Abstract
一种养殖用水的盐度调节装置涉及生物工程领域,作为《一种应用地下水恒温的水产养殖方法》的配套设施。应用地下水恒温的特性是节能、环保的绝佳方案,但也会受到雨季的影响,利用太阳能浓缩全海水是调节盐度的最佳方案,在高摊位建60cm土池,铺上防渗膜,四周设集淡水沟,池中间立一柱,向四周拉线成30度角,盖上高强度透明尼龙膜为大棚,吸收太阳能使池内升温,并防止降水影响。棚顶设一管道与不锈钢风机相连,使棚内负压,增加蒸发量的同时,使棚膜稳定,池内加净化海水30~40cm,当海水浓缩到氯化钠结晶临界点前,将高浓度浓缩全海水收储,供调高盐度之用,因为膜内外温差,升华的水蒸汽,冷凝,顺膜下到集淡水沟供南美白对虾淡化之用。
Description
一种养殖用水的盐度调节装置涉及生物工程领域,作为《一种应用地下水恒温的水产养殖方法》的配套设施,应用地下水恒温的特性是节能、环保的绝佳方案,但也会受到雨季及暴雨的影响,使水的盐度有所下降(1~2‰)特别是高盐度品种<鲍鱼、海参2.8~3.1%)如用“海水晶”来调节,有不足之处,①增加成本,②化学成分不全面,利用太阳能浓缩全海水是调节盐度的最佳方案。
本装置造价低,操作简单<见附图>,在高摊位建60厘米土池①<平地四周加60cm土堤>铺上防渗膜,四周设集淡水沟,每池500~800m2为佳,池中间立一柱②向四周拉线③成30度角,盖上高强度透明尼龙膜为大棚,吸收太阳能使池内升温,并防止降水影响,棚顶设一管道与不锈钢风机④<罗茨或离心式>相连,使棚内负压,增加蒸发量的同时,使棚膜稳定,池内加净化海水30~40cm,当海水浓缩到氯化钠结晶临界点前,将高盐度浓缩全海水收储供调高盐度之用。

1.一种养殖水用的盐度调节装置的权利要求是由利用太阳能浓缩全海水调节养殖海水盐度的方案,由铺膜池、透明大棚、风机、负压蒸发的装置,达到海水浓缩与淡化的双重效果。
