本发明公开了一种撑开式闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、相互配合的左闸板和右闸板、弹簧、支架、阀杆,在阀体上开设带有密封面的流体通道,左闸板和右闸板置于阀体密封面上,阀座焊接在阀体的密封槽上,左闸板与阀杆的下端相连,在左闸板、右闸板上分别沿其轴向开设有导流孔,导流孔与管道內径一致,左右闸板密封面与阀座密封面平行。本发明的有益效果是,其结构简单、合理,左右闸板开设导流孔有导流做用,同时保护密封面受介质冲刷;左右闸板密封面与阀座密封面平行,可以撑开来弥补磨损。

撑开式闸阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种阀门,特别是一种撑开式闸阀。
背景技术
目前,闸阀已广泛应用于电力、水力、化工、炼油、冶金等行业。现有的闸阀主要由阀体、阀盖、阀座、闸板、支架、阀杆和阀杆螺母所组成,在阀体上开设有介质通道,闸板置于阀座密封面上,闸板与阀杆的下端相连,阀杆的上端装有手轮,阀杆螺母的内、外表面通过螺纹分别与阀杆和阀盖相连接。工作时通过转动阀杆顶部的手轮,带动阀杆转动,通过阀杆与阀杆螺母间的螺纹作用,从而使阀杆及其下端的闸板上/下运动,闸板将阀体上开设的通道打开/堵塞,使闸阀实现开启/闭合。
然而,闸阀没有流向结构,开启时其介质流由密封面的进端流入,经密封面流出,这样,阀门关闭时,闸板的前后两端承受着很大的介质压力差,开启时密封面一直受介质冲刷,如果有颗粒物时间长了就不能密封。阀体下端没有排污口、中间有槽影响,流阻大从而带来压力降.大口径闸阀更是如此,并且操作时关闭力矩大,使用不便。
公告日2002年5月29日,公告号2493788Y,专利号01244446.4,名称为“撑开式闸阀”的发明专利,在一定程度上解决了闸板和阀座密封面磨损较大的技术问题、流体介质对密封面冲击腐蚀的技术问题,但是没有解决高温、高压环境下或颗粒物环境下,流体介质对密封面冲击腐蚀导致密封性能差的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种撑开式闸阀,解决了现有技术中存在的高温、高压环境下或大颗粒物环境下,流体介质对密封面冲击腐蚀导致密封性能差的技术问题。
本发明所采用的技术方案是,撑开式闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、相互配合的左闸板和右闸板、弹簧、支架、阀杆,在阀体上开设带有密封面的流体通道,左闸板和右闸板置于阀体密封面上,阀座焊接在阀体的密封槽上,左闸板与阀杆的下端相连,在左闸板、右闸板上分别沿其轴向开设有导流孔,导流孔与管道內径一致,左右闸板密封面与阀座密封面平行。
本发明的有益效果是,其结构简单、合理,左右闸板开设导流孔有导流做用,同时保护密封面受介质冲刷;左右闸板密封面与阀座密封面平行,可以撑开来弥补磨损,特别适用于高温、高压、颗粒物,效果比较明显,对配电装或其它装置选型和成本更加经济和实用,撑开式闸阀无流向,因而密封面不会因装错时的严重冲蚀而过早地损坏,达到密封可靠,延长使用寿命的目的。
本发明部件闸板和阀座采用新工艺研磨,一次研磨就不泄漏,低成本高效益,填补国内空白。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
参照图1,本发明撑开式闸阀,包括排污阀1,定位螺钉2,弹簧3,左闸板4,右闸板5,阀体6,阀座7,阀杆8,八角环9,阀盖10,第一螺母11,第一螺栓12,自动泄压阀13,支架14,第二螺母15,第二螺栓16,第三螺栓17,第三螺母18,齿轮装置19,第四螺栓20,第四螺母21,填料压盖22,填料23。
在阀体6上开设带有密封面的流体通道,左闸板4和右闸板5置于阀体6密封面上,阀座7焊接在阀体6的密封槽上,左闸板4与阀杆8的下端相连,在左闸板4、右闸板5上分别沿其轴向开设有导流孔,使流体由闸板前端通过导流孔,同时保护密封面免受介质冲刷。导流孔与管道內径一致,从而使开启没有压力降。左右闸板密封面与阀座7密封面平行,实现阀门启闭时操作力最小,在关闭阀门时,左右闸板克服介质的作用力和左右闸板撑开时的相关摩擦力,以斜度比用较小的力传动到密封面较大的力,这样就能使操作力矩降到最小,也提高了阀门的密封可靠性。
阀体6的底端配合设置排污阀,是本发明更好的适用于大颗粒物环境。阀盖10上配合设置自动泄压阀,使本发明更好的适用于高温高压环境。
阀体6、阀盖10、左闸板4、右闸板5、弹簧3、阀杆8和阀座7的材料分别选用铬钼钢,实现高温高压环境下硬密封。铬钼钢的型号根据介质温度可以选择WC6或WC9。
本发明生产方法:阀体6上开设流体通道,密封面设置在阀体6的中部;阀座7焊在阀体6的密封槽上,阀杆8勾起左闸板4然后装入右闸板5把两边的定位螺钉2旋紧,用专业工具把弹簧3装入定位螺钉2,把八角环9通过阀杆8放在阀体6中道槽上,阀盖10通过阀杆8放在阀体6中道上,把第一螺母11和第二螺栓12对准阀体6阀盖10孔拧紧,填料23通过阀杆8放入填料函内,把填料压盖22通过阀杆8压在填料23上,把第四螺栓20旋入阀盖10上,填料压盖22对准两孔装入用第四螺母21拧紧,支架14和齿轮装置19配合装起,用第三螺栓17和第三螺母18拧紧,把支架14组合吊起对准阀杆螺母的孔把齿轮装置19的手轮旋转,直到旋到位为止,把第二螺母15和第16螺栓16拧紧。
操作手轮时,手轮带动阀杆8转动,通过阀杆8与阀杆螺母配合的螺纹作用,就可实现阀杆8的升降,通过阀杆8的升降带动左右闸板组合一起作升降移动,顺时针旋转手轮为关闭,逆时针旋转手轮为开启,从而实现阀门的启闭。
本发明兼容了楔式闸阀和平板闸阀为一体的阀门,吸取两者的精华;采用新的工艺研磨部件左右闸板和阀座7,达一次研磨就不泄漏、而且对设备要求不高的情况下,低成本高效益,填补国内空白。

Claims (2)

1.撑开式闸阀,包括阀体、阀盖、相互配合的左闸板和右闸板、弹簧、支架、阀杆,在阀体上开设带有密封面的流体通道,左闸板和右闸板置于阀体密封面上,阀座焊接在阀体的密封槽上,左闸板与阀杆的下端相连,其特征在于:在左闸板、右闸板上分别沿其轴向开设有导流孔,导流孔与管道內径一致,左右闸板和阀座一次研磨成形,左右闸板密封面与阀座密封面平行,所述阀体、阀盖、左闸板、右闸板、弹簧、阀杆和阀座的材料分别选用铬钼钢,所述阀体的底端配合设置排污阀,所述阀盖上配合设置自动泄压阀。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的撑开式闸阀,其特征在于所述铬钼钢的型号优选WC9。
