本发明属于纺织助剂技术领域,更具体是涉及一种改进的织物浆料增稠剂。
背景技术
织物是指由细小柔长物通过交叉,绕结或粘结构成的平软片块物。众多纱线构成稳定的关系后就形成了织物。交叉和绕结是纱线能构成的两种稳定结构关系。使织物保持稳定的形态和特定力学性能。
在织物浆料的生产过程中,需要使用增稠剂以提高生产效率以及提高产品品质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种改进的织物浆料增稠剂。
为达到上述目的,本发明采取了如下的技术方案:
一种改进的织物浆料增稠剂,以重量份计,由以下组分组成:
丙烯酸丁酯:10~20,甲基丙烯酸甲酯:6~8,
羟乙基纤维素:1~3,乙醇:4~8,醋酸乙烯:3~5,
环己酮:4~8,乙二醇:10~20。
所述的织物浆料增稠剂制备工艺为:按配比,将各组分混合,搅拌混合均匀后即可得成品。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有制备工艺简单、使用效果良好、成本低廉等有益效果。

丙烯酸丁酯:20,甲基丙烯酸甲酯:8,羟乙基纤维素:3,乙醇:8,醋酸乙烯:5,环己酮:8,乙二醇:20。

丙烯酸丁酯:10~20,甲基丙烯酸甲酯:6~8,
羟乙基纤维素:1~3,乙醇:4~8,醋酸乙烯:3~5,
环己酮:4~8,乙二醇:10~20。

丙烯酸丁酯:10,甲基丙烯酸甲酯:6,羟乙基纤维素:1,
