Abstract
本发明公开了一种干式血液细胞分析装置的光学检测系统，包括红色光源5、蓝色光源7、透镜8和彩色线阵CCD图像传感器9。通过双色光源依次照射待检测毛细管，由透镜8对毛细管进行成像，彩色线阵CCD图像传感器9采集图像，经数据处理后得到全血细胞计数结果。本发明适用于全血细胞分析装置的光学检测，速度快，性能稳定。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械，特别是一种干式血液细胞分析装置的光学检测系统。
背景技术
全血分析是医生对患者病情进行诊断和分析的重要环节，直接指导着后续医疗行为的开展，血细胞分析仪就是专门针对全血进行分析的仪器。当前临床使用的各类型血细胞分析仪主要基于两类方法：湿式分析技术和干式分析技术。前者根据不同种类血细胞在物理和生化性质方面的差异，基于流式细胞术在不同流路、光路，采用细胞染色、光散射、电阻抗等方式进行细胞种类判别和计数。基于此方法的分析仪器计数成熟，结果准确，广泛应用于各大医院及实验室。但此类仪器体积庞大，内部结构复杂，对流路和光路精密度要求较高，在检测的同时需要血液、鞘液和稀释液等液体试剂相配合，试剂耗材消耗量较大，且需要定期进行保养维护，抗震性能较差，检测成本较高不适合在野战和灾害医学救援等特殊情况下使用，这就需要一种特殊的技术来满足这种要求，基于干式离心分层术的血液细胞分析仪应运而生。干式分析技术主要采用细胞染色和离心分层技术对全血进行预处理，获取分层后血样毛细管，继而通过采集透射光信号获取血样体积及红细胞层厚，通过荧光信号获取白细胞组分(粒细胞层、淋巴及单核细胞层、血小板层)厚度，最后将厚度信息转化为单位体积血液内组分含量，实现全血分析。该方法不存在对流路的要求，仪器结构简单，抗震性好，且无需定期保养。当前市场上基于干式技术的分析仪器主要采用逐行扫描配合光电二极管成像，或采用分段扫描配合单色线阵CCD进行信号采集，其所附加的机械驱动装置，滤光片及切换装置是抗震性能提升的瓶颈。同时，机械驱动式扫描大大延长了检测分析时间，在进行大批量血液样本分析时充分暴露了其工作效率较低的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种干式血液细胞分析装置的光学检测系统，双色光源依次照射待检测毛细管，由镜头对毛细管进行成像，彩色线阵CCD图像传感器采集图像，经数据处理后得到全血细胞计数结果，耗时短、效率高、性能稳定。
为实现上述目的，本发明所采用的技术方案为：
一种干式血液细胞分析装置的光学检测系统，包括红色光源5、蓝色光源7、透镜8和彩色线阵CCD图像传感器9。其中，所述蓝色光源7、红色光源5、成像镜头8和彩色线阵CCD图像传感器9通过固定装置固定于底座11上，所述红色光源5中心线、彩色线阵CCD图像传感器9中心线、镜头8中心线与轴承固定座安装孔中心线在同一水平面上，所述蓝光光源7中心线与上述平面成45°。
其中，所述蓝色光源7与所述红色光源5发出的光依次照射在毛细管上，经镜头8成像，被彩色线阵CCD图像传感器9采集，并经模拟数字转换传输至主控数据处理系统进行分析。
其中，所述蓝色光源7与毛细管相距20mm，位于毛细管下方，蓝色光源7所在面与毛细管中心轴所在水平面成45°夹角，所述红色光源5与毛细管相距20mm，红色光源5中心线与毛细管中心轴位于同一水平面。
其中，所述彩色线阵CCD图像传感器9为R、G、B三色响应CCD，依次成单列分布，每列至少含有10550个像元，其分辨率为48线/毫米。
有益效果
本发明的干式血液细胞分析装置的光学检测系统的有益效果为：
与现有分析装置的检测系统相比，双色光源依次照射待检测毛细管，由镜头对毛细管进行成像，彩色线阵CCD图像传感器采集图像，经数据处理后得到全血细胞计数结果，耗时短、效率高、性能稳定。

本发明的的光学检测系统所适用的干式血液细胞分析装置的整体结构如图1所示，该装置包括机械进样系统、光学检测系统和主控数据处理系统。
本发明的干式血液细胞分析装置的光学检测系统，包括红色光源5、蓝色光源7、透镜8和彩色线阵CCD图像传感器9。其中，所述蓝色光源7、红色光源5、成像镜头8和彩色线阵CCD图像传感器9通过固定装置固定于底座11上，所述红色光源5中心线、彩色线阵CCD图像传感器9中心线、镜头8中心线与轴承固定座安装孔中心线在同一水平面上，所述蓝光光源7中心线与上述平面成45°。
其中，所述蓝色光源7与所述红色光源5发出的光依次照射在毛细管上，经镜头8成像，被彩色线阵CCD图像传感器9采集，并经模拟数字转换传输至主控数据处理系统进行分析。

1.一种干式血液细胞分析装置的光学检测系统，所述光学检测系统所适用的干式血液细胞分析装置包括机械进样系统、光学检测系统和主控数据处理系统；
其特征在于：所述干式血液细胞分析装置的光学检测系统包括红色光源（5）、蓝色光源（7）、透镜（8）和彩色线阵CCD图像传感器（9）；
其中，所述蓝色光源（7）、红色光源（5）、透镜（8）和彩色线阵CCD图像传感器（9）通过固定装置固定于底座（11）上，所述红色光源（5）中心线、彩色线阵CCD图像传感器（9）中心线、透镜（8）中心线与轴承固定座安装孔中心线在同一水平面上，所述蓝色光源（7）中心线与上述平面成45°；
其中，所述蓝色光源（7）与所述红色光源（5）发出的光依次照射在毛细管上，经透镜（8）成像，被彩色线阵CCD图像传感器（9）采集，并经模拟数字转换传输至主控数据处理系统进行分析；
