Abstract

本发明提供了一种电池组连接及数据采样方法,先将单体电池串联成为电池支路,再将电池数量相同的电池支路并联成为电池组,然后将每条电池支路上串联位置相同的电池通过导线并联,并在每条导线上串联一个电流限制器,在所述导线的汇集点安装一个数据采样接口,数据采样接口与数据采集单元实现数据传输连接。采用此方法,电池组内部的单体电池可自动实现电压均衡且避免单个电池内短路时产生大电流,确保电池组的安全性。

一种电池组连接及数据采样方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接及数据采样方法,特别涉及一种电池组连接及数据采样方法。
背景技术
单体电池如果容量过大,容易产生高温,诱发不安全因素,因此大容量电池必须通过串并联的方式形成电池组。目前常规电池连接的方法有两种,一种方法是先将多个单体电池进行串联形成单条的电池支路,再将多条电池支路并联起来形成电池组;另一种方法是先将多个单体电池进行并联,然后再将并联后的电池组串联起来形成大的电池组。
以上的两种电池组合方式均存在一定的缺陷,如上述第一种组合连接方法需要分别对每一条电池支路实施电压均衡和电压数据采样;而第二种方法在某个单体电池内短路时难以控制短路电流,容易造成热失控,起火,爆炸等危险。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种可自动实现电压均衡且可以避免单个电池内短路时产生大电流的电池组连接及数据采样方法。本发明通过以下方案实现:
一种电池组连接及数据采样方法,先将单体电池串联成为电池支路,再将电池数量相同的电池支路并联成为电池组,然后将每条电池支路上串联位置相同的电池通过导线并联,在每条导线上串联一个电流限制器,在所述导线的汇集点安装一个数据采样接口,数据采样接口与数据采集单元实现数据传输连接。所述的电流限制器通常可采用电阻。
采用本电池组连接及数据采样方法相对与常规方法具有以下优势:
(1)在所有单体电池均正常使用时,每个串联支路上处于相同位置的电池可以通过并联导线进行电压均衡;
(2)所有支路上处于相同位置的电池经过均衡后电压相同,无需对每条支路上单体电池分别进行电压采样,可降低成本;
(3)当某一个单体电池出现内短路时,由于串联电阻的存在,能够抑制电池短路导致的浪涌电流,解决电池内短路造成的热失控风险。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明,但本发明并不局限于实施例之表述。
实施例1:
一种电池组连接及数据采样方法,如图1所示,首先将型号为D5500的镍氢电池1串联成电池支路2,每条电池支路2串联48个单体电池,再将4条电池支路2并联成为电池组3,然后将每条电池支路2上串联位置相同的电池通过导线4并联,在每条导线4上串联一个电阻5,电阻5的阻值大小为0.47Ω,在导线4的汇集点安装一个数据采样接口6,数据采样接口6与数据采集单元7通过数据线8实现数据传输。
实施例2:
一种电池组连接及数据采样方法,与实施例1的方法基本相同,在每条电池支路2串联30个型号为D6000的镍氢电池,再将8条电池支路进行并联成为电池组3,在每条导线2上串联的电阻5阻值大小为0.73Ω。

1.一种电池组连接及数据采样方法,其特征在于:先将单体电池(1)串联成为电池支路(2),每条电池支路(2)上的单体电池数量相同;之后将电池支路(2)并联成为电池组(3);在每条电池支路(2)上的所在串联位置相同的单体电池(1)再通过导线(4)并联,且在每条导线(4)上串联一个电流限制器(5),在所述导线(4)的汇集点安装一个数据采样接口(6),数据采样接口(6)与数据采集单元(7)实现数据传输连接。
2.如权利要求1所述的电池组连接及数据采样方法,其特征在于:所述的电流限制器为电阻。
