Abstract

本发明属于一种电力电缆,确切的说是属于一种复合型单芯电力电缆。现今的电力电缆、光缆、通信电话电缆,功能单一,虽经改进出现一些复合型电缆,其只将光纤与电力电缆合并使用,且电缆重量增加,保护强度降低。本发明目的在于提供一种复合型单芯电力电缆,其特征是将传输数据信息和信号的附加电缆螺旋环绕在单芯的高压电力电缆外周,用有支撑体和散热口的支撑带支撑附加电缆,并用防护带保护附加电缆,以解决现有复合电力电缆功能单一,保护强度低的问题。

所属技术领域
本发明属于一种电力电缆,确切的说是属于一种复合型单芯电力电缆。 
背景技术
目前使用的高、低压电力电缆主要作用是用来输送电能,未融合传输数据信息和信号的电缆,虽仅改进,如中国专利200520018399.2海底电力复合光缆,只是将电力电缆与光缆复合在一起,功能比较单一;中国专利200610148040.6一种光纤复合电力海底充油电缆,是在防护层内只将光纤与聚乙烯填充条间隔绞合,无其它传输数据信息和信号的电缆,而且聚乙烯填充条增加电缆重量,沥青聚丙烯绳组成的外防护层强度低,不能更好的保护光纤。 
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种复合型单芯电力电缆,其特征是将传输数据信息和信号的附加电缆螺旋环绕在单芯的高压电力电缆外周,用有支撑体和散热口的支撑带支撑附加电缆,并用防护带保护附加电缆,以解决现有复合电力电缆功能单一,保护强度低的问题。 
为了解决现有技术存在的问题,本发明采用的技术方案是: 
有导体屏蔽的导体被绝缘包裹,绝缘外有绝缘屏蔽,绝缘屏蔽被外侧的内护套包覆,内护套外侧有金属屏蔽,外侧有绝缘护套包裹,绝缘护套外侧有中层护套包覆以保护绝缘护套,中层护套外螺旋缠绕着有散热口和支撑体的支撑带,附加电缆螺旋环绕在支撑带的附加电缆空间内,无附加电缆的部分为散热空间,附加电缆外部由防护带螺旋缠绕,以保护附加电缆,防护带外侧有铠装层,最外层为外护套。 
本发明的有益效果是,在不增加电缆重量、不降低电缆保护强度的前提下,为电力电缆增加传输数据信息和信号的功能。

具体实施方式
有导体屏蔽2的导体1被绝缘3包裹,绝缘3外有绝缘屏蔽4,绝缘屏蔽4被外侧的内护套5保护,内护套5外侧有金属屏蔽6,外侧有绝缘护套7包裹,绝缘护套7外侧有中层护套8包覆以保护绝缘护套7。中层护套8外螺旋缠绕着有散热口10和支撑体11的支撑带9,附加电缆14螺旋环绕在支撑带9 的附加电缆空间12内,无附加电缆14的部分为散热空间13。附加电缆14外部由防护带15螺旋缠绕,以保护附加电缆14,防护带15外侧有铠装层16,最外层为外护套17。 
导体1可为标准电解铜、高纯无氧铜、银包铜、电工铝、高纯铝、高导电铝合金等电的良导体;导体屏蔽2和绝缘屏蔽4为半导体材料,以均匀电场;绝缘3和绝缘护套7为聚烯烃类电缆专用绝缘材料;内护套5和中层护套8以及外护套17可为聚烯烃类电缆专用护套材料;金属屏蔽6可为非磁性良导体材料,以屏蔽电场;支撑带9和支撑体11和防护带15可为高强度、低韧性的非金属材料,起到保护附加电缆14的作用;附加电缆14可为光缆、射频电缆、通信电话电缆、控制电缆的任意一种或几种电缆,为电力电缆增加传输数据信息和信号的功能;附加电缆空间12可以充填隔热材料,以保护附加电缆14;散热空间13可充填导热材料,以散发电力电缆运行时产生的热量;铠装层16可为低磁性或无磁性、高强度、耐腐蚀的导电材料。 

Claims (1)

1.一种复合型单芯电力电缆,其特征是有导体屏蔽的导体被绝缘包裹,绝缘外有绝缘屏蔽,绝缘屏蔽被外侧的内护套包覆,内护套外侧有金属屏蔽,外侧有绝缘护套包裹,绝缘护套外侧有中层护套包覆,中层护套外螺旋缠绕着有散热口和支撑体的支撑带,附加电缆螺旋环绕在支撑带的附加电缆空间内,无附加电缆的部分为散热空间,附加电缆外部由防护带螺旋缠绕,防护带外侧有铠装层,最外层为外护套。
