Detailed Description
In order to make the technical field better understand the scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the following detailed description of the embodiment of the invention is provided in conjunction with the accompanying drawings and the implementation mode.
Example one
Please refer to fig. 1, which is a flowchart illustrating a call forwarding method 1 based on a conventional intercom communication system according to an embodiment of the present invention, the embodiment is described from the perspective of a call forwarding initiator, and the method includes:
step 101, a first interphone sends a call forwarding request to a second interphone, wherein the call forwarding request comprises: a request type, a local identification code and the second intercom identification code.
When the first interphone is in any state of a user busy state, a service area leaving state, a battery alarm state or an interphone state, the first interphone cannot communicate with other interphones in the system any more, so that in order to provide a call transfer service for the first interphone, the first interphone needs to send a call transfer request to a second interphone providing the call transfer service.
Optionally, the call forwarding request adopts a control signaling block structure, and the control signaling block includes: a control signaling block identification code for identifying the type of request and a data field for carrying the device and the second intercom id.
In the digital mobile Radio standard (DMR), a Control Signaling Block (CSBK) has a common 96-bit information field, including 80-bit signaling and 16-bit crc, and in a conventional mode, the CSBK is used to transmit single-call or group-call control signaling. The CSBK structure is shown in the schematic diagram of fig. 2, where lb (last Block) represents a last Block flag, pf (protect flag) represents a protection flag, csbko (control signaling Block opcode) represents a control signaling operation code, fid (featureidentification id) represents a function identification code, and Data represents Data information, which may include: the source address, the destination address, etc., and the CSBK CRC (control signaling Block Cyclic Redundancy check) represent a control signaling Cyclic check code, wherein 2-9 fields of octets and 6-bit CSBKO can be set by a user according to the requirement of the user. The first interphone and the second interphone are two interphones capable of communicating with each other in an interphone communication system.
And 102, the first interphone sends preset feedback information to the second interphone so that the second interphone stores the feedback information, and the stored feedback information is sent to a calling party when a calling request that a called party is the first interphone is received.
After step 101, sending a call forwarding request to the second intercom, the first intercom then sends preset feedback information to the second intercom, where the feedback information includes a state to which the local intercom is about to enter, so as to inform the calling party of the state of the first intercom. Such as: when the first interphone is insufficient in electric quantity, a call forwarding request is initiated, and the preset feedback information can be that the electric quantity of the first interphone is insufficient; when the first interphone is not located in the server, a call forwarding request is initiated, and the preset feedback information can be that the first interphone is not located in the service area; when the first interphone is to be powered off, a call forwarding request is initiated, and the preset feedback information can be that the first interphone is powered off. Therefore, the preset feedback information is used for informing the calling party of the state of the first interphone when the first interphone cannot talk.
Because the functions of the existing different types of interphones are different, and some interphones cannot support the function of storing voice, different forms of feedback information can be set according to the conditions of the interphones in practical application.
Optionally, the feedback information may be in any one or more forms of voice message, text message, digital message, or symbolic message.
The method comprises the steps that a first interphone sends preset feedback information to a second interphone, the second interphone stores the feedback information, when any one interphone in a system sends a calling request, the second interphone receives the calling request, analyzes the calling request and judges whether a called party is the first interphone, and if the called party is the first interphone, the stored feedback information is sent to the calling party.
In practical applications, different interphones may establish a call forwarding relationship with the same interphone, that is, one interphone may carry call forwarding of multiple interphones, and after call forwarding is established, feedback information sent by each interphone is received, and the feedback information and a corresponding interphone Identification code (ID) are both stored, for example: the interphones 1, 2 and 3 establish call forwarding relations with the interphone 5 respectively, then the interphones 1, 2 and 3 send preset feedback information 1, 2 and 3 to the interphone 5 respectively, after the interphone 5 receives the feedback information 1, 2 and 3, the ID of the feedback information 1 and the ID of the interphone 1 are stored respectively, the ID of the feedback information 2 and the ID of the interphone 2 and the ID of the feedback information 3 and the ID of the interphone 3 are stored, then when a call request exists in the system, the interphone 5 receives the call request, analyzes the call request to obtain the ID of a called party, judges whether the ID of the called party is any one of the IDs of the interphones 1, 2 and 3, if yes, the feedback information corresponding to the ID of the interphone of the called party is sent to the calling party, and if not, the feedback information is not processed.
As can be seen from the above embodiments of the present invention, a call forwarding request is sent from a first intercom to a second intercom, where the call forwarding request includes: request type, local identification code and the second intercom identification code; the first interphone sends preset feedback information to the second interphone, so that the second interphone stores the feedback information, and the feedback information is sent to a calling party when a calling request that the called party is the first interphone is received. Therefore, the first interphone can ensure that the second interphone informs the state information of other calling parties when the first interphone cannot communicate by establishing a call forwarding mode and sending feedback information, so that the calling parties can know the state information of the called parties and do not continue to call to waste resources.
When the first interphone returns to the service area or the new battery is replaced, the first interphone is sufficient in electric quantity or is restarted, and normal communication can be carried out, so that the problems that when a calling party of the first interphone is in communication with the first interphone, and meanwhile feedback information sent by the second interphone is received, resources are wasted and communication is affected are solved, and embodiment 2 of the call transfer method based on the conventional interphone communication system is further provided.
Please refer to fig. 3, which is a flowchart illustrating a call forwarding method based on a conventional intercom communication system according to embodiment 2 of the present invention, the method includes:
step 201, a first interphone sends a call forwarding request to a second interphone, wherein the call forwarding request includes: request type, local identification code and the second intercom identification code;
step 202, the first interphone sends preset feedback information to the second interphone, so that the second interphone stores the feedback information, and sends the stored feedback information to a calling party when receiving a calling request that a called party is the first interphone.
The steps 201-202 are the same as the steps 101-102 in the embodiment 1, and are not described herein again.
Step 203, the first intercom sends a request for canceling call forwarding to the second intercom, so that the second intercom deletes the feedback information and cancels call forwarding, and the request for canceling call forwarding includes: a request type, a local identification code and the second intercom identification code.
When the first interphone returns to the service area or a new battery is replaced to ensure that the electric quantity is sufficient or the first interphone is restarted, the first interphone can answer the call, at the moment, in order to ensure the communication quality between the interphones, a call transfer canceling request is sent to the second interphone, then the first interphone receives a grant response sent by the second interphone, the second interphone agrees to cancel the call transfer established before, and the second interphone deletes the feedback information stored before and cancels the call transfer. After the processing, the second interphone does not bear the call transfer service of the first interphone any more, when a call request sent by the interphone for calling the first interphone exists, the first interphone receives the request and directly communicates with a calling party, and because the second interphone cancels the call transfer established before and deletes feedback information, when the second interphone also receives the call request, the called party is analyzed not to be processed by itself, and whether the called party is the first interphone or not is not judged any more, and feedback information is not sent any more.
As can be seen from the above embodiments of the present invention, compared with the embodiment 1 of the call forwarding method based on the conventional intercom communication system, the present embodiment adds that the first intercom sends a request for canceling call forwarding to the second intercom, so that the second intercom deletes the feedback information, thereby ensuring that the phenomenon of sending feedback information to the calling party does not occur any more when the first intercom is in normal communication, and ensuring normal communication of the first intercom.
On the basis of the above method embodiment 1 or 2, in order to ensure that the first intercom successfully establishes call forwarding, the invention also provides the following embodiment;
optionally, after the first interphone sends a call forwarding request to the second interphone, the first interphone receives a grant response sent by the second interphone, where the grant response is used to indicate that call forwarding is successfully established; after receiving the grant response, the first interphone sends feedback information carrying the state of the first interphone to the second interphone; or,
optionally, before the first intercom sends the call forwarding request to the second intercom, the first intercom acquires the state of the second intercom, and after confirming that the second intercom is in the executable call forwarding state, the first intercom sends the call forwarding request to the second intercom.
Through the two processing modes, the first interphone can be ensured to determine that the call forwarding is successfully established.
The method of the present invention is described below from the perspective of a call forwarding receiver, i.e. a second intercom, please refer to fig. 4, which is a flowchart of an embodiment 3 of the call forwarding method based on the intercom conventional communication system disclosed in the present invention, the method includes:
step 301, the second intercom receives preset feedback information and a call forwarding request sent by the first intercom, and the call forwarding request includes: the request type, the first interphone and the second interphone identification code.
And 302, the second interphone analyzes the call forwarding request to obtain the first interphone identification code, and correspondingly stores the first interphone identification code and the feedback information.
And the second interphone analyzes the call forwarding request to know that the request type is call forwarding, if the request is sent by the first interphone, the second interphone establishes call forwarding for the first interphone, and the first interphone identity identification code and the feedback information are correspondingly stored. The second interphone can receive the call forwarding requests sent by the plurality of interphones and respectively establish call forwarding for the interphone, namely, each interphone identity identification code and the corresponding feedback information are stored.
Step 303, when the second interphone receives the call request that the called party is the first interphone, the second interphone sends the feedback information corresponding to the first interphone identification code to the calling party.
In actual communication, the second interphone receives a call request sent by any one interphone in the system, analyzes the call request and checks whether the called party is the first interphone, and if so, sends feedback information corresponding to the identification code of the first interphone to the calling party. Therefore, the calling party can timely know the state of the first interphone, and blind repeated calling is avoided.
The method of the present invention is described below from the perspective of a call forwarding receiver, i.e. a second intercom, please refer to fig. 5, which is a flowchart of an embodiment 4 of the call forwarding method based on the intercom conventional communication system disclosed in the present invention, the method includes:
step 401, the second intercom receives preset feedback information and a call forwarding request sent by the first intercom, and the call forwarding request includes: the request type, the first interphone and the second interphone identification code.
Step 402, the second interphone analyzes the call forwarding request to obtain the first interphone identification code, and the first interphone identification code and the feedback information are correspondingly stored.
Step 403, when the second interphone receives the call request that the called party is the first interphone, the second interphone sends the feedback information corresponding to the first interphone identification code to the calling party.
Steps 401 through 403 are the same as steps 301 through 303 in embodiment 3, and are not described herein again.
Step 404, the second intercom sends the first intercom identification code and the feedback information to a third intercom, so that the third intercom correspondingly stores the first intercom identification code and the feedback information, and when a calling request that the called party is the first intercom is received, the feedback information is sent to the calling party.
After the second interphone establishes call forwarding for the first interphone, because the second interphone is not in a service area or the battery power is insufficient or is about to be shut down, and the like, the second interphone cannot provide call forwarding service for the first interphone any more, in order to ensure that the call forwarding of the first interphone can be normally executed, the second interphone forwards the call forwarding to the third interphone, so that the third interphone provides call forwarding service for the first interphone.
As can be seen from the above examples: in the process that the second interphone serves the first interphone, when the second interphone finds that the second interphone can not provide the call transfer service for the first interphone any more, the call transfer service can be handed over to other interphones, so that the other interphones provide the call transfer service for the first interphone, and the call transfer of the first interphone is guaranteed to be normally executed.
On the basis of the above method embodiment 3 or 4, in order to make the first intercom timely determine that the call forwarding establishment between the first intercom and the second intercom is successful, the present invention also provides the following alternatives.
Optionally, after the second intercom receives the call forwarding request sent by the first intercom, the second intercom sends a grant response to the first intercom, so that the first intercom determines that the call forwarding establishment is successful, and the grant response is used for indicating that the call forwarding establishment is successful; and/or:
in order to ensure that the second intercom cancels the call forwarding provided to the first intercom when it is able to communicate normally, the invention also provides the following alternatives.
