does not want to view the specific content of the video a and push the video directly, the user selects an option not to read the video information, and at this time, the mobile terminal receives the instruction to abandon reading the video, and executes step 307, and directly pushes the video a to the media output device for playing.
Step 303, detecting a second operation instruction. If the second operation instruction is detected, step 304 is executed, and if the second operation instruction is not detected, step 307 is executed. The second operation instruction is used for acquiring the first video data after receiving the second operation instruction and controlling the mobile terminal to output the first part of the content of the first video data.
Step 304, acquiring the first video data, and controlling the mobile terminal to output the first part of the content of the first video data.
Step 305, detecting a first operation instruction, executing step 306 when the first operation instruction is detected, and executing step 308 when the first operation instruction is not detected.
And step 306, sending indication information to the at least one media output device according to the first operation instruction, so that the at least one media output device outputs the second part of the content of the first video data according to the indication information after receiving the indication information. Wherein the indication information is associated with the first video data.
Step 307, sending the first video data to at least one media output device for output.
And step 308, standby.
Step 309, determining whether the user is the user who transmits the video data for the first time, if yes, executing step 310, and if not, executing step 311.
At step 310, a second prompting message is popped up. And the second prompt message is used for prompting the user to select whether to remember the operation.
Specifically, in this embodiment, it is remembered that this operation may be: and after detecting the third operation instruction, acquiring the first video data, and controlling the mobile terminal to directly output the first part of the content of the first video data.
Step 311, ignore the operation.
In this embodiment, after the user successfully transmits the first video data for the first time, the mobile terminal pops up a second prompt message when determining that the current user is the user who pushes the video for the first time, where the second prompt message is used to prompt the user to select whether to remember the operation. For example, the second prompt message includes two options of memorizing the operation and ignoring the operation. After the mobile terminal finishes the first video data push, automatically popping up a second prompt message, such as a prompt box to a display screen, wherein the prompt box comprises two options of remembering the operation and ignoring the operation. When the user selects to remember the operation, that is, the default state of the mobile terminal is represented in the subsequent video transmission process again, the mobile terminal is directly controlled to open the video for playing after the third operation instruction of the user for transmitting the video is obtained, and the user does not need to wait for the mobile terminal to detect whether the second operation instruction exists. When the user chooses to ignore the operation, the push is still completed according to the method shown in fig. 2 in the process of video transmission of the mobile terminal for two times and later.
By applying the technical scheme of the invention, when the user selects to remember the operation according to the second prompt message and the mobile terminal transmits the second video data, the mobile terminal directly acquires the second video data to output after the user determines the second video data sent to the media output equipment, thereby simplifying the operation steps of the user.
Example four
Based on the media output device side, in the embodiment, the media output device is in communication connection with at least one mobile terminal. Referring to fig. 4, another flowchart of a video push method according to the present invention includes:
step 401, receiving indication information sent by the mobile terminal. The indication information is sent to the media output device after the mobile terminal detects the first operation instruction.
And 402, acquiring a second part of the content of the first video data according to the indication information, and outputting the second part of the content of the first video data. The content of the first video data at least comprises a first part and a second part, and the mobile terminal is used for outputting the first part of the content of the first video data.
In this embodiment, after receiving the indication information sent by the mobile terminal, the media output device obtains the second part of the content of the first video data according to the indication information and outputs the second part of the content.
Specifically, when the indication information includes the entire content information of the first video data and the time parameter information, the time parameter information may further include at least one of end time information of the first portion, start time information of the second portion, or played duration information of the first portion. The media output device acquires the second part of the content of the first video data according to the time parameter information in the indication information and outputs the second part of the first video data.
Specifically, when the indication information includes link information corresponding to the first video data and time parameter information, the time parameter information may further include at least one of end time information of the first portion, start time information of the second portion, or played duration information of the first portion. The media output equipment acquires the first video data content according to the link information corresponding to the first video data in the indication information, further acquires the second part of the first video data content according to the time parameter information in the indication information, and outputs the second part of the first video data.
Specifically, when the indication information is the second part of the content of the first video data, the media output apparatus directly outputs the second part of the content of the first video data.
In this embodiment, the media output device receives the indication information sent by the mobile terminal, and outputs the second part of the first video data according to the indication information. The invention realizes the transmission of video data from the mobile terminal to the media output device, and when the time parameter information in the indication information comprises at least one of the end time information of the first part, the start time information of the second part or the played duration information of the first part, the media output device continues to output the second part of the first video data according to the end time information of the first part, the start time information of the second part or the played duration information of the first part, thereby overcoming the problem that the prior push technology can only play video from the beginning.
