光纤电缆。其缆芯内设有松套管,松套管内设有光纤和干式阻水物,松套管外包裹铝塑复合带,铝塑复合带、电力导线和中性线芯组成缆芯,缆芯外包裹铜丝屏蔽层以及内护套、钢带铠装层和外护套。铝塑复合带、铜丝屏蔽层和中性线芯阻止了电力导线和外界的电磁信号对光纤的电磁干扰;松套内的光纤位于干式阻水物内,无油膏阻水结构,电缆不受落差限制;内护套与外护套之间的钢带铠装层加强了此新型光纤复合电缆的强度。

技术领域
    本发明涉及电缆领域,特别是一种兼有光纤通信功能和电力传输功能的复合电缆。
背景技术
    目前,一般的中心束管式光缆只有通信功能,不能对通信设备和电力设备进行同时输送电力,只能选择另外敷设电力电缆,重复布线,造成浪费。传统的中心束管式电缆采用阻水填充式油膏,受安装敷设落差的限制,新型的干式中心束管式电缆采用无油膏阻水结构,可以不受安装敷设落差的限制。
发明内容
为了克服现有的中心束管式光缆不能同时进行光纤通信和电力传输的不足,本发明提供一种新型光纤复合电缆,该新型光纤复合电缆能够同时进行光纤通信和电力传输。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案为:新型光纤复合电缆的松套管内设有光纤,松套管和光纤之间设有干式阻水物,松套管外包裹铝塑复合带,铝塑复合带、中性线芯和电力导线组成缆芯,缆芯包裹于铜丝屏蔽层内,铜丝屏蔽层包裹于内护套中,内护套包裹于钢带铠装层中,钢带铠装层外为外护套。
    本发明的的有益效果是,铝塑复合带、铜丝屏蔽层和中性线芯阻止了电力导线对光纤的电磁干扰;松套内的光纤位于干式阻水物内,无油膏阻水结构,电缆不受落差限制;内护套与外护套之间的钢带铠装层加强了此新型光纤复合电缆的强度。

具体实施方式
在图1中,新型光纤复合电缆的松套管3内设有光纤1,松套管3和光纤1之间设有干式阻水物2,松套管3外包裹铝塑复合带4,铝塑复合带4、中性线芯5和电力导线6组成缆芯,缆芯包裹于铜丝屏蔽层7内,铜丝屏蔽层7包裹于内护套8中,内护套包裹于钢带铠装层9中,钢带铠装层9外为外护套10。

1.光纤电缆,其特征是:松套管内设有光纤,松套管和光纤之间设有干式阻水物,松套管外包裹铝塑复合带,铝塑复合带、中性线芯和电力导线组成缆芯,缆芯包裹于铜丝屏蔽层内,铜丝屏蔽层包裹于内护套中,内护套包裹于钢带铠装层中,钢带铠装层外为外护套。
