本发明公开了一种HDPE抗菌塑料,由下述重量份组分组成:160-165质量份HDPE、10-15质量份甲醛、10质量份顺丁烯二酸化PP、10-15质量份硅灰石纤维、10-15质量份三乙烯四胺、10-13质量份氧化锆、5-7份环氧大豆油、5-8份水杨酸苯酯、10质量份镁盐晶须和10质量份壳聚糖接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯。本发明制得的HDPE抗菌塑料具有良好的抗菌功能,用量很少就能明显起到抗菌作用;并且不影响塑料的机械强度,特别是不降低塑料制品的热变形温度、力学温度及电绝缘性能;同时同树脂的相容性要好,在塑料制品中不迁移、不析出、不被萃取。

技术领域
本发明属于高分子材料领域,具体涉及一种HDPE抗菌塑料。
技术背景
随着社会的发展和进步以及物质生活水平的日益提高,人们对生活、工作环境,尤其是卫生环境的要求越来越高。因为塑料具有质轻、不锈蚀、绝缘性好等优点,所以在家电生产的很多环节要用到塑料。但是日常生活中,相当一部分有害细菌是在塑料制品的表面存在并繁殖,例如:电话、洗衣机、电脑、冰箱、电器开关等,且通过接触而导致各种疾病;因此在生活中,人们不可避免的要接触到各类细菌、霉菌等微生物,都会成为细菌污染源和疾病传播源。但是随着人们对健康和环保意识的不断增强,对日常生活中接触频繁的家用电器塑料部件提出了“抑菌、杀菌”的需求,这就要求我们生活中使用的各种家电产品具有抗菌防霉的功效。
目前还没有抗菌塑料专用料,家电行业都是在原料中加入抗菌剂来制备抗菌塑料,其抗菌作用是通过抗菌剂的缓慢释放而形成的,随着抗菌剂的释放,抗菌活性越来越小,抗菌剂容易失效而达不到抗菌的目的,且抗菌的释放会造成环境的污染。这样制得的产品成本高、质量不稳定,虽然具有抗菌功能,但是抗菌范围小、持续时间短、且没有防霉功效。
家电用抗菌塑料具有良好的应用前景,随着国家有关标准 GB21551.2-2010《家用和类似用途电器的抗菌、除菌、净化功能抗菌材料的特殊要求》的正式出台,抗菌塑料在家电市场的前景也将更加广阔。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的上述不足,本发明目的是提供一种HDPE抗菌塑料。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种HDPE抗菌塑料,由下述重量份组分组成:160-165质量份HDPE、10-15质量份甲醛、10质量份顺丁烯二酸化PP、10-15质量份硅灰石纤维、10-15质量份三乙烯四胺、10-13质量份氧化锆、5-7份环氧大豆油、5-8份水杨酸苯酯、10质量份镁盐晶须和10质量份壳聚糖接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
本发明具有的有益效果:本发明制得的HDPE抗菌塑料具有良好的抗菌功能,用量很少就能明显起到抗菌作用 ;并且不影响塑料的机械强度,特别是不降低塑料制品的热变形温度、力学温度及电绝缘性能 ;同时同树脂的相容性要好,在塑料制品中不迁移、不析出、不被萃取。
具体实施方式

 实施例1  
    HDPE抗菌塑料的制备:将160-165质量份HDPE、10-15质量份甲醛、10质量份顺丁烯二酸化PP、10-15质量份硅灰石纤维、10-15质量份三乙烯四胺、10-13质量份氧化锆、5-7份环氧大豆油、5-8份水杨酸苯酯、10质量份镁盐晶须和10质量份壳聚糖接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯混合放入搅拌机,搅拌均匀后放入密炼机密炼,密练温度为170-175℃、转速为900-950rpm;然后将密炼后的混合物经造粒机造粒,得到颗粒,将颗粒放入水槽冷却,然后在常温下干燥;本实施例制备出的材料的主要性能如下:拉伸强度 MPa(GB/T1040-2006):35-37,断裂伸长率 %(GB/T 1040-2006 ):15-16;冲击强度 kJ/m2(GB/T1043-2008):3-4;弯曲强度 MPa( GB/T9341-2000 ):45-46;经行业内标准实验检测,结果如下:对大肠杆菌的24小时杀菌率达到98.6%;对金黄色葡萄球菌的24小时杀菌率达到98.9%。

1.一种HDPE抗菌塑料,其特征在于由下述重量份组分组成:160-165质量份HDPE、10-15质量份甲醛、10质量份顺丁烯二酸化PP、10-15质量份硅灰石纤维、10-15质量份三乙烯四胺、10-13质量份氧化锆、5-7份环氧大豆油、5-8份水杨酸苯酯、10质量份镁盐晶须和10质量份壳聚糖接枝甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
