本发明涉及一种颜料红146乳液的制备方法,制备过程步骤如下:取颜料红146粉末为15~18份,用研磨机研磨至1000目;将研磨后颜料红146粉末放入反应器中,加入乳化硅油12~16份并同时搅拌;再加入乳化剂OP-9为21~23份,同时搅拌;再加入乙二醇为11~14份,同时搅拌;再加入水为80~85份,搅拌均匀;最后使用均质机进行均质,均质压力为17MPa,均质时间为25min。制备得到的颜料红146乳液有很好的分散性和较小的粒径。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种颜料乳液的制备方法,特别是涉及一种颜料红146乳液的制备方法。
背景技术
颜料性质不同,可以分为油溶性和水溶性颜料等。在颜料的应用途径中,油溶性颜料无法应用于水溶性体系中,水溶性颜料无法应用在油溶性体系中。由于上述性质的区别,限制了其应用空间。如果将油溶性颜料通过乳化的方式应用在水溶性体系中,或者将水溶性颜料通过乳化方式应用在油溶性体系中,会扩大不同性质颜料的使用范围。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:将颜料红146应用在水溶性体系中。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种颜料红146乳液的制备方法,制备过程步骤如下:取颜料红146粉末为15~18份,用研磨机研磨至1000目;将研磨后颜料红146粉末放入反应器中,加入乳化硅油12~16份并同时搅拌;再加入乳化剂OP-9为21~23份,同时搅拌;再加入乙二醇为11~14份,同时搅拌;再加入水为80~85份,搅拌均匀;最后使用均质机进行均质,均质压力为17MPa,均质时间为25min。其中,颜料红146优选为18份;乳化硅油优选为12份;乳化剂OP-9优选为23份;乙二醇优选为11份。
有益效果:制备得到的颜料红146乳液具有良好的分散性,同时也有较小的粒径。将颜料红146乳液均匀撒入水中后,可迅速分散开,无固形物。经粒径仪测定,本发明的颜料红146乳液粒径只有12至18um。避免了常规颜料使用过程中的颗粒感。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取颜料红146粉末为15kg,用研磨机研磨至1000目;将研磨后颜料红146粉末放入反应器中,加入乳化硅油12kg并同时搅拌;再加入乳化剂OP-9为23kg,同时搅拌;再加入乙二醇为14kg,同时搅拌;再加入水为85kg,搅拌均匀;最后使用均质机进行均质,均质压力为17MPa,均质时间为25min。制备得到颜料红146乳液。
实施例2
取颜料红146粉末为16kg,用研磨机研磨至1000目;将研磨后颜料红146粉末放入反应器中,加入乳化硅油14kg并同时搅拌;再加入乳化剂OP-9为21kg,同时搅拌;再加入乙二醇为11kg,同时搅拌;再加入水为80kg,搅拌均匀;最后使用均质机进行均质,均质压力为17MPa,均质时间为25min。制备得到颜料红146乳液。
实施例3
取颜料红146粉末为18kg,用研磨机研磨至1000目;将研磨后颜料红146粉末放入反应器中,加入乳化硅油16kg并同时搅拌;再加入乳化剂OP-9为22kg,同时搅拌;再加入乙二醇为12kg,同时搅拌;再加入水为82kg,搅拌均匀;最后使用均质机进行均质,均质压力为17MPa,均质时间为25min。制备得到颜料红146乳液。
将实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的产品各取100g,倒入1000g水中,乳液迅速分散均匀,都具有良好的分散性。对实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的乳液使用粒径仪进行粒径测定,实施例1、实施例2、实施例3的粒径分别为12um、15um、18um。都具有很小的粒径,避免了常规颜料使用过程中的颗粒感。

1.一种颜料红146乳液的制备方法,其特征在于制备过程步骤如下:取颜料红146粉末为15~18份,用研磨机研磨至1000目;将研磨后颜料红146粉末放入反应器中,加入乳化硅油12~16份并同时搅拌;再加入乳化剂OP-9为21~23份,同时搅拌;再加入乙二醇为11~14份,同时搅拌;再加入水为80~85份,搅拌均匀;最后使用均质机进行均质,均质压力为17MPa,均质时间为25min。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种颜料红146乳液的制备方法,其特征在于颜料红146为18份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种颜料红146乳液的制备方法,其特征在于乳化硅油为12份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种颜料红146乳液的制备方法,其特征在于乳化剂OP-9为23份。
