Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a tower type hoisting and distributing dual-purpose machine which can realize hoisting and distributing and is used for shortening the construction period and improving the construction convenience.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme:
a tower type dual-purpose machine for hoisting and distributing materials comprises:
a tower body with a climbing frame;
the crane boom is arranged at the top of the tower body;
the derrick mast is fixedly arranged on the crane boom;
a lifting hook trolley which is arranged on the lifting arm in a sliding way,
the concrete conveying pipe is fixedly arranged on the tower body and the crane boom;
and a cloth concrete pipe; during hoisting operation, the cloth concrete pipe is detachably mounted on the climbing frame; during distribution operation, the distribution concrete pipe is hung on the lifting hook trolley by the derrick mast, is detachably mounted on the lifting hook trolley, is conveyed to a set position by the lifting hook trolley and then is separated from the lifting hook trolley and is communicated with the concrete conveying pipe.
Preferably, the climbing frame comprises a first fixing support for fixing the cloth concrete pipe, and the cloth concrete pipe is inserted into the first fixing support during lifting operation.
Preferably, the cloth concrete pipe is fixedly connected with the first fixing bracket through a first positioning pin.
Preferably, the lifting hook trolley comprises a second fixing support for fixing the cloth concrete pipe, and the cloth concrete pipe is inserted into the second fixing support during cloth operation.
Preferably, the cloth concrete pipe is fixedly connected with the second fixing bracket through a second positioning pin.
Preferably, the material distribution concrete pipe is communicated with the concrete conveying pipe through a flange.
In the tower type hoisting and distributing dual-purpose machine provided by the invention, a tower crane and a concrete distributor are combined into a whole, and a distributing concrete pipe is transferred between a lifting hook trolley and a climbing frame by utilizing a derrick so as to realize hoisting operation and distributing operation; specifically, during hoisting operation, the cloth concrete pipe is positioned on the climbing frame; during material distribution operation, the material distribution concrete pipe is lifted from the climbing frame to the lifting hook trolley by the aid of the raking rods, the material distribution concrete pipe is conveyed to a set position by the lifting hook trolley and then is separated from the material distribution concrete pipe, and the material distribution concrete pipe is communicated with a concrete conveying pipe on the crane boom to perform concrete distribution operation; when switching from the material distribution operation to the hoisting operation, firstly the material distribution concrete pipe is conveyed to the inner side of the working radius of the derrick mast through the lifting hook trolley, and then the material distribution concrete pipe is hung to the climbing frame from the lifting hook trolley by the derrick mast and is fixed. Therefore, when the tower type hoisting and distributing dual-purpose machine provided by the invention is adopted, hoisting and hoisting can be realized, concrete distribution can be realized, the construction period is obviously shortened, and the convenience of construction is improved.

Detailed Description
In order to shorten the construction period and facilitate construction, the invention provides a tower crane and distributing dual-purpose machine capable of realizing both hoisting and concrete distributing.
In order to make the technical solutions of the present invention better understood by those skilled in the art, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention is provided with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a tower crane and distributing dual-purpose machine according to an embodiment of the present invention during a lifting operation; the tower type hoisting and distributing dual-purpose machine provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises: the climbing tower comprises a tower body 1 with a climbing frame 3, a crane boom 4 arranged at the top of the tower body 1, a derrick mast 5 fixedly arranged on the crane boom 4, a lifting hook trolley 6 slidably arranged on the crane boom 4, a concrete conveying pipe 2 fixedly arranged on the tower body 1 and the crane boom 4, and a cloth concrete pipe 7; wherein,
when the hoisting operation is carried out, the cloth concrete pipe 7 is detachably arranged on the climbing frame 3; during the cloth operation, cloth concrete pipe 7 is hung to lifting hook dolly 6 by gin-pole 5 on, and cloth concrete pipe 7 detachable installs on lifting hook dolly 6, is carried the setting position by lifting hook dolly 6 and is separated from lifting hook dolly 6, is linked together with concrete conveying pipe 2 after.
The construction, mounting and operating principles of the tower 1, climbing frame 3, jib 4 and hook trolley 6 are well known to the person skilled in the art and will therefore not be described in detail in this document.
The derrick mast 5 is fixedly arranged on the crane boom 4 and is used for transferring the cloth concrete pipe 7 between the climbing frame 3 and the lifting hook trolley, namely the derrick mast 5 is equivalent to a small-sized hoisting device fixedly arranged on the crane boom 4 and is used for transferring the cloth concrete pipe 7 between the climbing frame 3 and the lifting hook trolley. Therefore, in order to ensure that the derrick 5 can transfer the cloth concrete pipe 7 between the climbing frame 3 and the lifting hook trolley, the operation radius of the derrick 5 covers the climbing frame 3 and the lifting hook trolley 6, and preferably, in order to improve the stability of the tower type hoisting and distributing dual-purpose machine, the lifting hook trolley 6 is stopped at the arm root of the crane boom 4 during the distributing operation, so that the operation radius of the derrick 5 covers the arm root position of the crane boom 4 and the position of the climbing frame 3, that is, the minimum coverage area of the derrick 5 is the shortest distance of the cloth concrete pipe 7 at the arm root of the crane boom 4 and the position of lifting the cloth concrete pipe 7 to the climbing frame 3, so that the cloth concrete pipe 7 can complete the position transfer between the climbing frame 3 and the lifting hook trolley.
The concrete conveying pipe 2 comprises a plurality of sections which can be communicated in an inserting way or communicated through flanges; each concrete conveying pipe 2 is fixedly connected with a corresponding tower body section in the tower body 1 or an arm section in the corresponding crane arm 4; the concrete conveying pipe 2 can be laid synchronously when the tower body and the crane boom are erected, and the concrete conveying pipe is lifted synchronously when the tower body 1 is lifted; because the lifting arm 4 can rotate relative to the tower body 1, a part of the concrete conveying pipe 2 in the tower body 1 and a part of the concrete conveying pipe in the lifting arm 4 can be connected through a rotating joint. It is worth mentioning that the concrete delivery pipe 2 is communicated with a concrete delivery pump at one end of the tower body bottom so as to complete the delivery of concrete.
When the tower type lifting and distributing dual-purpose machine provided by the embodiment of the invention is used for lifting operation and distributing operation, the initial position of the distributing concrete pipe 7 can be positioned on the climbing frame or the crane boom 4; specifically, when the initial position of cloth concrete pipe 7 is on climbing frame 3, because cloth concrete pipe 7 is fixed in climbing frame 3, consequently, when the jack-up operation, not only can make things convenient for the staff to operate on climbing frame 3, but also can furthest reduce cloth concrete pipe 7 to the influence of the jack-up weight of tower jack-up cloth dual-purpose machine. Referring to fig. 2, a partial enlarged view of the climbing frame in the area a of fig. 1 is shown; the climbing frame 3 comprises a first fixing bracket 31 for fixing the cloth concrete pipe 7, and the cloth concrete pipe 7 is inserted on the first fixing bracket 31 during lifting operation; preferably, the cloth concrete pipe 7 is fixedly connected with the first fixing bracket 31 through a first positioning pin.
When the material distribution operation is needed, the material distribution concrete pipe 7 needs to be hung on the lifting hook trolley 6 from the climbing frame 3; fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a tower crane and cloth lifting operation switching device according to an embodiment of the present invention; firstly, an operator detaches the connection between the cloth concrete pipe 7 and the climbing frame 3, then the cloth concrete pipe 7 is hung from the climbing frame 3 to the lifting hook trolley 6 by the derrick 5 and is fixed on the lifting hook trolley 6, the lifting hook trolley 6 is separated from the cloth concrete pipe 7 after conveying the cloth concrete pipe 7 to a set position, and finally the cloth concrete pipe is communicated with a concrete conveying pipe on the crane boom 4 so as to carry out subsequent cloth operation; referring to fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a partially enlarged view of the hook trolley in the area B of fig. 3; FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line C-C of FIG. 4; the lifting hook trolley 6 comprises a second fixing support 61 for fixing the cloth concrete pipe 7, and the cloth concrete pipe 7 is inserted on the second fixing support 61 during cloth operation; preferably, the cloth concrete pipe 7 is fixedly connected with the second fixing bracket 61 through a second positioning pin. Therefore, when the lifting hook trolley 6 moves on the lifting arm 4, the cloth concrete pipe 7 can also move on the lifting arm 4; when the distributing concrete pipe 7 is conveyed to a set position by the lifting hook trolley 6, the distributing concrete pipe is separated from the lifting hook trolley 6 and is communicated with the concrete conveying pipe, and then distributing operation can be carried out.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a tower crane and material distribution machine according to an embodiment of the present invention during material distribution operation; after the material distribution concrete pipe 7 is communicated with the concrete conveying pipe 2 through a flange, concrete can be conveyed into the concrete conveying pipeline 2 from the ground through a concrete conveying pump, and then the material distribution of the concrete is completed through the material distribution concrete pipe 7; when the cloth area needs to be moved, the cloth concrete pipe 7 can be detachably mounted on the lifting hook trolley 6, and then the cloth concrete pipe 7 is conveyed to a set position through the lifting hook trolley 6.
When the tower type hoisting and distributing dual-purpose machine is switched from distributing operation to hoisting operation, the distribution concrete pipe 7 can be conveyed to the operation radius of the derrick 5 by using the lifting hook trolley 6, and then the distribution concrete pipe 7 is hung to the climbing frame 3 from the lifting hook trolley 6 by using the derrick 5, so that the influence of the distribution concrete pipe 7 on the hoisting weight is reduced.
The tower type lifting and distributing dual-purpose machine provided by the invention has obvious advantages in the construction process of high-rise buildings, particularly hyperbolic cooling tower buildings and cylindrical buildings.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a tower crane and material distribution machine according to an embodiment of the present invention during material distribution operation; after the material distribution concrete pipe 7 is communicated with the concrete conveying pipe 2 through a flange, concrete can be conveyed into the concrete conveying pipeline 2 from the ground through a concrete conveying pump, and then the material distribution of the concrete is completed through the material distribution concrete pipe 7; when the cloth area needs to be moved, the cloth concrete pipe 7 can be detachably mounted on the lifting hook trolley 6, and then the cloth concrete pipe 7 is conveyed to a set position through the lifting hook trolley 6.
When the tower type hoisting and distributing dual-purpose machine is switched from distributing operation to hoisting operation, the distribution concrete pipe 7 can be conveyed to the operation radius of the derrick 5 by using the lifting hook trolley 6, and then the distribution concrete pipe 7 is hung to the climbing frame 3 from the lifting hook trolley 6 by using the derrick 5, so that the influence of the distribution concrete pipe 7 on the hoisting weight is reduced.
The tower type lifting and distributing dual-purpose machine provided by the invention has obvious advantages in the construction process of high-rise buildings, particularly hyperbolic cooling tower buildings and cylindrical buildings.
In summary, in the dual-purpose machine for tower crane and material distribution provided by the invention, the tower crane and the concrete distributor are combined into a whole, and the material distribution concrete pipe is transferred between the lifting hook trolley and the climbing frame by using the derrick so as to realize the crane operation and the material distribution operation; specifically, during hoisting operation, the cloth concrete pipe is positioned on the climbing frame; during material distribution operation, the material distribution concrete pipe is lifted from the climbing frame to the lifting hook trolley by the aid of the raking rods, the material distribution concrete pipe is conveyed to a set position by the lifting hook trolley and then is separated from the material distribution concrete pipe, and the material distribution concrete pipe is communicated with a concrete conveying pipe on the crane boom to perform concrete distribution operation; when switching from the material distribution operation to the hoisting operation, firstly the material distribution concrete pipe is conveyed to the inner side of the working radius of the derrick mast through the lifting hook trolley, and then the material distribution concrete pipe is hung to the climbing frame from the lifting hook trolley by the derrick mast and is fixed. Therefore, the tower type hoisting and distributing dual-purpose machine provided by the invention can be used for hoisting and distributing concrete, the construction period is obviously shortened, and the construction convenience is improved. In addition, construction equipment is reduced, and construction cost can be saved.
