本发明提供了一种柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:聚烯烃树脂20-40、热塑性弹性体8-10、有机硅混炼胶5-6、六甲基磷酰三胺3-5、相容剂2-4、氢氧化镁40-50、硼酸锌3-6、硬脂酸4-6、硅烷偶联剂KH560?0.4-1.2、抗氧剂168?0.1-0.5、次磷酸铝15-25、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯1-2、改性填料15-20。本发明的柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料通过采用低硬度热塑性弹性体与聚烯烃类树脂共混,在保持其良好的机械性能外,使该电缆料的柔软度得到很大提高,从而扩大了电缆料的使用范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆料领域,具体涉及一种柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
电线电缆是工农业生产和现代生活中不可或缺的重要材料,我国是全世界最大的电线电缆生产国家,电线电缆行业在我国的国民经济中占有非常重要的地位,但是,目前,市场上的电缆料存在着不耐高温,不耐老化,老化试验后材料出现发黄变脆现象。电线老化而引发的火灾也越来越多,如何降低火灾的发生率及发生火灾的时的死亡率,低烟、无卤、阻燃、环保也成为电线电缆行业的发展方向。其中无卤低烟柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料的需求量越来越大,目前无卤低烟柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料的生产大多是在聚烯烃基材中加入大量的乙炔炭黑或乙炔炭黑来达到阻燃效果,然而,大量无机材料的加入,影响了电缆料的物理机械性能和加工。阻燃、低烟、环保、耐候性好、成本低的电缆料成为电缆料发展的方向。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料及其制备方法。由本发明的电缆料加工成的电缆线具有耐候性好、低烟、耐老化,阻燃性能好,且柔软度高。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:聚烯烃树脂20-40、热塑性弹性体8-10、有机硅混炼胶5-6、六甲基磷酰三胺3-5、相容剂2-4、氢氧化镁40-50、硼酸锌3-6、硬脂酸4-6、硅烷偶联剂KH5600.4-1.2、抗氧剂1680.1-0.5、次磷酸铝15-25、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯1-2、改性填料15-20。
所述的柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:聚烯烃树脂30、热塑性弹性体9、有机硅混炼胶5、六甲基磷酰三胺4、相容剂3、氢氧化镁45、次磷酸铝20、硼酸锌5、硬脂酸5、硅烷偶联剂KH5600.8、抗氧剂1680.4、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯2、改性填料18。
所述的柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,所述的改性填料是通过下列方法制备制备而得:
将硅藻土在500-550℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出后,加入3-4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1-2小时,然后,加入12-15%的盐酸溶液,调节PH值为4-5,陈化10-15小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末,然后,向所得粉末中加入相当于粉末重量1-2%的樟脑精油、1-2%的纳米碳、2-3%次磷酸铝,共同研磨1-2小时后,再加入相当于粉末重量2-3%的3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、4-5%聚乙二醇400、2-3%的吗啉,12000-15000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。
按配方比例称取各组分原料,将称取的组分原料,在高速混合机中搅拌均匀,再在155-205℃的温度区间下经密炼机密炼,双螺杆挤出,磨面热切造粒,旋风分离机送料,振动筛筛分然后包装,即成硅烷交联聚乙烯电缆料成品。
有益效果
本发明的柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料通过采用低硬度热塑性弹性体与聚烯烃类树脂共混,在保持其良好的机械性能外,使该电缆料的柔软度得到很大提高,从而扩大了电缆料的使用范围。
具体实施方式
一种柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料,由下列重量(kg)的组分原料制备而得:
聚烯烃树脂30、热塑性弹性体9、有机硅混炼胶5、六甲基磷酰三胺4、相容剂3、氢氧化镁45、次磷酸铝20、硼酸锌5、硬脂酸5、硅烷偶联剂KH5600.8、抗氧剂1680.4、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯2、改性填料18。
其中,改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:
将硅藻土在550℃下煅烧3.5小时,取出后,加入3%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1.5小时,然后,加入13%的盐酸溶液,调节PH值为4-5,陈化12小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末,然后,向所得粉末中加入相当于粉末重量1%的樟脑精油、1%的纳米碳、2%次磷酸铝,共同研磨1.5小时后,再加入相当于粉末重量2%的3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、4.5%聚乙二醇400、2%的吗啉,13000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。
柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料的制备方法:
按配方比例称取各组分原料,将称取的组分原料,在高速混合机中搅拌均匀,再在155-205℃的温度区间下经密炼机密炼,双螺杆挤出,磨面热切造粒,旋风分离机送料,振动筛筛分然后包装,即成硅烷交联聚乙烯电缆料成品。
本实施例制得的电缆料的性能测试结果如下表:

1.一种柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:聚烯烃树脂20-40、热塑性弹性体8-10、有机硅混炼胶5-6、六甲基磷酰三胺3-5、相容剂2-4、氢氧化镁40-50、硼酸锌3-6、硬脂酸4-6、硅烷偶联剂KH5600.4-1.2、抗氧剂1680.1-0.5、次磷酸铝15-25、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯1-2、改性填料15-20;
所述的改性填料是通过下列方法制备而得:将硅藻土在500-550℃下煅烧3-4小时,取出后,加入3-4%的氢氧化钠溶液中研磨1-2小时,然后,加入12-15%的盐酸溶液,调节pH值为4-5,陈化10-15小时,再加氢氧化钠溶液调节研磨液pH为中性,过滤,烘干得到填料粉末,然后,向所得粉末中加入相当于粉末重量1-2%的樟脑精油、1-2%的纳米碳、2-3%次磷酸铝,共同研磨1-2小时后,再加入相当于粉末重量2-3%的3-氨丙基三甲氧基硅烷、4-5%聚乙二醇400、2-3%的吗啉,12000-15000转/分的高速分散均匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔软型无卤阻燃电缆料,其特征在于,由下列重量份的组分原料制备而得:聚烯烃树脂30、热塑性弹性体9、有机硅混炼胶5、六甲基磷酰三胺4、相容剂3、氢氧化镁45、次磷酸铝20、硼酸锌5、硬脂酸5、硅烷偶联剂KH5600.8、抗氧剂1680.4、甲基丙烯酸二甲基氨基乙酯2、改性填料18。
