Anti-slip ground cushion according to claim 1, it is characterized in that, described thermoplastic elastic material is made by each component of following weight portion: 35 parts of hydrogenated styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymers, 15 parts of atoleines, 10 parts of liquid polybutadienes, 25 parts of phenylacetic acid-isoprene-styrene block copolymers, 4-methylol-2,0.8 part of 6-DI-tert-butylphenol compounds, 0.8 part of sulfurous base two butyric acid distearyl ester.
