Abstract

本发明涉及一种窄钢带的收集装置,包括底板,底板的上表面带有横向凹槽,横向凹槽的底面固接弹性带,横向凹槽的纵向两侧对称固接立板,立板间形成放置窄钢带的夹持空间,立板上带有卡槽,卡槽中放置定位板;底板的上表面横向一端固接挡板,挡板的上端固接夹扣,弹性带的端部卡接于夹扣中。本发明结构简单,通过在立板上的阶梯槽中设置多条相互平行的卡槽,可对不同直径大小的窄钢带进行夹持固定;底板的横向凹槽中设置弹性带,可以方便取出窄钢带,其操作简便、效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢材加工领域,尤其涉及窄钢带的收集装置。
背景技术
窄钢带收集时一般平放或立放于固定夹持装置上,现有的固定夹持装置可以方便的收集窄钢带,但当需要使用窄钢带时,不易将其取出,耗时耗力,其工作效率低。
发明内容
本申请人针对现有技术存在的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种窄钢带的收集装置,其具有操作简便、结构简单的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种窄钢带的收集装置,包括底板,底板的上表面带有横向凹槽,横向凹槽的底面固接弹性带,横向凹槽的纵向两侧对称固接立板,立板间形成放置窄钢带的夹持空间,立板上带有卡槽,卡槽中放置定位板;底板的上表面横向一端固接挡板,挡板的上端固接夹扣,弹性带的端部卡接于夹扣中。
进一步的技术方案在于:
弹性带的端部带有卡扣部,卡扣部与夹扣卡接固定;立板上带有阶梯槽,阶梯槽中设有多条相互平行的卡槽。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构简单,通过在立板上的阶梯槽中设置多条相互平行的卡槽,可对不同直径大小的窄钢带进行夹持固定;底板的横向凹槽中设置弹性带,可以方便取出窄钢带,其操作简便、效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
见图1、图2,本发明包括底板1,底板1的上表面带有横向凹槽11,横向凹槽11的底面固接弹性带5,弹性带5的端部带有卡扣部51;横向凹槽11的纵向两侧对称固接立板2,立板2间形成放置窄钢带的夹持空间6,立板2上带有阶梯槽21,阶梯槽21中设有卡槽22,卡槽22中放置定位板7;底板1的上表面横向一端固接挡板3,挡板3的上端固接夹扣4,弹性带5的卡扣部51与夹扣4卡接固定。
本发明使用时,窄钢带从横向凹槽11中滚入至夹持空间6中并紧靠于挡板3的侧面,弹性带5在窄钢带的挤压下处于变形张紧状态,针对窄钢带的直径大小选择合适的卡槽22,并将定位板7置于其中对窄钢带进行定位;当需要取出窄钢带时,取出定位板7,弹性带5的弹力足以将窄钢带推出;若想快速取出窄钢带,可将弹性带5的卡扣部51与夹扣4分离,并将弹性带5拉起增大其对窄钢带的弹力。

1. 一种窄钢带的收集装置,包括底板(1),其特征在于:所述底板(1)的上表面带有横向凹槽(11),所述横向凹槽(11)的底面固接弹性带(5),横向凹槽(11)的纵向两侧对称固接立板(2),所述立板(2)间形成放置窄钢带的夹持空间(6),所述立板(2)上带有卡槽(22),所述卡槽(22)中放置定位板(7);所述底板(1)的上表面横向一端固接挡板(3),所述挡板(3)的上端固接夹扣(4),所述弹性带(5)的端部卡接于所述夹扣(4)中。
2.按照权利要求1所述窄钢带的收集装置,其特征在于:所述弹性带(5)的端部带有卡扣部(51),所述卡扣部(51)与所述夹扣(4)卡接固定。
3.按照权利要求1所述窄钢带的收集装置,其特征在于:所述立板(2)上带有阶梯槽(21),所述阶梯槽(21)中设有多条相互平行的所述卡槽(22)。
