本发明涉及一种金属加工机械。
背景技术
不锈钢管作为一种常用的建材非常常用,在某种特定的情形下其内壁需要特别光滑,或者需要进行抛光处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于提供一种可以便捷地进行管道抛光的机械,其方便抛光状态的监控。
本发明是这样实现的。牵引式不锈钢管内径抛光机,包括一小型抛光机构,小型抛光机构适应管道结构,在其末端接引一开关线路、牵引线路,在小型抛光机构的前端设置红外线监视头观察管道情况,通过开关线路控制抛光的速度、时间与前进的速度,通过控制牵引线路调整抛光节奏。
在抛光机末端设置监视器,用以观察管道内的情况。
在于开关线路、牵引线路集成在一个护套中。
抛光材料一般为金属丝材质。
本机使用时,能方便地进行管径内抛光,提高效率。

2.根据权利要求1所述的牵引式不锈钢管内径抛光机,其特征在于在抛光机末端设置监视器(5),用以观察管道内的情况。
3.根据权利要求1所述的牵引式不锈钢管内径抛光机,其特征在于开关线路(2)、牵引线路(3)集成在一个护套(7)中。
4.根据权利要求1所述的牵引式不锈钢管内径抛光机,其特征在于抛光材料一般为纳米材质。
