冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病简称冠心病，又名缺血性心脏病。绝大多数是由于冠状动脉粥样硬化使动脉管腔狭窄、闭塞，或在此基础上合并痉挛，以及血栓形成，引起冠状动脉血流和心肌氧需之间不平衡而导致心肌缺血或梗死的一种心脏病。本病属于中医“胸痹”、“心痛”、“心悸”范畴，主要症状为胸闷、胸痛，甚则胸痛彻背，喘息不得卧。轻者仅感胸闷如窒，呼吸欠畅，重者则胸痛。严重者心痛彻背，背痛彻心。主要病机为心脉痹阻。治疗原则为活血化瘀，通阳散结，行气祛痰。
发明内容：
本发明针对现有技术之不足，提供了一种治疗冠心病的中药，其特征在于它是由下列重量配比的原料药物的组份组成：丹参20-30g、瓜蒌15-20g、枳实10-15g、薤白10-15g、桂枝10-12g、红花10-15g、桃仁10-15g、石菖蒲10-15g、炙甘草6-10g。
优选用量：丹参30g、瓜蒌15g、枳实10g、薤白10g、桂枝10g、红花15g、桃仁10g、石菖蒲10g、炙甘草10g。
药理分析：本方证是由于胸阳不振，痰浊中阻，气结胸中而导致心脉痹阻。故方中首选大剂量丹参活血化瘀，为君药；瓜蒌、枳实宽胸破结，消痞除满，下气祛痰，薤白、桂枝，辛温，温经通阳，行气导滞，共为臣药；红花、桃仁助君药活血散瘀，石菖蒲助臣药化湿开窍，共为佐药；炙甘草调和诸药，为使药。以上药物合用共奏活血祛瘀，通阳散结，行气祛痰之功效。
剂型及用法：本方药剂型为汤剂，水煎服，一日一剂，煎煮两遍。头煎加凉水600ml，浸泡两小时，武火煮沸后改文火续煎30分钟，取汁100ml；二煎加热水600ml，武火煮沸后改文火续煎50分钟，取汁100ml。两煎所得药汁混合，早晚饭后两小时各服100ml，温开水送服。
有益效果：本发明中药具有组方简单、价格便宜、疗效好、治愈率高等特点，以服药一个月为一疗程统计，有效率100％，治愈率86％，好转14％。

实施例1：一种治疗冠心病的中药，是由下列重量配比的原料药物的组份组成：丹参20-30g、瓜蒌15-20g、枳实10-15g、薤白10-15g、桂枝10-12g、红花10-15g、桃仁10-15g、石菖蒲10-15g、炙甘草6-10g。
实施例2：一种治疗冠心病的中药，其中各种原料药物的优选重量份配比为：丹参30g、瓜蒌15g、枳实10g、薤白10g、桂枝10g、红花15g、桃仁10g、石菖蒲10g、炙甘草10g。
临床疗效总结：
（一）一般资料：共治疗病人68例，其中男性50例，女性18例；年龄40-50岁30例；50-60岁23例；60岁以上15例；病程最长者10年，最短者1年。
（二）诊断标准：
1、症状：反复发作性心前区憋闷、疼痛，有如巨石压迫感，甚则呼吸不畅，胸痛彻背。服用速效救心丸等可以缓解。
、心电图检查：T波异常。
（三）疗效评定标准：
治愈：自觉症状消失，一年内不复发。
好转：自觉症状明显减轻，发作次数明显减少。
（四）治疗结果：服药一个月为一疗程，轻者一疗程痊愈，重者三疗程痊愈。有效率100％，治愈率86％，好转14％。
（五）典型病例：
病例1：姜××，男，50岁，干部。2010年10月就诊。反复发作性胸闷，胸痛5年，常在夜间发作，每因气候寒冷，情志不遂，诱发加重，每年都住院治疗两次以上，发作时服用速效救心丸可缓解。查体：舌体胖大，舌质紫暗，苔白滑，脉弦涩。给予本方药服用一疗程症状明显减轻，继服一疗程诸症消失，一年后随访，再未复发。
病例2：李××，女，70岁。自述患冠心病已10年，常感心前区憋闷，疼痛，每次发作几秒钟至几分钟，伴有心悸、气短。长期服用保心丸、心血康等药，但仍频繁发作。查体：舌质暗红，苔白滑，脉弦。给予本方药服用一疗程症状减轻，继服两疗程诸症消失，一年后随访再未发作。
