本发明公开了一种自调式无泄漏球阀,它是在阀体的中部设有球窝,球窝内装有球头,球头的上端设有阀杆,阀杆的下端设有弹簧座,弹簧座的上端设有弹簧,弹簧的上端设有压盖,球窝的左右两侧设有通道,通道的两端设有连接法兰,压盖内设有密封圈,本发明将球头与球窝设为上大下小的锥形体,球头上端的张紧弹簧由压盖紧固在阀体内,当球头与球窝的间隙磨损时,张紧弹簧就会自动将球头向下推移,使球头与球窝始终保持着良好的密封间隙,不会泄漏。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种球阀,确切的说是一种自动调整密封间隙的无泄漏球阀。
背景技术
目前市场上销售和使用的各类球阀,其配合间隙都相当的严密,但均没有自调功能,如球头与阀芯有一点点磨损就会泄漏,导致整个球阀将不能再用,不仅影响球阀的使用寿命,而且也给企业增大了生产成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是克服上述缺陷,提供一种自调式无泄漏球阀,以延长球阀的使用寿命,降低生产成本。
本发明的方案是由阀体、球头、球窝、压盖及弹簧组成,其结构特点是在阀体的中部设有球窝,球窝内装有球头,球头的上端设有阀杆,阀杆的下端设有弹簧座,弹簧座的上端设有弹簧,弹簧的上端设有压盖,压盖的下端设有密封垫,压盖由螺栓紧固在阀体的上端,球窝的左右两侧设有通道,通道的两端设有连接法兰,阀体的右端设有侧盖,压盖内设有密封圈。
本发明将球头与球窝设为上大下小的锥形体,球头上端的张紧弹簧由压盖紧固在阀体内,当球头与球窝的间隙磨损时,张紧弹簧就会自动将球头向下推移,使球头与球窝始终保持着良好的密封间隙,不会泄漏。
本发明结构简单,设计巧妙,加工生产安装方便,使用效果好。

具体实施方式
图1-2中示出的阀体1的中部设有球窝9,球窝内装有球头4,球头的上端设有阀杆6,阀杆的下端设有弹簧座10,弹簧座的上端装有弹簧8,弹簧的上端装有压盖5,压盖的下端设有密封垫,压盖由螺栓紧固在阀体的上端,球窝的左右两侧设有通道3,通道的两外端设有连接法兰2,阀体的右端设有侧盖11,压盖内设有密封圈7。
图2-3中示出的球头与球窝设为上大下小的锥形体,球头4与球窝上端的直径大于下端的直径,球头4的左右两侧设有通孔12。

1.一种自调式无泄漏球阀,由阀体、球头、球窝、压盖及弹簧组成,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)的中部设有球窝(9),球窝内装有球头(4),球头的上端设有阀杆(6),阀杆的下端设有弹簧座(10),弹簧座的上端装有弹簧(8),弹簧的上端装有压盖(5),压盖的下端设有密封垫,压盖由螺栓紧固在阀体的上端,球窝的左右两侧设有通道(3),通道的两外端设有连接法兰(2),阀体的右端设有侧盖(11),压盖内设有密封圈(7)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自调式无泄漏球阀,其特征在于:所述的球头与球窝设为上大下小的锥形体,球头(4)与球窝上端的直径大于下端的直径,球头(4)的左右两侧设有通孔(12)。
