发明公开了一种橡胶用硫化促进剂CBS母胶粒组合物及制备方法,组合物组份和质量份数为:促进剂CBS70~80份;载体8~21份;硬脂酸3~5份;白油6~9份;将密炼机预热至50~60℃,将载体、CBS、硬脂酸和白油投入密炼机中进行密炼,密炼均匀后下片、造粒即可;制备的母胶粒改变了传统需要先较高温度制备载体,然后再在较低温度下制备母胶粒的方式,可以直接在低温一步制备母胶粒,此方法操作方便,改善了粉体助剂在混炼过程中的粉尘、混炼率等问题的同时大大提高了母胶粒的生产效率。

橡胶用硫化促进剂CBS母胶粒组合物及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶助剂组合物,更具体地涉及预分散型橡胶硫化促进剂N-环己基-2-苯并噻唑次磺酰胺(简称CBS)母胶粒的制备,该产品主要用于橡胶硫化过程。
背景技术
硫化促进剂CBS是一种橡胶后效促进剂,抗焦烧性强,硫化时间短,主要用于制造轮胎、胶管、胶鞋、胶带、电缆等橡胶制品。
传统的橡胶助剂多为粉状化学品,虽然能为橡胶制品及其加工带来极大的益处,但也存在许多不足之处:一是粉状助剂与橡胶的相容性比预分散橡胶助剂母粒要差,相对胶母粒制品更难均匀地分散在橡胶中,因此,采用粉状助剂的橡胶制品在品质上会低于采用胶母粒制品橡胶制品;二是会造成更多的能源损耗。采用粉状橡胶助剂时,为了将其分散均匀,实际操作中往往采用延长混炼时间,提高混炼温度等办法,这会带来更多的能量损耗及过度交联等问题;三是不易于自动控制剂量。由于粉状助剂的物理吸附特性,在加入橡胶制品的过程中,容易吸附在器皿壁上,不易于自动控制进量;四是运输储存难度比胶母粒类橡胶助剂大。粉状助剂容易吸潮,存储要求高于胶母粒状助剂,且由于其粉末状的特点,运输成本也高于胶母粒助剂。
预分散橡胶助剂母粒是按“绿色化工”新概念所开发的一类新型橡胶加工助剂,其优点是在较低的混炼温度下,该体系也具有较低的粘度和低剪切率,因而易于分散。
采用预分散型橡胶助剂母粒取代普通粉体橡胶加工助剂,可以改善分散性,提高产品质量,方便使用,降低混炼温度,有利于节能,方便存贮和自动化计量等,是橡胶助剂未来的发展方向。国外橡胶工业已开始采用预分散橡胶助剂母粒。因此将橡胶促进剂制备成母胶粒对我国橡胶助剂走向国际化、拓宽市场,尤其对适应橡胶助剂行业发展潮流、推进我国橡胶助剂行业的清洁化生产有着重要的战略意义和必要性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种硫化促进剂CBS预分散母胶粒组合物及制备方法,该方法制备的母胶粒改变了传统需要先较高温度(不低于80℃)制备载体,然后再在较低温度(50~60℃)下制备母胶粒的方式,可以直接在低温一步制备母胶粒,此方法操作方便,改善了粉体助剂在混炼过程中的粉尘、混炼率等问题的同时大大提高了母胶粒的生产效率。
为达到上述目的,本发明通过下述技术方案加以实现:
一种促进剂CBS预分散母胶粒,组份和质量份数如下:

一种促进剂CBS预分散母胶粒,所述载体可以为三元乙丙胶、二元乙丙胶、丁苯胶或丁腈胶的单一品种或者多种胶混合而成;
所述载体材料优选为三元乙丙胶和二元乙丙胶的混合物或三元乙丙胶与丁苯胶的混合物;三元乙丙胶:二元乙丙胶的质量份数比为(1~4):1;三元乙丙胶:丁苯胶的质量比份数为1:(1~4)。本发明的促进剂CBS预分散母胶粒的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
将密炼机预热至50~60℃,将载体、CBS、硬脂酸和白油按照上述份数要求投入密炼机中进行密炼,密炼均匀后下片、造粒即可。
本发明的优点在于:该方法操作简单,解决了传统促进剂CBS粉末使用过程中粉尘大、分散不均匀等问题,并且简化了母胶粒制备过程,增加了使用过程中与橡胶的相容性,减少了混炼时间,提高了效率。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
将密炼机预热至50℃,将CBS80份、三元乙丙胶1.6份、丁苯胶6.4份、硬脂酸3份、白油9份加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒A。
实施例2:
将密炼机预热至60℃,将CBS80份、三元乙丙胶1.6份、丁苯胶6.4份、硬脂酸4份、白油8份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒B。
实施例3:
将密炼机预热至55℃,将CBS77份、三元乙丙胶1.6份、丁苯胶6.4份、硬脂酸5份、白油7份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒C。
实施例4
将密炼机预热至50℃,将CBS77份、三元乙丙胶2.2份、丁苯胶8.8份、硬脂酸3份、白油6份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒D。
实施例5
将密炼机预热至55℃,将CBS77份、三元乙丙胶3.3份、丁苯胶7.7份、硬脂酸4份、白油9份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒E。
实施例6
将密炼机预热至60℃,将CBS78份、三元乙丙胶4.4份、丁苯胶6.6份、硬脂酸5份、白油8份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒F。
实施例7
将密炼机预热至50℃,将CBS70份、三元乙丙胶3份、丁苯胶7份、硬脂酸3份、白油7份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒G。
实施例8
将密炼机预热至55℃,将CBS70份、三元乙丙胶4份、丁苯胶6份、硬脂酸4份、白油6份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒H。
实施例9
将密炼机预热至60℃,将CBS77份、三元乙丙胶5份、丁苯胶5份、硬脂酸5份、白油9份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒I。
实施例10:
将密炼机预热至50℃,将CBS80份、三元乙丙胶6.4份、二元乙丙1.6份、硬脂酸3份、白油8份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒A1。
实施例11:
将密炼机预热至60℃,将CBS80份、三元乙丙胶6.4份、二元乙丙胶1.6份、硬脂酸3份、白油7份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒B1。
实施例12:
将密炼机预热至55℃,将CBS80份、三元乙丙胶6.4份、二元乙丙胶1.6份、硬脂酸3份、白油6份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒C1。
实施例13:
将密炼机预热至50℃,将CBS75份、三元乙丙胶8.8份、二元乙丙胶2.2份、硬脂酸3份、白油9份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒D1。
实施例:14:
将密炼机预热至55℃,将CBS75份、三元乙丙胶9.5份、二元乙丙胶4.1份、硬脂酸3份、白油8份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒E1。
实施例:15:
将密炼机预热至60℃,将CBS80份、三元乙丙胶9份、二元乙丙胶6份、硬脂酸3份、白油7份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒F1。
实施例:16:
将密炼机预热至50℃,将CBS73份、三元乙丙胶10.5份、二元乙丙胶4.5份、硬脂酸3份、白油6份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒G1。
实施例:17:
将密炼机预热至55℃,将CBS76份、三元乙丙胶12.6份、二元乙丙胶8.4份、硬脂酸3份、白油9份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒H1。
实施例:18:
将密炼机预热至60℃,将CBS80份、三元乙丙胶10.5份、二元乙丙胶10.5份、硬脂酸3份、白油8份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒I1。
实施例:19:
将密炼机预热至50℃,将CBS80份、丁苯橡胶15份、硬脂酸4份、白油8份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒A2。
实施例:20:
将密炼机预热至60℃,将CBS80份、三元乙丙胶10份、硬脂酸3份、白油8份依次加入密炼机中混炼均匀后得到下片、造粒即得到母胶粒B2。
将以上实施例中得到的母胶粒分别带入橡胶配方中进行物理性能测试,测试结果见表1及表2:

Claims (5)

1.一种硫化促进剂CBS预分散母胶粒组合物,其特征是组份和质量份数如下:

2.如权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征是所述载体为三元乙丙胶、二元乙丙胶、丁苯胶或丁腈胶的单一品种或者多种胶混合而成。
3.如权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征是所述混合载体为三元乙丙胶和二元乙丙胶的混合物,三元乙丙胶:二元乙丙胶的质量份数比为(1~4):1。
4.如权利要求2所述的组合物,其特征是所述混合载体为三元乙丙胶与丁苯胶的混合物;三元乙丙胶:丁苯胶的质量比份数为1:(1~4)。
5.权利要求1的硫化促进剂CBS预分散母胶粒制备方法,其特征是将密炼机预热至50~60℃,将载体、CBS、硬脂酸和白油投入密炼机中进行密炼,密炼均匀后下片、造粒即可。
