Abstract

水渣分离闸阀,涉及阀门的技术领域,包括阀体,阀体上连接一个驱动装置安装支架和两个闸门摆动支架,驱动装置安装支架上连接驱动装置,驱动装置的伸缩端铰连接闸门,闸门包括圆弧形闸板、止水板、溢水口和两块扇形板,两块扇形板分别与相应的闸门摆动支架铰连接;圆弧形闸板设置在两块扇形板之间,圆弧形闸板的两侧分别与两块扇形板固定连接,止水板设置在两块扇形板之间且设置在圆弧形闸板远离驱动装置的一端上方,止水板与两块扇形板和圆弧形闸板固定连接,溢水口固定连接在止水板上。本发明处于关闭状态下,具有水渣和水自动分离作用,避免了污水对环境造成的污染;延长了使用寿命、节约生产成本和减少维修人员的工作强度。

水渣分离闸阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门的技术领域,尤其是钢铁企业高炉水渣处理场转运系统中用于打开或切断物料的专用阀门。
背景技术
因钢铁企业高炉水渣中的水具有很强的腐蚀性,必须经过特殊处理后方可排泄,目前在水渣处理场转运系统中普遍采用橡皮阀作为打开或切断物料的专用阀门;橡皮阀的主要结构由:漏斗状的阀体、固定在阀体上的橡胶管道、气缸和摆动夹辊等组成,在使用过程中存在如下缺陷:
1、橡皮阀在关闭过程中经常处于带料状态,颗粒状的水渣在突然关闭过程中无法避免会被夹在闭合处,经常会发生刺穿橡皮管道和关闭不严密等状况,造成含有腐蚀性的污水流出而污染环境;
2、颗粒状的水渣在卸料过程中与橡皮管道直接产生摩擦,一般每过2~3个月需要更换一次,增加了生产成本和维修人员的工作强度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种环保、成本低、寿命长的水渣分离闸阀。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:水渣分离闸阀,包括阀体,所述阀体上连接一个驱动装置安装支架和两个闸门摆动支架,驱动装置安装支架上连接驱动装置,驱动装置的伸缩端铰连接闸门,闸门包括圆弧形闸板、止水板、溢水口和两块扇形板,两块扇形板分别设置在阀体的两侧,两块扇形板分别与相应的闸门摆动支架铰连接;圆弧形闸板设置在两块扇形板之间,圆弧形闸板的两侧分别与两块扇形板固定连接,止水板设置在两块扇形板之间且设置在圆弧形闸板远离驱动装置的一端上方,止水板与两块扇形板和圆弧形闸板固定连接,溢水口固定连接在止水板上。
本发明的闸门由两侧的扇形板、圆弧形的闸板、止水板和溢水口等焊接而成的,作为盛水容器,阀体内渣、水混合料中的水通过闸门与阀体出口处的缝隙渗出,流入到闸门底部,随着水位不断升高,再从溢水口处流出,此时含有非常微小的颗粒状渣泥则会沉淀在闸门底部最低位,达到渣、水分离的目的。
针对钢铁企业高炉水渣处理场转运系统中的橡皮阀状况,本发明具有如下功能:
1、本发明处于关闭状态下,具有水渣和水自动分离作用,当含有水渣和水的混合料经过本发明时,混合料中的水通过阀门溢水口直接排出,便于有序回收,避免了污水对环境造成的污染;
2、本发明全部采用金属材料制作而成,延长了设备的使用寿命、节约生产成本和减少维修人员的工作强度。
本发明的阀体的出料口连接刮刀,为了防止非常微小的颗粒状渣泥因长时间沉淀,会粘覆在闸门底部,在阀门的出料口处堆焊合金材料,通过打磨平整像刮刀状,确保在阀门每次打开或关闭时将粘覆在阀门底部的渣泥被刮掉。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,本发明主要包括阀体1,阀体1的出料口连接刮刀10,阀体1上连接一个驱动装置安装支架3和两个闸门摆动支架4,驱动装置安装支架3上连接驱动装置2,驱动装置2可以为电液推杆驱动、气缸驱动、液压缸驱动、电动推杆驱动和电动回转装置驱动等形式。驱动装置2的伸缩端铰连接闸门5,闸门5包括圆弧形闸板7、止水板9、溢水口8和两块扇形板6,两块扇形板6分别设置在阀体1的两侧,两块扇形板6分别与相应的闸门摆动支架4铰连接。圆弧形闸板7设置在两块扇形板6之间,圆弧形闸板7的两侧分别与两块扇形板6焊接,止水板9设置在两块扇形板6之间且设置在圆弧形闸板7远离驱动装置2的一端上方,止水板9与两块扇形板6和圆弧形闸板7焊接,溢水口8焊接在止水板9上。

1.水渣分离闸阀,包括阀体,其特征在于:所述阀体上连接一个驱动装置安装支架和两个闸门摆动支架,驱动装置安装支架上连接驱动装置,驱动装置的伸缩端铰连接闸门,闸门包括圆弧形闸板、止水板、溢水口和两块扇形板,两块扇形板分别设置在阀体的两侧,两块扇形板分别与相应的闸门摆动支架铰连接;圆弧形闸板设置在两块扇形板之间,圆弧形闸板的两侧分别与两块扇形板固定连接,止水板设置在两块扇形板之间且设置在圆弧形闸板远离驱动装置的一端上方,止水板与两块扇形板和圆弧形闸板固定连接,溢水口固定连接在止水板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水渣分离闸阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的出料口连接刮刀。
