技术领域
本发明涉及一种检查工厂机器在运转中发出声音的监听装置,尤其有声音大,失真度小的检查机器运转声音的听棒。
背景技术
目前工厂机器运转需要定期检查机器的震动、温度、声音情况,来判断机器运转是否正常。其中机器运转声音的检查常用实心铜棒,一头放在机器上,另一头塞在耳朵内监听,这种用铜材传声的声音失真度小,但存在声音小,需要捂着耳朵听比较吃力,还会误判。
发明内容
为了克服传统听棒存在声音小的不足,本发明的目的提供一种有声音大,失真度小的检查机器运转声音的听棒。
本发明解决问题所采用的技术方案是:它包括塑壳、传声铜杆、波纹铜盘、圆铜板、监听铜杆,其特征是:在塑壳内设有三套波纹铜盘和圆铜板的组件,串联在一起,波纹铜盘用磷铜薄板制成,在盘底上设波浪形圆圈,中间设有孔,圆铜板中心设有凸柱,凸柱插入波纹铜盘盘底孔内连接,传声铜杆与第一只波纹铜盘盘底上的孔连接,监听铜杆与第三只圆铜板中心凸柱连接。当传声铜杆放到机器上时,机器运转声波传到第一只波纹铜盘盘底波浪形圆圈上时,声波会激励波浪形圆圈产生共振,因磷铜弹性好将声波放大,声波经三级波纹铜盘放大,在监听铜杆上听到清晰宏大声音,因采用铜材传声,没有声电转换,没有电子放大声音保真度好,从而达到本发明有声音大,失真度小的目的。
本发明的有益效果是,有声音大、失真度小,还有价低结构简单。

具体实施方式
在图所示的实施例中,在圆筒形塑壳2内设有三套波纹铜盘3和圆铜板4的组成,串联在一起,波纹铜盘3用磷铜薄板冲压制成,盘底上设有波浪形圆圈,中间设有一孔。波浪形圆圈富有弹性起到声波放大作用。圆铜板4中心设凸柱,凸柱插进波纹铜盘3盘底孔内连接。监听铜杆5与第三只圆铜板4中心凸柱连接。当机器运转声波经传声铜杆1传到第一只波纹铜盘3,声波能激励波浪形圆圈产生共振,将声波放大,本听棒采用铜材传声,没有声电转换,没有电子放大声音,失真度就小。

1.一种检查机器运转声音的听棒,它包括塑壳、传声铜杆、波纹铜盘、圆铜板、监听铜杆,其特征是:在塑壳内设有三套波纹铜盘和圆铜板的组件,串联在一起,波纹铜盘用磷铜薄板制成,在波纹铜盘盘底上设波浪形圆圈,底盘中间设有孔,圆铜板中心设有凸柱,凸柱插入波纹铜盘盘底孔内连接,传声铜杆与第一只波纹铜盘盘底上的孔连接,监听铜杆与第三只圆铜板中心凸柱连接。
