Abstract

本发明公开一种双极电池,属于铅酸蓄电池领域,该双极电池包括外壳,极板,汇流排,端子和电解液,所述外壳的上表面上设有安全阀,所述极板包括正、负极板,正、负极板间设有隔板,所述负极板、隔板形和正极板依次排列组成一组集群,所述电解液通过所述安全阀填充到外壳内部,每个极板分别设有两个极耳,两极耳为对角排列。该双极电池的极板上设有极耳,两极耳在对角距离,这样正负极板交叉重叠后就会引出两组正负极,这样原来一个板耳导入或者导出电量的电阻就减小一倍,极板上的活性物质离板耳距离就减小一倍,极板只有两端活物反应一致,活物软化和硫化减小一倍,增加电池充电次数,延长电池使用寿命。

本发明涉及一种双极电池,属于铅酸蓄电池领域。 
背景技术
目前常用的铅酸蓄电池为单极电池,该电池外观有一个正极和一个负极,内部对应连接的是一个正铅端子和一个负铅端子,分别连接到正汇流排和负汇流排,在分别连接到正极板和负极板,极板结构都是只有一个板耳,整片极板的电流分散和汇集都是经过板耳导入和导出(参见图1至图4)。现有技术单极电池存在如下缺点:由于距离远近存在欧姆电阻特性,离板耳近的电阻小,分担的电流多,离板耳远的电阻大,分担的电流少,这样,离板耳近的活性物质充电和过放电长期存在,所以活性物质容易疏松软化,甚至内部铅筋条都被腐蚀断;离板耳远的活性物质长期欠充电,放电也不得力,所以活性物质容易形成较多的硫酸铅,最后硫化,活物导电性差,甚至失效。 
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足和缺陷,提供一种双极电池。 
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种双极电池,包括密封的外壳,极板,汇流排,端子和电解液,所述外壳的上表面上设有安全阀,所述极板包括正、负极板,正、负极板间设有隔板,所述负极板、隔板形和正极板依次排列组成一组集群,所述电解液通过所述安全阀填充到外壳内部,所述外壳内部设置两组所述集群,第一集群与第二集群层叠排列,使第一集群的正极板与第二集群的负极板相对,且第二集群的正极板上设有一负极板与其相对,所述极板左、右两侧分别设有极耳,且两个极耳沿极板水平中心线对称设置,所述汇流排与极耳连接,每个集群左、右两侧分别设有一组正、负汇流排和正、负端子,所述两组正、负端子分别从外壳左右两侧引出,且与正、负极板对应连接。 
在上述双极电池中,所述的正、负端子上对应处标注有正、负标识。 
在上述双极电池中,所述的外壳由塑料注塑而成。 
本明的有益效果是: 
1、本发明双极电池的极板上设有极耳,两极耳在对角距离,这样正负极板交叉重叠后就会引出两组正负极,这样原来一个板耳导入或者导出电量的电阻就减小一倍,极板上的活性物质离板耳距离就减小一倍,极板只有两端活物反应一致,活物软化和硫化减小一倍,增加电池充电次数,延长电池使用寿命,以6-DZM-20铅酸蓄电池为例:放电电流为10A,充电用电动自行车充电器充电,对现有技术铅酸电池与本发明双极电池循环寿命进行对比,对比结果见表1。
2、本发明双极电池引出端子为两个正极和两个负极,外接线更牢固,完全避免电流断路现象,同时线路电阻减小一倍,两组外接线端子利于电池大电流充电和放电。 
3、本发明双极电池内部每片极板上板耳是两个,利于大电流充电和放电,活物反应及时性得到大力提高。

下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明: 
实施例:一种双极电池,包括密封的外壳,极板,汇流排,端子和电解液,所述外壳的上表面上设有安全阀,所述极板包括正、负极板,正、负极板间设有隔板,所述负极板、隔板形和正极板依次排列组成一组集群,所述电解液通过所述安全阀填充到外壳内部,所述外壳内部设置两组所述集群,第一集群与第二集群层叠排列,使第一集群的正极板与第二集群的负极板相对,且第二集群的正极板上设有一负极板与其相对,所述极板左、右两侧分别设有极耳,且两个极耳沿极板水平中心线对称设置,所述汇流排与极耳连接,每个集群左、右两侧分别设有一组正、负汇流排和正、负端子,所述两组正、负端子分别从外壳左右两侧引出,且与正、负极板对应连接。
在上述双极电池中,所述的正、负端子上对应处标注有正、负标识。 
在上述双极电池中,所述的外壳由塑料注塑而成。

Claims (3)

1.一种双极电池,包括密封的外壳,极板,汇流排,端子和电解液,所述外壳的上表面上设有安全阀,所述极板包括正、负极板,正、负极板间设有隔板,所述负极板、隔板形和正极板依次排列组成一组集群,所述电解液通过所述安全阀填充到外壳内部,其特征是:所述外壳内部设置两组所述集群,第一集群与第二集群层叠排列,使第一集群的正极板与第二集群的负极板相对,且第二集群的正极板上设有一负极板与其相对,所述极板左、右两侧分别设有极耳,且两个极耳沿极板水平中心线对称设置,所述汇流排与极耳连接,每个集群左、右两侧分别设有一组正、负汇流排和正、负端子,所述两组正、负端子分别从外壳左右两侧引出,且与正、负极板对应连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双极电池,其特征是:所述的正、负端子上对应处标注有正、负标识。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双极电池,其特征是:所述的外壳由塑料注塑而成。
