Abstract

本发明属于建筑及车船材料技术领域,涉及一种节能玻璃。一种节能玻璃,其由内、外两层玻璃组成;内、外层玻璃的四周通过封边玻璃用密封胶密封;内层玻璃为变色玻璃;在内、外两层玻璃之间平行设置有若干支撑肋条,支撑肋条的上、下两端分别与外层玻璃、内层玻璃连接固定;内层玻璃、外层玻璃或封边玻璃上开有抽气眼;支撑肋条分为竖直部和斜部,竖直部和斜部呈“卜”字形交叉;斜部的上表面为凸面;竖直部上开有横向贯通的通气孔。本发明的节能玻璃适用于露天、平顶建筑,安装于露天平顶建筑的屋顶代替传统建筑的实体屋顶,夏天能够反射阳光,使室内温度不会升高;冬天能够吸收阳光,保持室内温度不降低,冬暖夏凉,节能环保。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑及车船材料技术领域,涉及一种节能玻璃。
背景技术
现在的建筑使用的大都是单层或中空玻璃,不保温,不隔音、易漏水,尤其是在冬季,单层玻璃和中空玻璃不能达到室内保温的作用。随着科技的进步,节能低耗成为各个领域的主题,各种节能材料层出不穷,有关节能玻璃的研究也有不少,大多结构复杂,生产成本较高,不利用市场推广。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单,生产成本低,易于推广的节能玻璃。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种节能玻璃,其由内、外两层玻璃组成;所述内、外层玻璃的四周通过封边玻璃用密封胶条密封;所述内层玻璃为变色玻璃;在内、外两层玻璃之间平行设置有若干支撑肋条,所述支撑肋条的上、下两端分别与外层玻璃、内层玻璃连接固定,支撑肋条的左、右两端与封边玻璃连接固定;所述内层玻璃、外层玻璃或封边玻璃上开有抽气眼;其特征在于:所述支撑肋条分为竖直部和斜部,竖直部和斜部呈“卜”字形交叉;所述斜部的上表面为凸面;所述竖直部上开有横向贯通的半圆柱形通气孔。
所述斜部的凸面为镜面。
所述竖直部与斜部交叉点以上部分的上端面、前面和后面均为镜面。
本发明的节能玻璃适用于露天、平顶或斜顶建筑或车、船等的顶部,夏天能够反射阳光,使室内温度不会升高;冬天能够吸收阳光,可起到加热室内的效果,冬暖夏凉,节能环保,防漏、隔音。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种节能玻璃,由外层玻璃1和内层玻璃2两层玻璃组成;内、外层玻璃的四周通过封边玻璃用密封胶密封,使内、外两层玻璃形成密闭空间;内层玻璃2为变色玻璃;在内、外两层玻璃之间平行设置有若干支撑肋条3,支撑肋条3的上、下两端分别与外层玻璃1、内层玻璃2连接固定,支撑肋条的左、右两端与封边玻璃连接固定,将内、外两层玻璃之间的密闭空间分割成若干腔室;在内层玻璃2(或外层玻璃,或封边玻璃)上开有抽气眼8,通过抽气眼将内、外两层玻璃之间的密闭空间抽成真空,抽空后用胶塞密封。
如图2所示,支撑肋条3分为竖直部4和斜部5,竖直部4和斜部5呈“卜”字形交叉;斜部5的上表面为凸面6,斜部的凸面6及为镜面。如图2所示(阴影表示镜面),竖直部4与斜部5交叉点以上部分的上端面、前面和后面均为镜面,交叉点以下部分为透明玻璃。在竖直部4上开有横向贯通的半圆柱型通气孔7,如图3所示,该通气孔7可使被支撑肋条分割的腔室之间相通,便于将内、外两层玻璃之间的密闭空间抽成真空状态。
作为本发明的一种优选方式,本实施例的节能玻璃最前面的封边玻璃内面是镜面;最后的封边玻璃的外面不是镜面,如图1所示。
可根据不同地区光照角度不同来设计肋条的斜度角度和凸度及肋条背部镜面高度,以夏天阳光射不到室内、冬天阳光最大量射到室内为准。(说明一下,上述这些面阳光能直接晒到,那么就要是镜面,如果晒不到就不用镜面了。因节能玻璃用在建筑的用法不同,可能露在外面也可能被挡着)。
外层玻璃、内层玻璃的前端面和两侧端面及最前边的封边玻璃的外面和左右封边玻璃的前端面、上端面、内面、外面、可根据需要设为镜面。
本发明的节能玻璃适用于露天、平顶或斜顶建筑,安装于露天、平顶建筑的屋顶代替传统建筑的实体屋顶,夏天太阳高,阳光几乎直射,光线照射在支撑肋条的斜部,通过斜部的凸镜面及竖直部后上部的镜面可将光线全部反射,避免光线晒到室内而产生高温;冬天太阳低,光线近乎平行,阳光照射在竖直部的前上部,上部的镜面将阳光反射到内层变色玻璃上,内层玻璃吸热,为室内加温;并且内、外两层玻璃之间为真空,隔绝温度传导,起到隔热保温防漏隔音的效果。冬暖夏凉,可节约大量能源。

Claims (3)

1.一种节能玻璃,其由内、外两层玻璃组成;所述内、外层玻璃的四周通过封边玻璃用密封胶密封;所述内层玻璃为变色玻璃;在内、外两层玻璃之间平行设置有若干支撑肋条,所述支撑肋条的上、下两端分别与外层玻璃、内层玻璃连接固定,支撑肋条左、右两端与封边玻璃连接固定;所述内层玻璃、外层玻璃或封边玻璃上开有抽气眼;其特征在于:所述支撑肋条分为竖直部和斜部,竖直部和斜部呈“卜”字形交叉;所述斜部的上表面为凸面;所述竖直部上开有横向贯通的半圆柱形通气孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述节能玻璃,其特征在于:所述斜部的凸面为镜面。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的节能玻璃,其特征在于:所述竖直部与斜部交叉点以上部分的上端面、前面和后面均为镜面。
