本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及铝型材扣板。
背景技术
型材因其结构形式多种多样,使用方便而在日常生活及工业生产中使用越来越广泛,如日常生活中使用最多的莫过于用于制作门窗的型材了,在工业生产中一般采用型材来制作支架和门窗框架,现有门上一般采用型材拼接而成,拼接型材之间缝隙较大,密封性差,不利于室内保温,需要对型材的结构进行改进。
发明内容
本发明旨在克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种铝型材扣板,具有结构简单、扣接紧密的优点。
为了解决上述问题,本发明实现上述目的的技术方案如下:
铝型材扣板,包括横板和竖板,所述横板一侧设置有加强筋,所述横板另一侧设置有三块竖板和圆弧形板,所述圆弧形板处于横板右侧,所述横板和竖板之间形成凹形槽,处于中间所述凹形槽内壁两侧设置有密封胶条,所述横板远离密封胶条一侧表面固定有复合层。
进一步地,所述凹形槽和密封胶条之间设置有耐候密封胶。
进一步地,所述复合层为铝钛合金或铝锌合金。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下的有益效果:
本发明具有结构简单,横板和竖板采用直板状结构,非常易于型材制作,制作方便,且与其他型材拼接紧密,增强了保温隔热效果。横板表面固定有复合层,具有抗冲击、耐磨损的特能。

如图1所示,铝型材扣板,包括横板3和竖板1,所述横板3一侧设置有加强筋2,所述横板3另一侧设置有三块竖板1和圆弧形板4,所述圆弧形板4处于横板右侧,所述横板3和竖板1之间形成有凹形槽,处于中间所述凹形槽内壁两侧设置有密封胶条,所述凹形槽和密封胶条之间设置有耐候密封胶。所述横板远离密封胶条一侧表面固定有复合层5,所述复合层5为铝钛合金或铝锌合金。
本发明具有结构简单,横板和竖板采用直板状结构,非常易于型材制作,制作方便,且与其他型材拼接紧密,增强了保温隔热效果。横板表面固定有复合层,具有抗冲击、耐磨损的特能。
