Abstract

本发明提供了一种电机用轴流风扇,尤其是一种风扇叶片在风扇轮毂内部的特殊结构的电机用轴流风扇,特别适合内圆尺寸过小和转速过低的异步电机使用,能很好地提高通风量,降低电机转子内部的温升。本发明电机用轴流风扇其特殊之处在于:风扇叶片在风扇轮毂内部,风扇叶片(1)和风扇轮毂(2)是焊接在一起的,风扇轮毂是通过其内圆热套在转子辐铁外边的,风扇叶片的个数和转子辐铁的数量相同,风扇叶片的位置在转子辐铁的端面以外,并且风叶的尾端靠近辐铁的边缘。风扇叶片(1)和转轴(4)之间是不接触的,便于风扇整体热套到转子辐铁(3)上,并且可以避免风叶与转轴之间焊接时对转轴造成损伤。转子两端的风扇叶片角度应该是相反的,以实现转子旋转时两端的风扇都向转子里面吹风。风扇轮毂(2)与转子辐铁(3)热套后还要电焊牢固防止松动。

一种电机用轴流风扇
(一)技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴流风扇,尤其是一种风扇叶片在风扇轮毂内部的特殊结构的电机用轴流风扇。
(二)背景技术
现有的各种形状的电机用轴流风扇,大都是采用风扇叶片在风扇轮毂外部的结构,如果电机转子铁心内圆很小,转子铁心通风槽片的离心风扇作用就不会很好,轴流风扇的轮毂还会影响冷却空气从铁心端部进入铁心内圆,也就是说减小了轴向通风面积,由于铁心内圆尺寸较小,增加风扇叶片的高度对进入铁心内圆的冷空气量增加不会太大,因此,往往容易引起转子内部冷却不好,造成温升过高的后果。
(三)发明内容
本发明为了弥补现有技术的不足,提供了一种风扇叶片在风扇轮毂内部的特殊结构的电机用轴流风扇,特别适合转子内圆尺寸过小和转速过低的异步电机使用,能很好地提高通风量,降低电机转子内部的温升。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
本发明电机用轴流风扇其特殊之处在于:风扇叶片在风扇轮毂内部,风扇轮毂是通过其内圆热套在转子辐铁外边的,风扇叶片的个数和转子辐铁的数量相同,风扇叶片的位置在转子辐铁的端面以外,并且风叶的尾端靠近辐铁的边缘。
本发明的有益效果是:当电机的转子旋转时此轴流风扇起到向转子内部吹风的作用,增加了通风量,改善了冷却效果;与风扇叶片在风扇轮毂外部的结构比较,风扇轮毂的厚度不会影响转子铁心内部的轴向通风面积,并且会起到挡风和导风的作用。

(五)具体实施方式
如图所示为本发明电机用轴流风扇的一种具体实施例。包括:风扇叶片(1),风扇轮毂(2),转子辐铁(3),转轴(4)。其中,风扇叶片(1)和风扇轮毂(2)是焊接在一起的,并且经过探伤和消除应力处理,风扇叶片在圆周方向是均匀分布的,以减小不平衡量。风扇叶片(1)和转轴(4)之间是不接触的,便于风扇整体热套到转子辐铁(3)上,并且可以避免风叶与转轴之间焊接时对转轴造成损伤。转子两端的风扇叶片角度应该是相反的,以实现转子旋转时两端的风扇都向转子里面吹风。风扇轮毂(2),转子辐铁(3)热套后还要电焊牢固防止松动。

Claims (3)

1.一种电机用轴流风扇,包括:风扇叶片(1),风扇轮毂(2),转子辐铁(3),转轴(4)。其特征在于风扇叶片在风扇轮毂内部,风扇叶片和风扇轮毂是焊接在一起的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电机用轴流风扇其特征是:风扇轮毂是通过其内圆热套在转子辐铁外边的,风扇轮毂(2)与转子辐铁(3)热套后还要电焊牢固防止松动。
3.根据权利要求1所述的电机用轴流风扇其特征是:风扇叶片(1)和转轴(4)之间是不接触的。
