Abstract
本发明公开了一种高效隔热彩钢复合板，属于建筑材料领域，它以彩钢板或彩铝板为基板，其技术方案是：在基板的外表面依次粘履有无纺布层、铝箔层及PET复膜层，最外表的PET复膜层上有压纹，在无纺布层与铝箔层之间还设有PE淋膜及PE膜层。该产品由于吸光率低而隔热效果显著，同时隔音、防火、防腐蚀，其结构简单合理，薄而重量轻，易于运输、拆装，使用寿命长，该产品不反光、无光污染，达到节能和环保统一。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于建筑材料领域 ，尤其是涉及一种具有高效隔热的彩钢复合板。
背景技术
作为临时建筑物的墙板、屋顶板及工地的围墙通常采用的是彩钢板，但是彩钢板易吸收太阳光，太阳光下彩钢板表面热量不断积累，夏天日照时彩钢板表面的温度高达六十多度，其内层的温度也达到五十多度，彩钢板的内层就像一个散热器，在这样的高温下，作为居住室内、厂房车间、粮仓粮库里的气温必然升高，给人类正常居住、材料存放、设备的安全都造成了很大的影响，有可能会产生爆炸等极大的安全隐患，需要降温，又造成能源的极大浪费。现有技术中，为了隔热，使用二片彩钢板，二片彩钢板的中间增粘一层芯材，该芯材通常为：塑料芯材、蜂窝芯材或聚乙烯芯材，此彩钢板的表面仍吸收红外线并积累热量，隔热效果不佳，且双层彩钢板的耗材多、重量及体积大，不易运输，安装困难，牢固性差。
发明内容
为了克服背景技术的上述不足，本发明的目的是提供一种新型的建筑材料：高效隔热彩钢复合板。
本发明高效隔热彩钢复合板，它以彩钢板或彩铝板为基板，其技术方案是：在基板的外表面依次粘履有无纺布层、铝箔层及PET复膜层，最外表的PET复膜层上有压纹。
所述PET复膜层上的压纹为凹凸纹。
作为本发明的改进，在无纺布层与铝箔层之间还设有PE淋膜及PE膜层。
本发明的有益效果是：该产品隔热、隔音、防火、防腐蚀效果显著，其结构简单合理，薄而重量轻，易于运输、拆装，使用寿命长，具体来说，一、在基板外表面的铝箔层，具有低吸光率特点，在可见光波长0.38-0.765m范围内，其反射率可达70-80%，在红外线光波长0.76-505m范围内，反射率可达75-100%，其隔热效率高，夏天日照时本产品的表面温度也不烫手，因此，大幅度地改善了彩铝板建筑内部环境舒适度；同时最外表的压纹克服了铝箔反光的特点，使本产品不反光、无光污染，达到节能和环保统一；
二、PET复膜层具有防腐、抗老化功能，延长铝箔层及基板的使用寿命，进一步节约使用成本；
三、无纺布层、PE淋膜及PE膜层，使本产品的各层粘接更为牢固，试验证明，此结构即使在极低温的寒带也不易剥落分层；并增强消音及隔热效果。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明高效隔热彩钢复合板，它以彩钢板或彩铝板为基板，其技术方案是：在基板1的外表面依次粘履有无纺布层2、铝箔层5及PET复膜层6，最外表的PET复膜层上有压纹。所述PET复膜层上的压纹为凹凸纹。
在无纺布层与铝箔层之间还设有PE淋膜及PE膜层，使本产品的各层粘接更为牢固，试验证明，此结构即使在极低温的寒带也不易剥落分层；并增强消音及隔热效果。
本发明高效隔热彩钢复合板隔热、隔音、防火效果显著，其结构简单合理，薄而重量轻，易于运输、拆装，使用寿命长；本产品不反光、无光污染，很好的将节能和环保统一。
作为本发明的另一实施例，参见图2，在基板1的外表面依次粘履有无纺布层2、铝箔层5及PET复膜层6，最外表的PET复膜层上有压纹；同时，基板1的内表面依次粘履有无纺布层2、铝箔层5及PET复膜层6，所述无纺布层与铝箔层之间还设有PE淋膜及PE膜层。该实施例产品的内表面防火、防腐蚀，可适用于有酸性或碱性气体挥发的工作环境。
Claims (5)
1.一种高效隔热彩钢复合板，它以彩钢板或彩铝板为基板，其特征在于：在基板(1)的外表面依次粘履有无纺布层(2)、铝箔层(5)及PET复膜层(6)，最外表的PET复膜层上有压纹。
2.如权利要求1所述的高效隔热彩钢复合板，其特征在于：所述PET复膜层(6)上的压纹为凹凸纹。
3.如权利要求1所述的高效隔热彩钢复合板，其特征在于：在无纺布层与铝箔层之间还设有PE淋膜(3)及PE膜层(4)。
4.如权利要求1、2或3所述的高效隔热彩钢复合板，其特征在于：基板(1)的内表面也依次粘履有无纺布层(2)、铝箔层(5)及PET复膜层(6)。
5.如权利要求1、2或3所述的高效隔热彩钢复合板，其特征在于：基板(1)的内表面也依次粘履有无纺布层(2)、铝箔层(5)及PET复膜层(6)，所述无纺布层与铝箔层之间还设有PE淋膜(3)及PE膜层(4)。
