本发明提供一种尺寸可调的合肩缝工具，包括上折边筒、下折边筒、托板和设置在上折边筒与下折边筒之间的挡块，其中上折边筒和下折边筒叠加且朝向一致，挡块固定设置在上折边筒的底面与下折边筒的顶面之间，托板固定在下折边筒上，且与下折边筒的顶面齐平，其特征在于：在上折边筒和下折边筒内分别间隙设置一块长条磁铁。本发明与由于在上折边筒和下折边筒内分别设置了一块与面料行走方向一致的长条磁铁，长条磁铁位置可调，实现了折边尺寸自由调节且使用方便、快捷，在保证产品质量的同时，避免了因肩缝缝头不齐修肩缝缝头的时间，进一步提升了工作效率，工作性能优良。

本发明提供一种尺寸可调的合肩缝工具，属于服装缝制技术领域。
背景技术
由于服装面料在裁剪过程中要求条格对称、面料斜裁等特点，易出现肩缝不等长、不等大的现象，或者衣片肩缝缝头要求不是固定值，因此传统的尺寸固定的合肩缝工具不能满足当前生产需求，开发一种尺寸可调的合肩缝工具是服装制作者的迫切需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种能克服上述缺陷、能进行衣片肩缝缝头调节、工作性能优良的尺寸可调的合肩缝工具。其技术方案为：
一种尺寸可调的合肩缝工具，包括上折边筒、下折边筒、托板和设置在上折边筒与下折边筒之间的挡块，其中上折边筒和下折边筒叠加且朝向一致，挡块固定设置在上折边筒的底面与下折边筒的顶面之间，托板固定在下折边筒上，且与下折边筒的顶面齐平，其特征在于：在上折边筒和下折边筒内分别间隙设置一块长条磁铁。
所述的一种尺寸可调的合肩缝工具，长条磁铁宽度0.2-0.5cm。
本发明与现有技术相比，其优点在于：由于在上折边筒和下折边筒内分别设置了一块与面料行走方向一致的长条磁铁，长条磁铁位置可调，实现了折边尺寸自由调节且使用方便、快捷，在保证产品质量的同时，避免了因肩缝缝头不齐修肩缝缝头的时间，进一步提升了工作效率，工作性能优良。

具体实施方式
在图1所示的实施例中：上折边筒1和下折边筒2叠加且朝向一致，挡块4固定设置在上折边筒1的底面与下折边筒2的顶面之间，托板3固定在下折边筒2上，且与下折边筒2的顶面齐平，在上折边筒1和下折边筒2内分别间隙设置一块长条磁铁5，长条磁铁5宽度0.3cm。工作时，水平移动长条磁铁5，即可改变折边的宽度，工作性能优良。

1.一种尺寸可调的合肩缝工具，包括上折边筒（1）、下折边筒（2）、托板（3）和设置在上折边筒（1）与下折边筒（2）之间的挡块（4），其中上折边筒（1）和下折边筒（2）叠加且朝向一致，挡块（4）固定设置在上折边筒（1）的底面与下折边筒（2）的顶面之间，托板（3）固定在下折边筒（2）上，且与下折边筒（2）的顶面齐平，其特征在于：在上折边筒（1）和下折边筒（2）内分别间隙设置一块长条磁铁（5）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种尺寸可调的合肩缝工具，其特征在于：长条磁铁（5）宽度0.2-0.5cm。
