Claims (1)
- 权利要求1、 一种雾化器, 包括壳体、 安装于壳体内的加热元件、 至少一个导液元件、 用于 将加热元件与电源电连接的导电元件, 及所述壳体内保留空气流动的空间, 其特征在于: 所述至少一个导液元件包括由陶瓷制成的第一导液件, 其包括基部和能部分或全部插入储 液装置内部的较小部, 所述较小部顶部倾斜形成尖端。2、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器,其中所述至少一个导液元件还包括由纤维制成 的第二导液件, 呈柱状, 接触加热元件的一端逐渐增粗以匹配加热元件。3、 根据权利要求 2所述的雾化器,其中所述至少一个导液元件还包括是由纤维制 成的第三导液件, 穿过加热元件的螺旋状部分的轴心。4、 根据权利要求 3所述的雾化器,其中所述至少一个导液元件还包括由陶瓷制成 的第四导液件, 呈碟形, 与第一导液件配合形成一个空腔, 容纳第二导液件及第三导液件, 所述第四导液件开设两个孔, 以便导线通过。5、 根据权利要求 1所述的雾化器, 还包括一个隔热管, 具有耐高温、 亲水、 隔热 的特性, 由纤维制成, 组装在第一导液件与雾化器的壳体之间, 隔热管套住第一导液件的 圆筒状基部。6、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的电子仿真烟的雾化器, 其中, 所述壳体与 储液装置配合将液体保持在储液装置及壳体组成的空间内,所述壳体呈套管状, 所述储液 装置设置密封膜片, 所述储液装置设置密封膜片的一端可插入壳体内。7、 根据权利要求 1至 5中任一项所述的电子仿真烟的雾化器, 其中, 所述导电元 件包括连接电源正负极的第一电导终端、 第二电导终端和电导线, 所述第一电导终端、 第 二电导终端分别通过电导线电连接加热元件的两端。8、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子仿真烟的雾化器, 其中, 所述壳体与第一电导终端 固定连接。9、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子仿真烟的雾化器, 其中, 所述第二电导终端安装于 第一电导终端内, 之间安装绝缘体以防止短路。10、 根据权利要求 7所述的电子仿真烟的雾化器, 其中, 所述导液元件和导电元件 之间安装阻液器, 用于阻挡多余的液体接触导电元件。11、 一种电子仿真烟, 包括仿真烟嘴及烟杆, 烟杆内设电池及电子电路, 仿真烟嘴 包括烟嘴套、 储液装置及雾化器, 所述雾化器及储液装置固定于烟嘴套内, 所述雾化器包 括壳体、 安装于壳体内的加热元件、 置于加热元件周围的至少一个导液元件、 用于将加热 元件与电池电连接的导电元件, 及所述壳体内保留空气流动的空间, 其特征在于: 所述至 少一个导液元件包括由陶瓷制成的第一导液件, 其包括基部和能部分或全部插入储液装置 内部的较小部, 所述较小部顶部倾斜形成尖端。12、 根据权利要求 11所述的电子仿真烟, 其中, 所述加热元件的一段被弯折制成 螺旋状。13、 根据权利要求 12所述的电子仿真烟, 其中所述至少一个导液元件还包括由纤 维制成的第二导液件, 呈柱状, 接触加热元件的一端逐渐增粗以匹配加热元件的螺旋状部 分。14、 根据权利要求 13所述的电子仿真烟, 其中所述至少一个导液元件还包括是由 纤维制成的第三导液件, 穿过加热元件的螺旋状部分的轴心。15、 根据权利要求 14所述的电子仿真烟, 其中所述至少一个导液元件还包括由陶 瓷制成的第四导液件, 呈碟形, 与第一导液件配合形成一个空腔, 容纳第二导液件及第三 导液件, 所述第四导液件开设两个孔, 以便导线通过。16、 根据权利要求 11至 15中任一项所述的电子仿真烟, 其中, 所述导电元件是一 个连接器, 用于连接仿真烟嘴和烟杆, 所述导电元件一端的形状适合安装雾化器的壳体, 另一端形成与烟杆的螺纹或卡扣相适配的螺纹或卡扣, 用以与烟杆连接。17、 根据权利要求 11至 15中任一项所述的电子仿真烟, 其中, 所述储液装置适合 卡固于烟嘴套的内壁, 同时与烟嘴套的内壁之间留有空隙, 所述储液装置能至少部分地插 入雾化器的壳体, 两者之间留有可使空气及气体通过的空间, 所述第一导液件的尖端插入 储液装置。
